Abstract

La chaíne de conditionnement comprend une machine (4) pour former un réceptacle ouvert (1) à partir d'un flan rainé (F1) et simultanément coller deux feuilles de film (311, 321) à l'intérieur du réceptacle (1). Le premier flan est transporté à partir d'une pile de flans (410) sur des glissières (416), encollé sous des buses (42) et positionné au-dessus d'une matrice (432) et au-dessous d'un poinçon (431) d'emboutissage. Des mâchoires aspirantes (4360) plaquent des extrémités de deux films contre des faces aspirantes (4311) du poinçon. En position basse du poinçon dans la matrice, les films sont coupés par des couteaux translatables (4370) pour obtenir les feuilles, puis sont déroulés pendant l'ascension du poinçon.
