Claims (9)

1. A device for controlling the supply for electric appliances of a premises, in particular a hotel room, comprising a contact (1, 2) connected in the input circuit of at least a part of the supply network in the premises, said contact (1, 2) being actuated by a switch (18, 25, 35) disposed in the keeper of a door lock provided with means (20, 21 ; 15 ; 27 ; 31) for closing the lock from the exterior and means (23, 24 ; 15 ; 27 ; 36) for closing the lock from the interior, characterized in that said switch (18 ; 25 ; 35) is actuatable by said lock closing means (20, 21 ; 15 ; 27; 31) only from one side of the door.

A control device according to claim 1, characterized in that said means for closing the lock from the exterior and the means for closing the lock from the interior constitute one and the same lock, said lock comprising means (19, 20, 21) for shifting the bolt (15 ; 27) from a first side of the lock through a closing travel adapted to actuate the switch (18 ; 25) and cut off the supply of current to said contact (1, 2) and means (22, 23, 24) for driving the bolt (15 ; 27) from the other side of the lock through a closing travel adapted to avoid actuation of the switch (18 ; 25).
3. A control device according to claim 1. characterized in that said means for closing from the exterior and said means for closing from the interior are formed by two distinct locks (31 ; 36), one (31) of said locks being actuatable only from the exterior while the other lock (36) is actuatable only from the interior, one (31) of said locks being associated with a keeper (34) provided with said switch (35).
4. A control device according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said switch (18 ; 35) is of the push-button type.
5. A control device according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein said switch (25) is of the magnetically-controlled type and the bolt (27) of said lock comprises at the end thereof facing toward the switch an actuating magnet (28).
6. A control device according to anyone of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that said means for shifting the bolt (15) from a first side of the lock comprise a first rack (19) carried by the bolt (15) and engaged with a gear pinion (20) rigid with a first cylinder (21) extending toward the first side of the lock, and in that said means for shifting the bolt (15) from the second side of the lock comprise a second rack (22) carried by the bolt (15) engaged with a gear pinion (23) of smaller diameter than the gear pinion associated with the first rack and rigid with a second cylinder (24) extending toward the second side of the lock.
7. A control device according to one of claims 2 and 3, characterized in that said lock or one of said locks is provided with a second switch (40) associated with a circuit (41) controlling some of the electric appliances of a premises, said second switch (40) being actuatable by a special key, such as a pass-key provided with means (42) for actuating said switch, and being unresponsive to the ordinary key of the lock.
8. A control device according to claim 7, characterized in that said second switch (40) is associated with said means (19, 20, 21) for shifting the bolt (15) through the closing travel adapted to actuate the detection switch (18).
9. A control device according to claim 7, comprising two locks, characterized in that said second switch (40) is associated with said lock (31) which is actuatable solely from the exterior.
