Description

The invention relates to a lattice element for the production of security grilles in front of doors, windows, basement shafts, skylights or the like, with a lattice rod and brackets arranged at its ends, which can be fixed to the masonry or the like via at least one fastening element.

Such security grilles generally have a plurality of grille bars arranged in parallel and at a distance from one another, the ends of which are inserted as brackets in box section girders. The box section girders can then be fixed to the masonry using heavy-duty dowels, openings being provided in the box section girders through which tools for screwing in the heavy-duty dowels can be inserted. After assembly, the openings are closed using covers.

The aforementioned openings have proven to be security weak points, since the panels can be drilled through and tools can be inserted through the bore thus created, with the aid of which the entire security grille can be removed.

Der Gitterstab läßt sich nämlich in den Halterungen so weit verschieben, daß er nur mit einem geringen Teil in eine der beiden Halterungen hineinragt, diese Halterung also im übrigen Teil ohne weiteres durchgesägt werden kann.AU-P-531 175 discloses a grille element for the production of security grilles, in which the free ends of a grille bar sit in socket-shaped holders which are fastened to opposite walls by means of screws. This grid element is also not safe, since the bush-shaped holders can be sawed through in the region in which the grid rod does not extend. The lattice bar can namely be moved so far in the brackets that it protrudes with only a small part into one of the two brackets, so this bracket can be sawed through in the rest of the part.

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a grille element for safety grilles of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that disassembly is practically impossible.

This object is achieved in that the fasteners can be fixed to the brackets, that the brackets have continuous receptacles and that thickenings are provided in the region of both ends to prevent the lattice rod from sliding out of the receptacles, at least one of the thickenings only after inserting the lattice bar into the receptacles. In this construction, the lattice rod itself prevents the brackets from being unscrewed, so that they can practically no longer be dismantled. It is particularly advantageous if the fastening elements are designed as screw dowels and are arranged behind the lattice bar.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the brackets are designed as tubular sections with fastening elements attached on the outside. This training is particularly easy.

As an alternative to this, the brackets can also each consist of a base plate with at least one receptacle for the lattice bar attached to it.

The receptacles expediently each consist of a holding plate provided with a through hole for the lattice bar. This can then also be designed as an angle iron for reasons of stability. As an alternative to this, the receptacles can also be designed as box profiles with opposite through holes.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the fastening element is designed as a screw plug inserted into a hole in the base plate and welded there. In a departure from this, the fastening element can also be designed as a screw dowel standing on the back.

A sleeve or a welded ring is expediently placed over at least one end of the lattice rod so that it is correspondingly thickened. However, a sealing plug inserted into this end can also be used.

  • Figur 1 einen Längsschnitt durch einen Teil eines Gitterelementes;
  • Figur 2 eine Draufsicht auf einen Teil eines anderen Gitterelementes mit Teilschnitt;
  • Figur 3 eine Seitenansicht auf das Gitterelement gemäß Figur 2;
  • Figur 4 eine Draufsicht auf ein anderes Gitterelement.
In the drawing, the invention is illustrated in more detail using exemplary embodiments. Show it:
  • 1 shows a longitudinal section through part of a grid element;
  • Figure 2 is a plan view of part of another grid element with partial section;
  • FIG. 3 shows a side view of the grid element according to FIG. 2;
  • Figure 4 is a plan view of another grid element.

In Figure 1, only the right-hand part of a lattice element 1 is shown. An only partially shown lattice bar 2 consists of a casing tube 3 and a round bar 4 loosely mounted therein. The round bar 4 makes sawing through the lattice bar 2 practically impossible.

The lattice rod 2 is seated in a holder 5, which consists of a pipe section 6 and a heavy-duty dowel 7 welded on the outside. During assembly, the heavy-duty dowel 7 is screwed into the masonry by rotating the entire bracket 5 until it is firmly seated. This takes place in the area of both ends of the lattice rod 2. The lattice rods 2 are then pushed through the holders 5 until both ends protrude beyond the holders 5. A sleeve 8 is then placed over one of the ends, the diameter of which is larger than the inner diameter of the pipe section 6. The end, not shown here, can either be through a further sleeve or by means of a Lock lock to be secured. The grating bar 2 is thus blocked and can therefore no longer be pushed out of the holders 5.

The bracket 9 shown in Figures 2 and 3 consists of a rectangular base plate 10, an angle iron section 11 welded thereon and a heavy-duty dowel 12 inserted into a hole in the base plate 10 and projecting rearwards, the head of which is welded to the base plate 10. In one of the legs of the angle iron section 11 a through hole 13 is provided which serves as a receptacle for a lattice bar 14, of which only the right-hand end is shown in FIG. 2. The lattice bar 14 here also consists of a casing tube 1 and a round bar 16 inserted freely rotatably therein. The through hole 13 is arranged such that the lattice bar 14 extends over the heavy-duty dowel 12.

Über das Ende des Gitterstabes 14 bzw. des Mantelrohrs 15 ist eine Muffe 17 gestülpt, die ein Herausrutschen des Gitterstabes 14 aus der Durchgangsbohrung 13 verhindertA sleeve 17 is placed over the end of the grating bar 14 or the casing tube 15, which prevents the grating bar 14 from slipping out of the through bore 13

During assembly, the procedure is similar to that of the lattice element 1 according to FIG. 1; H. the entire bracket 9 is rotated to screw in the heavy-duty dowel 12, the bracket 9 is firmly seated and the through hole 13 is in the desired position. Then the lattice rod 14 is pushed through the through hole 13 and of course also through the through hole of the holder on the other side. The other end of the lattice bar 14 is then secured with a further sleeve or a lock.

Von diesen Gitterstäben 23, 24 ist der mittlere Gitterstab 24 verkürzt und der linke Gitterstab 23 nur teilweise dargestellt.FIG. 4 shows a lattice element 20 with two brackets 21, 22 in which two lattice bars 23, 24 are held. Of these bars 23, 24, the middle bar 24 is shortened and the left bar 23 is only partially shown.

The two brackets 21, 22 each consist of a box profile 25, 26 open at the top and bottom, the box profiles 25, 26 each having two opposite through holes 27, 28 and 29, 30, respectively. In the right box profile 26 in this view, the grating bar 24 is inserted so that it passes through both through holes 29, 30. In its open end, a plug 31 is inserted, the outwardly projecting end of which widens conically, so that the grating bar 24 can no longer be pulled out of the holder 22 in the direction to the left.

The right end of the lattice rod 24 is only inserted through a through hole 28 of the box section 25 and secured by a plug 32. Correspondingly, the left lattice bar 23 is inserted into the through hole 27 and also fixed by a sealing plug 33. In this way, the holder 21 serves to receive two coaxial bars 23, 24, the insertion of the plugs 32, 33 can be done through the openings on the top and bottom of the box section 25.

The brackets 21, 22 are attached to wall pieces 36, 37 by means of heavy-duty dowels 34, 35. The heavy-duty dowels 34, 35 are inserted through corresponding openings in the box profiles 25, 26 and welded to them. The attachment of the box profiles 25, 26 can only be done so that the entire box profile 25, 26 together with the associated heavy-duty dowels 34, 35 must be screwed into a corresponding opening in the wall sections 36, 37. In the end position and when the bars 23, 24 are inserted, it is then no longer possible to twist the box sections 25, 26 and thus to detach them from the wall sections 36, 37.

A security grille is formed by arranging several of the grille elements shown in parallel.
