Claims (4)
- Schraubwerkzeug für Gewindebolzen mit einer inneren Öffnung (2) mit einem polygonalen Profil mit sechs oder zwölf Spitzen, wobei dieses Profil Auskehlungen (3) am Ort der Spitzen aufweist, um die Kanten des Körpers des zu verschraubenden Bolzens freizulegen, wobei diese Auskehlungen (5) von Andruckflächen (4) flankiert sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit den Flachseiten des Körpers in Kontakt zu treten um das Anzugs- bzw. Lösungsdrehmoment zu übertragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckflächen (4) zum Inneren der Öffnung (2) hin konvex geformt sind und die Lage jeder Berührungskante einer jeden Andruckfläche (4) durch einen Abstand x zur Mittelebene (PM) dieser Flachseite definiert ist und der Krümmungsradius (R) des Profils der Anlagefläche (4) am Berührungspunkt mit dem Wert x über folgende Beziehung in Verbindung steht:a - die Abmessung des Profils des Werkzeugs auf den Flachseiten bedeutet,x - den Abstand zwischen der Berührungskante und der Mittelebene (PM) der Flachseite, undR - den Krümmungsradius des Profils der Andruckfläche (4) im Berührungspunkt bezeichnen.
- 2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckfläche (4) ein kreisbogenförmiges Profil aufweist.
- 3. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Fall, in dem es sechs Spitzen aufweist, die Andruckfläche (4) sich an der der Auskehlung (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite an eine ebene Fläche (5) anschließt, die mit der Flachseite des Profils (PI) zusammenfällt. 4. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß in dem Fall, in dem es zwölf Spitzen aufweist, jede Andruckfläche (4), die eine Auskehlung (3) flankiert, sich an eine Andruckfläche (4s) anschließt, die die benachbarte Auskehlung (3) flankiert.
