- - residential buildings,
- - Apartments,
- - outside and inside stairs of weekend houses,
- - buildable and removable stairs on exhibition grounds,
- - for industrial buildings
- a) additional stairs to reach work platforms and galleries,
- b) emergency stairs, stairs for control purposes.
Numerous stair constructions are known in the widely ramified and multi-layered areas of construction which, like the staircase construction according to the invention, can be constructed from prefabricated and typed elements and used in this form. The staircase with the ends of the steps walled in does not belong to the area considered here. Likewise, the subject of the invention has nothing in common with those stair constructions that connect a lower and an upper level like a ladder, the walking surfaces of the individual steps being arranged horizontally. These stair constructions also include constructive solutions in which the ladder-like connection between the two levels of different heights is provided by several ladders, which may be arranged in opposite directions, with steps between them.
The spiral staircases are also very widespread, the characteristic of which is that the metal fittings which fix the walking surfaces of the stairs are fastened at one end to a common support rod. The upper and lower ends of the support bar are attached. On the other side of the spiral staircase, the metal fittings hold the banister. The spiral staircase has - similar to the solution according to the invention - the advantage that the construction elements can be typed and prefabricated and then - if necessary also after the completion of the construction - assembled on site. It is also advantageous that they can be taken apart, transported away and moved to other locations.
- - die Treppenkonstruktionen konnten (von der Draufsicht her betrachtet) nicht in beliebiger geometrischer Form hergestellt werden; so gibt es von diesem Typ keine ovale oder elliptische Treppe, keine S- oder Z-Form;
- - aus diesem Grund kann in einer mit den Stufenenden nicht eingemauerten Treppenkonstruktion kein Raum ausgebildet werden, der zum Beispiel als Liftschaoht geeignet wäre;
- - The stair constructions (viewed from the top view) could not be made in any geometric shape; so there is none of this type oval or elliptical staircase, no S or Z shape;
- - For this reason, no space can be formed in a staircase construction that is not walled in with the step ends, which would be suitable, for example, as an elevator;
- - In the case of known stair constructions constructed from prefabricated elements, the fraction formed from the height difference to be overcome and the height of a step must be an integer; in the event of differences in height that deviate from the norm, stair elements of different heights must be manufactured so that the condition "same height of the individual steps" can be met.
The object of the invention was to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages of the known stairway structures constructed from prefabricated and typed structural elements and attached to one or more beams. The top view of the staircase construction according to the invention should be able to be configured in any geometrical shape. Depending on the existing requirements, straight, any oval, elliptical shapes, S, Z, J-shaped stairs or any combination of these shapes should be able to be produced.
A further objective is that the fastening instruments of the individual stages, from the first stage through all intermediate stages, are one and the same construction element, and that a prefabricated, typified element is also used for fastening to the upper landing. This solution has the advantage that stairs of the desired shape can be put together and, if desired, disassembled and reassembled elsewhere.
A further object of the invention is to get by with a single step height instead of the different step dimensions (for the reason mentioned above, steps of different heights must be kept in stock) and nevertheless to create a staircase from them with the same step height can be seamlessly connected to the two floors. The height of the steps can be calculated as the quotient of the height difference to be bridged and the number of steps; any corrections are made by changing the angle of inclination of the stairs.
It was recognized that the above objectives can be achieved by means of prefabricated, typable metal fittings, which can be connected to one another like the links in a chain. In this way stairs of any line can be made.
The staircase construction according to the invention must in any case be supported at least at two points. Even if the lines deviate from the straight line in plan view, but the arch of the stair axis or the string of this arch lies within the contour of the static support structure, no special support is required. However, in cases where the chord of the arch of the stair structure lies outside the contour of the static structure, further support must be provided at each such location. The stair constructions with broken lines are mentioned as an example; not only the upper or lower end point must be supported, but also the angular position.
With the knowledge of the construction and the load parameters, the determination and dimensioning of the points at which the staircase construction according to the invention must be supported can in any case be carried out using the classic static calculations. The staircase construction can be connected to the upper or lower end point (floor, height level, level) in a simple manner by anchoring the connecting elements, by subsequently fixing them with connecting elements; with a large contact surface, the attachment at the lower end point can also be released without anchoring or connecting element.
The invention accordingly relates to a staircase construction, the fittings of which fix the covering elements of the walking surface as metal fittings which can be connected like a chain link from step to step. The number of steps is given as the quotient of the height difference to be overcome and the step height, while any necessary corrections can be carried out by changing the angle of inclination of the entire stair construction.
The essence of the invention is that the fittings of the staircase construction consist of fittings repeated in the manner of a chain link, the fittings of the lowest stage and of all intermediate stages being formed by a second tubular ring connected by a neck part to a first tubular ring, on the upper edge of which in Formed a tubular bushing, the lower edge of the first tubular ring of the next step element rests. Brackets are attached to both sides of the first tubular ring for attaching any covering elements of the stairs, and elements serving for attaching the banisters, expediently holes, are formed on the edges of the console. The fastening elements for the step coverings are formed by spacers attached to the neck parts, in which bores are provided for receiving connecting elements. A cover plate provided with bores and suitable for receiving and fastening an anchor is arranged on the first pipe ring. The armature of the step adjoining the upper end point of the staircase consists of the first tubular ring, the brackets fastened to it, the neck part and a fastening element connected to this, which has bores through which fastening elements anchoring the staircase at the upper end are passed.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the console is proportional to the desired length of the steps.
According to a further preferred embodiment, in the case of a line structure of the staircase structure deviating from the straight line, this is in the case that the chord of the arch of the line structure lies outside the contour of the statically load-bearing structure, except on the upper and lower fastening points on one or more Points supported by calculable support in a known manner.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the stair construction is provided with further winter supports in the case of broken lines in the vicinity of the bends (turning points, kinks).
According to a further preferred embodiment, at least in one of the stair elements, the neck part connecting the first tubular ring to the second tubular ring is longer than the neck parts of the other elements, and the stair covering covering this neck part forms a landing, for example an assembly platform.
According to a further preferred embodiment, finally, the upper and lower edge of the first tube ring and the upper edge of the second tube ring are provided with markings which facilitate the setting of the intended angle during assembly.
- - In comparison to the known spiral staircases, in which no spindle space can be formed and which are dangerous due to the narrowness of the step part adjacent to the spindle, the proposed staircase construction offers the advantage of customizable lines.
- - The staircase construction according to the invention is extremely simple to carry out, it can be put together from prefabricated, typable elements, and this means that there is no need to manufacture the stairs at the same time as the building.
- - It is very advantageous that the number of steps can be calculated as the quotient of the height difference to be overcome and the height of an element; if then (point E LP) between the uppermost stage and the top of the stairs, a height difference exists, this can be n in a simple manner by changing the inclination angle of the whole staircase structure are balanced.
- - If the line of the staircase deviates somewhat from the straight line, further support is only required if (in a top view) the bow of the arch in the line no longer falls into the structural load-bearing contour of the construction; The number and location of the necessary support can easily be determined using classic static calculations.
- - The staircase construction according to the invention can be assembled from prefabricated, typable elements; with the exception of the top level, all elements are identical, which offers all the advantages of the modular principle. The console can be designed to attach covering elements of any shape and material.

It can be seen that all the steps are the same height. The
Die Fig. 7-15 zeigen ohne Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit mehrere mögliche Linienführungen für die erfindungsgemäße Treppenkonstruktion.7-15 show several possible lines for the staircase construction according to the invention without claiming to be complete.
Gemäß diesem Aspekt verfügen die in den Fig. 10-15 dargestellten Ausführungsformen über mehr als zwei Unterstützungen 23.FIG. 7 shows a staircase construction according to the invention with a
Fig. 13 zeigt ebenfalls eine durch zwei Bögen gebrochen verlaufende Treppe, bei der die Unterstützungen ebenso verteilt sind wie im Falle der Treppe gemäß Fig. 12.10 shows a staircase running in straight lines, but
Treppe ist ebenso unterstützt wie die gemäß Fig. 14.14 shows a staircase with a
The staircase construction according to the invention can be implemented within the scope of protection claimed in any other lines and in other forms than according to the exemplary embodiments.
As already emphasized in the description, the dimensioning and calculation of the support depending on the lines of the staircase construction, shape, weight and load are possible with the known methods of classic statics.
