Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for the common winding of piece goods made of flexible material around a winding axis, in which the loop is looped over a large part of its circumference by means of at least one endless belt, and the piece goods on a feed path formed by the belt, in a feed level directly in front of the winding, feeds the latter as well as a device for the common winding of piece goods made of flexible material around a winding axis with a continuous endless belt arrangement that wraps around the roll on a large part of its circumference, on which the piece feeds the roll along a Feed level, is fed.
- an endless circulating belt is provided for the common winding of piece goods made of flexible material, which wraps around a roll to a large extent during formation.
- the endlessly circulating belt also serves to feed the piece goods to the winding, along a feed path.
- the feed path is provided by deflecting rollers and merges into a feed level immediately before entering the winding area.
- a pressure roller interacts with the winding, the feed plane of the feed path passing between the winding and pressure roller.
- the axis of the wrap is slidably supported to accommodate the increasingly increasing radius of the coil.
- the angle at which the feeding plane approaches the winding also changes, ie the angle between the feeding plane and a plane formed by the winding axis and the WickeImantelline at which the feed level touches or intersects the winding periphery.
- the run-in conditions from the feed level to the winding are continuously changed: said level is only in a certain winding radius at the winding tangential level.
- the present invention now aims to provide a method of the type mentioned at the outset,
- the drive roller arrangement is designed in such a way that " a plane of connection of the roller arrangement axis and the winding axis is independent of the winding radius - with the feed - plane forms at least almost a right angle, " preferably exactly.
- the principle to be followed is that as few organs as possible should intervene in the piece goods during the process, each such intervention constitutes a possible source of interference.
- the axis of the winding is determined by specifying an initial minimum band wrap.
- a device for the common winding of piece goods made of flexible material that can be wound around a winding axis with an endless belt arrangement that wraps around the roll on a large part of its circumference and on which the piece goods are fed to the roll on a feed level is a solution to the problem mentioned tasks characterized in that the feed level is independent of the winding radius in its position up to the winding contact and runs tangentially to the winding.
- the feed plane and a connection plane between the winding axis and the drive roller arrangement axis are at least almost, preferably exactly, perpendicular to one another.
- the winding axis be replaced by a predetermined initial minimum wrap of the band arrangement is given.
- the belt arrangement is designed to protrude at least on one side of the winding and a pin arrangement is provided at least on this side, projecting against the winding, in order to fix the initial minimum wrap without a winding.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic side view of a device according to the invention, which works according to the method according to the invention
- FIG. 2 shows a view analogous to FIG. 1 of a device according to the invention for coreless or mandrel winding
- FIG. 3 is a schematic view according to line I - I of FIG. 2.
- FIG. 1 an endless belt 1 is shown, which rotates around stationary guide pulleys 3 and 5 by means of a schematically illustrated tilt mechanism 5 pivotable guide rollers 7. Continuing in the direction of the arrow, the endless belt 1 goes in a feed level 8 over which the piece goods 9 to be wound are applied.
- the feed level 8 runs with the piece goods 9 into a winding inlet area 11.
- a core 13 or a pair of lateral gripping spikes 15 shown in dashed lines below are provided to form the winding.
- a first piece good of a roll to be formed is either rolled over the core 13 or gripped laterally by the gripping mandrels 15 and also rolled up.
- the endless belt 1 After formation of the feed level 8, the endless belt 1 merges into a wrapping area 17 and wraps the winding 19 with the successively wound piece goods 9 over a large part of the changing circumference.
- the wrapping area 17 of the endless belt 1 has almost reached the winding inlet area 11 again , the endless belt 1 is lifted off the winding at a sharp angle, with the aid of a relatively thin deflection axis 21, which is pressed against the current jacket of the winding 19 with the aid of a spring 23.
- the spring 23 is guided together with the deflection axis 21 in such a way, for example parallel to the feed plane 8, that the axis 21 never comes into contact with the piece goods 9.
- the deflection axis 21 can be a rotatably supported axis or a deflection rod made of a suitable material in order to keep friction losses and wear and tear as low as possible, such as made of Teflon, the arrangement of the springs 23 in corresponding bushes 25 forming counter bearings is provided on both sides of the deflection axis 21.
- the arrangement of the bushes 25 with the springs 23 and the deflection axis 21 is, as shown, also with the tilting mechanism
- O PI 5 on ippbar on the one hand to take out a finished winding and, in the case of winding with a core, to insert a new core 13 or at most to ensure that the first piece goods of a new winding to be created are gripped neatly by the provided lateral gripping spikes 15.
- the deflection can take place against the pressure of a gas or air jet 27, which is represented by a schematically illustrated mechanism 5, also with the tilting mechanism 5 connected nozzle assembly 29 is formed.
- the nozzle arrangement 29 can preferably be positioned exactly, as represented by the double arrow, in order to form the largest possible wrap area 17.
- the core 13 or the two lateral mandrels 15 are, at most against the force of a spring arrangement 31 provided on one or both sides, mounted displaceably perpendicular to the feed plane 8.
- the feed plane 8 of the endless belt 1 also forms a tagential plane to the drive roller 33, the drive roller 33 touches the endless belt 1, along a line which, apart from the separation, coincides with the Mantelli ⁇ never on the winding 19 by a piece goods 9 fed in each case, to which the feed plane 8 nestles tangentially.
- the feed plane 8 is positionally constant in its design, regardless of the winding radius, for example horizontally and tangentially
- a belt reserve is provided in that a free-wheel deflection roller 3a, for example loaded with a weight 39, hangs in a reserve loop 37 .
- the reserve loop 37 is reduced, the weight 39 ensuring the tension of the endless belt.
- the wrap area 17 exerts an at least almost constant contact pressure on the uppermost piece goods layer of the winding 19, regardless of the position of the winding core 13 or the gripping mandrels 15, generally the winding axis A.
- An equilibrium position is always sought between the forces acting on the winding 19.
- the winding axis A can shift from its position in the vertical plane through the axis of the drive roller 33 to the left (FIG. 2), but this does not fundamentally affect the winding process. It is also possible, the deflecting axle 21 by its own weight, that is to say without force of the spring 23 'to press on the winding 19th This could a pivotable mounting of the axle 21, as indicated dotted dash-, be used.
- the angular point can be fixed or In this case, the axis 21 must be additionally guided in order to keep the feed level 8 clear.
- FIG. 2 shows the arrangement according to FIG. 1 for coreless or mandrelless winding. It corresponds largely to the representation of Fig. 1 and therefore the same reference numerals are used for the same parts. There is no further description of the arrangement, except for the following Description of the basic difference between the versions shown here.
- the aim is to wind the piece goods without providing a core or without using lateral gripping mandrels. After the front part of a first supplied piece good has been rolled in for a roll to be formed, this first piece goods with its rolled-up front part should form the winding axis A.
- this procedure enables a denser winding, ie more piece goods are wound with a given winding diameter than in particular when a winding core is provided.
- deflection bolts 41 protrude on both sides into the area of the endless belt 1, the latter projecting beyond the piece goods 9 on at least one side, but preferably on both, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 3.
- the bolts 41 protrude into the area of the endless belt 1 only to the extent that they do not protrude into the width area of the piece goods 9.
- the deflection axis 21 is in the position 21 ′ shown in broken lines and lies against the deflection bolt 41.
- the endless belt loops around the deflection bolts 41 and runs without a piece goods being present, bent back on the deflection axis 21, along the course shown. If a first piece good 9 is fed in, then, as can be seen from FIG. 3, it is inserted in this initial minimal loop 17 'of the endless belt 1 around the bolts 41 without touching the latter. rolled and the following piece goods 9 rolled over it. 3, the configuration is shown with a dash-dot line when the winding has already grown. In this way, as mentioned, the provision of winding cores and the precisely controlled feeding of lateral gripping mandrels are unnecessary.
- the described method or the described device working according to the method, it becomes possible to individually wind up delicate piece goods, such as rubbish bags and other goods made of highly flexible plastic material, at most without cores or thorns, with which a winding is realized , from which the consumer can easily pull off a required piece of goods, such as a garbage bag to be used, after the other.
- the same method or the same device is also suitable for a large number of similarly critical goods to be wound, such as protective covers for car seats made of plastic film, household bags, aluminum foil sections, household film sections etc.

Abstract
In order to be able to wind individual articles (9), such as plastic garbage bags, together, an endless belt (1) feeds the articles in a feed plane (8) to the bobbin (19). The endless belt (1) surrounds most of the periphery of the spool (19) to ensure proper winding. The endless belt (1) and the spool (19) are driven by a pulley (33). Independently of the momentary radius of the coil, the relationships between coil (19) and pulley (33) remain constant in the feed plane (8) and in the feed zone (11). Laterally penetrating pivots (41) maintain the endless belt (1) at the initial minimum winding diameter when starting a new reel. The first article (9) is wound around this winding. The winding axis advancing upwards is fixed (A) by the winding of the first article. Winding is carried out with or without a winding core.
