Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zum Abschneiden eines Aufreißstreifens (15) von einem Band (13) mit einer Breite gleich der Länge des Streifens (15) und zum Aufbringen auf eine intermittierend geförderte, im wesentlichen quer zum Band (13) befindliche Verpackungsmaterialbahn (22) mit zwei gegeneinander beweglichen Messern (10, 16), von denen eines feststeht und zur Führung des intermittierend entsprechend der gewünschten Streifenbreite zugeführten Bandes (13) dient, wobei das bewegliche Messer (16) zum Transport des abgeschnittenen Streifens (15) mit Saugluft beaufschlagbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkanten (11, 18) der Messer (10, 16) Sehnen eines Rotationshyperboloids bilden und gegeneinander, vorzugsweise um etwa 1°, geneigt sind und das bewegliche Messer (16) um eine Längsachse (17) um einen vorbestimmten Winkel, vorzugsweise 45 bis 50°, hin- und zurückschwenkbar ist, wobei seine Längsachse (17) derart angeordnet ist, daß sich das bewegliche Messer (16) in seiner Endstellung in der Ebene der Verpackungsmaterialbahn (22) befindet, und eine Einrichtung (2o, 21) zum Ablüften des beweglichen Messers (16) vom feststehenden Messer (10) beim Zurückschwenken vorgesehen ist.1.
