Abstract

1. Vending display device, as orientation aid for the presentation of goods, with at least one plate (1), on which an adhesion-promoting agent (2) is applied in strip shape in longitudinal direction of the plate (1) and covered by an outwardly non-adhesive cover (3) to be pulled off, characterised thereby, that profile punch holes (12), which penetrate the plate (1), the cover (3) and the adhesion-promoting agent (2), are formed in the region of the adhesion-promoting agent (2).

Description

The invention relates to a sales display as a guide to the presentation of goods in retail.

Orientation aids and sales displays are used in a variety of forms, mainly as deep-drawn or injection-molded trays. Sales displays in the form of folding boxes have also been proposed to be manufactured much more economically. In order to design a folding box as a sales display for effective product presentation in retail, the upper edges of the two longitudinal walls of the box facing away from the box bottom are equipped with congruent cutouts that are adapted to the shape of the goods to be presented. Instead, according to another proposal, the circumferential end and longitudinal walls of the folding box can be designed as supports for the box bottom receiving the objects to be presented, if the floor to be swept up is provided with openings for receiving and holding the objects.

The object of the invention is to provide an orientation aid which is even easier to produce than the folding box erector and which can ensure stable placement, at least for relatively light-weight products, for example blister packs or sponge-like structures. The solution according to the invention is characterized for the above-mentioned sales display by a plate equipped with an adhesion promoter on at least one side. The plate itself can be made from any gem material, preferably made of corrugated cardboard. According to a further invention, a cover which is not adhering to the outside and which is to be removed at least in sections is to be located on the respective adhesion promoter, which cover must be removed in whole or in part when using the sales display.

The products to be presented are placed on the bonding agent which is expediently applied to the plate in the form of a strip or a plurality of strips, preferably strips running parallel to one another, if appropriate after the cover has been removed. They are appropriately arranged in such a way that they can also be easily recognized by the customer and can be easily removed from it, but do not slip unintentionally during normal handling and become disordered. Additional stability is achieved if the plate has contour cutouts for better product arrangement; for example, the punched-out areas can accommodate protruding product edges.

Finally, the invention relates to a particularly suitable outer packaging for one or more plates provided with attached goods. Thereafter, the plate with the attached product is preferably designed so that it can be inserted into a drawer with the sleeve body open on one side. The drawer, in particular a drawer, can also be shrink-wrapped in a transparent film, so that the plate or stacked plates with the product placed on them can be seen through the opening of the sleeve body. To facilitate pulling the plate out of the sleeve body, a grip tab is preferably formed on the plate, in particular on one of its longitudinal ends.

1 consists of a plate 1, preferably of corrugated cardboard, with a strip-shaped adhesion promoter 2 applied to it in the longitudinal direction and a cover 3 lying thereon and not adhering to the outside. The cross section of this arrangement is shown in FIG. 2. FIG. 3 shows a plate 1 in plan view similar to FIG. 1, but with two strips of adhesive agent 2 with cover 3 arranged parallel to one another. The plate according to FIG. 3 can be used to place wider products than that according to FIG. 1 or for a two-row structure be used.

4 shows the side view of a product arrangement in the sales display serving as an orientation aid. The plate 1 can be designed according to FIG. 1 or 3. Before the blister cards 4 shown as products are put on, the cover 3 (FIG. 2) is optionally removed.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, each blister card 4 adheres to the bonding agent 2 with a linear support 5 on the lower edge of the blister card 6 and with a semicircular support 7 on the blister cover 8 in each case. In FIG. 4 shown. Adhesion promoter strips 9 can also be provided on the underside of the respective upper plate 10, so that slipping of the upper plate 10 with respect to the blister upper edges 11 is also avoided.

In Fig. 6, the top view of a plate 1 corresponding to Fig. 1 is shown with additional profile punchings 12 in principle. 8 and 9 show a sales display with a plate 1 with a strip-shaped adhesion promoter 2, the cover 3 of which is to be removed in the area between two profile lines 14, in particular punching lines. With such a design of the cover 3 it is achieved that essentially only the positions of the adhesion promoter are to be exposed that are really needed for the placement of the product. This reduces unnecessary adhesive surfaces that only collect dirt particles.

Fig. 10 shows a drawer folding box 15 with bottom flaps 16 and a sleeve body 17 open on one side, into which the sales display with plate 1 and attached product containers 4 can be inserted. The filled package can be closed by shrink-wrapping with a transparent film, so that a viewing window is formed on the open front or one-sided opening 18 of the sleeve body 17. When the goods are unpacked, the viewing window is removed and the product can be removed from the container while resting on the plate 1. An additional, conveniently upstanding handle tab 19 in the packaged state can facilitate this work.

The plate 1 of the adhesion promoter 2 with the cover 3 lying thereon can be produced by applying a double-sided adhesive tape with a cover on one side to a corrugated cardboard surface and then cutting or punching it out in the desired shape, in this case profile recesses according to FIG. 6 are introduced at the same time. In principle, however, it is also possible to apply a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to previously punched or cut plates, for example by means of an application device, and to set up the product immediately thereafter; in this case it is not necessary to cover the PSA layer in the meantime with a cover to be removed.

When using the plates with adhesion promoter, either packaging with product and packaging in the drawers, preferably with shrink wrapping, or conventional packaging of the product with the addition or separate delivery of a corresponding number of plates with adhesion promoter. The plates can also be designed so that they are suitable at the same time different products, e.g. Product families to present.

Claims (11)

1. sales display as a guide to the presentation of goods in the trade, characterized by a plate (3) equipped at least on one side with an adhesion promoter (2). 2. Display stand according to claim 1, characterized by the arrangement of the adhesion promoter (2) in the form of a strip which preferably extends in the longitudinal direction of the plate (1). 3. Sales display according to claim 1, characterized by the arrangement of the adhesion promoter (2) in the form of two or more strips, in particular parallel to one another, optionally preferably in the longitudinal direction of the plate (1). 4. Sales display according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterized by a non-adhesive, at least sectionally removable cover (3) on the respective adhesion promoter (2). 5.
