Description

The invention relates to a game and sport device for arrangement on water surfaces, with a flexible floating body that is load-bearing for people.

In order to achieve a high tear resistance, such sports devices are made of plastic-laminated fabric and / or are designed to be inflatable with a sufficiently high buoyancy in view of the lowest material requirement. Such a game and sports facility is the well-known air mattress. The use of flexible, inflatable, multi-chamber hoses made of non-metallic material, preferably plastic, is also known as rescue aid for people in distress (GB-A-823 922). These rescue aids are dimensioned so that the shipwrecked can hold on to or hold on to them in their hands and thus prevent them from drowning. Some areas of the rescue facilities can be designed with regard to size and load capacity for the safe lying of individual people above the water level. The known rescue device therefore represents neither a career nor a career with obstacles in the sense of the present invention. Inflatable plastic webs are also used, for example, as elements for provisional bridges for the dry crossing of water surfaces for people and material (The Military Engineer, March- April 1969. p. 104). Since these known bridge elements a safe crossing z. B. to allow a river through motor vehicles, they require relatively rigid and bulky large constructions.

In contrast, it is important in game and sports facilities of the proposed type that they have a certain resilience or elasticity and can also take unstable positions in the water, so that the user can repeatedly create a risk of falling into the water causing the play stimulus (cf. air-filled ring tubes, air mattresses, etc.). In addition, these facilities must be easy to use and install in swimming pools.

The invention, as characterized in claim 1, solves the problem of further developing a generic device with simple means. that a varied water sports device is created.

The invention creates a new attraction for water sports, through which additional visitors can be won for leisure facilities. The attractiveness of the game and sports facility results from the arrangement of obstacles along a running track, which makes it difficult to pass through the track lying on the water and increases the risk of the user falling into the water. This creates the incentive for the user to try again and again to successfully overcome the train.

By using obstacles of different shapes and colors, it is possible to design varied careers and to change the character of the track from time to time in the event of obstacles detachably attached to the track. For example, the obstacles can consist only of balls or cylindrical rollers or of both spatial shapes. The running track can also be provided with mountains and valleys, that is to say a wave-shaped running surface. The obstacles can also be supplemented by recesses in the career.

Another design option for the game and sports device according to the invention results from a curved course of the track which deviates from the straight extension, the S shape and the circular ring shape being particularly expedient.

The obstacles can be attached to the track in a fixed or detachable manner, the fixed attachment being possible by plastic welding, gluing or sewing, the detachable attachment being possible by buttons, binding, zipper or Velcro. In some cases, the one-piece design of the obstacle course can also be advantageous.

A low weight is particularly achievable with the inflatable design of the track and / or the obstacles, because the lift of the track can essentially be predetermined by the fillable air volume and the material for the track and the obstacles can only be dimensioned with a view to sufficient tear resistance needs. After deflating the air from the chambers of the track or obstacles, the track elements can be compactly folded and stored with little space when not in use. "To fasten the track in the water, enough edges can be attached to the edges, preferably on the long side, into which, for example, elastic lines can be hung, which in swimming pools with a fixed pool edge or in the case of natural waters with piles in the water or buoys can be connected and thus enable the track to be fixed on the water surface only fluctuating within the framework of the elasticity of the track and the lines.

Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert :The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments:

It shows
  • Figure 1 shows a game and sports device according to the invention in side view.
  • FIG. 2 shows a top view of the track according to FIG. 1 with a straight extension,
  • FIG. 3 shows a top view of the track according to FIG. 1 with an S-shaped extension,
  • Figure 4 shows a game and Sports facility with a circular path in a side view and
  • FIG. 5 shows a top view of the game and sports device according to FIG. 4.

According to FIGS. 1 to 3, obstacle elements of different spatial shapes are arranged one behind the other on the track 1. With 2 are cuboid or box-shaped, with 4 wavy and with 5 and 6 cylindrical lying or standing obstacles. In addition to these obstacles, cutouts 3 can also be provided. The track 1 is attached to the edge of a swimming pool by means of lines 11.

As FIG. 1 shows, the track 1 can be designed to be so elastic that it yields in the load area 12 when it is entered and sinks below the water surface. This resilience of the track makes great demands on maintaining balance while running and also makes it difficult to quickly pull off the runner's mainstay.

The exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 2 and 3 differ only in the straight and the S-shaped extension of the raceways. Both lanes are suitable for competitive games in multiple parallel arrangements, both for individual and team competitions.

The game and sports device according to Figures 4 and 5 is circular. It has the obstacles 4 to 5 also used in the embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 3. In addition, there are spherical, tunnel-shaped and tire-shaped obstacle elements 7, 9 and 10 on the track. In addition to circular cutouts 3, slot-shaped cutouts 8 are also provided in the track. This so-called ring island is preferably used as a game device.
