Abstract
Eine Einrichtung zur Herabsetzung von Farhzeuglängsdynamik-Instabilitäten, insbesondere Lastwechselrucken und unkontrolliertem, periodischen Gasgeben sieht zum Dämpfen ein ein elektrisches Signal der Motordrehzahl, vorzugsweise eine Spannung, differenzierendes Differenzierglied (8) vor. Das Ausgangssignal des Differenzierglieds speist einen Begrenzer-Verstärker (9), dessen Ausgangssignal wiederum in die Verstellung eines das Kraftstoff-Luftgemisch des Motors beeinflussenden Stellers (5) eingreift. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Herabsetzung von Fahrzeuglängsdynamik-Instabilitäten nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for reducing vehicle longitudinal dynamics instabilities according to the preamble of claim 1.
Die Fahrzeuglängsdynamik-Instabilitäten äußern sich darin, daß beim willkürlichen Beschleunigen durch Betätigung des Gaspedals außerdem unerwünschte periodische Beschleunigungs- änderungen hervorgerufen werden. Die Beschleunigungen werden auf den Fahrer übertragen, der damit eine unerwünschte Stellungsänderung des Gaspedals hervorruft. Das gesamte Schwingungssystem, welches das Fahrzeug mit Elastizitäten im Antriebsstrang, zu beschleunigende Massen und Trägheitsmomente sowie die Leistungsabgabe des Verbrennungsmotors entsprechend dem Betriebspunkt in der Drehmoment/Drehzahlkennlinie und weitere Faktoren umfaßt, kann dynamisch instabil sein. Durch diesen Dämpfer in der Verbindung zwischen Gaspedal und Steller tritt somit eine unerwünschte Verzögerung im Ansprechverhalten des Verbrennungsmotors ein. Hinzu kommen Abstimmungsschwierigkeiten des Dämpfers, da die in der Verbindung zwischen Gaspedal und Motor zu dämpfende periodische Schwingung von dem Fahrzeugtyp und - bei gegebenen Fahrzeugtyp - von dem eingelegten Gang abhängt. Grundsätzlich ist darüber hinaus diese bekannte Methode zur scheinbaren Verbesserung der Fahrzeuglängsstabilität wirkungslos, wenn die störenden Anregungen der Schwingungen nicht über das Gaspedal eingeleitet werden, sondern an anderen Stellen, beispielsweise durch Schalt- oder Kupplungsvorgänge oder Fahrbahn-Unebenheiten.To dampen longitudinal vibrations of the vehicle / driver system in that the accelerator pedal is connected via a delay element to the actuator which controls the fuel-air mixture of the internal combustion engine. Die Lösung beruht auf dem Prinzip, daß aus der Motordrehzahl ein geeignetes Signal abgeleitet wird, welches zu dem im Sinne einer Regelung auf minimalen Ruck des Fahrzeugs, Steller des Kraftstoff-LuftgemischesYrückgeführt wird. Hierzu werden die Drehzahländerungen des Motors erfaßt und wenn sie als störend, d.h. nicht durch den Fahrer willkürlich ausgelöst erkannt werden, in gegenläufige Stellungsänderungen des Stellers umgesetzt. Willkürliche Gaspedaländerungen durch den Fahrer werden jedoch durch die Einrichtung nicht dämpfend beeinflußt. Dabei erfolgt die Einkopplung des von dem Begrenzer-Verstärker abgegebenen Signals zweckmäßig am Ausgang der Einrichtung zur elektrischen Verstellung des Stellers durch das Gaspedal (E-Gas). - Bei dieser Kombination ist der Zusatzaufwand für die Einrichtung zum Herabsetzen der störenden Auswirkungen von Fahrzeuglängsdynamik-Instabilitäten besonders niedrig, da die Verstellung des Stellers mit elektromechanischen Mitteln erfolgt.This device is particularly advantageously combined with a conventional device for electrical adjustment of the actuator by the accelerator pedal. - In Fig. 1 ist ein Gaspedal (Fahrpedal) mit 1 bezeichnet, dessen Stellung über einen elektrischen Stellungsgeber 2 in ein elektrisches Stellungssignal umgewandelt wird. Dieses Signal wird mit einem
Verstärker 3 verstärkt und in eine entsprechende Position eines elektromechanischen Stellers 4 umgewandelt, welcher das Kraftstoff-Luftgemisch einesVerbrennungsmotors 5 bestimmt.

- Mit einem drehbaren Element des Motors steht ein Drehzahlsensor 6 in Verbindung, der ein elektrisches Drehzahlsignal entsprechend der Motordrehzahl liefert. Dieses Drehzahlsignal wird in einem Drehzahl-Spannungswandler in eine proportionale Spannung umgesetzt. Diese Spannung wird in einem Differenzierglied 8, welches durch eine übliche Widerstandskondensatorkombination realisiert sein kann, differenziert und einem Begrenzer-Verstärker 9 zugeführt. Wie mit der in dem Begrenzer-Verstärker-Block
angedeuteten Kennlinie 10 dargestellt ist, verstärkt der Verstärker annähernd linear, solange seine Ausgangsspannung einen vorgegebenen Spannungsbereich nicht überschreitet. Über diesen Bereich hinaus verstärkt der Verstärker aber nicht mehr, sondern seine Ausgangsspannung wird konstant auf einem maximalen Wert gehalten. Diese Begrenzerschaltung kann in üblicher Weise mit einer Zener-Diode realisiert werden.
