Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Einbrennen von Email auf Stahlteilen, insbesondere auf Stahlblech aus aluminiumberuhigtem Stahlstranggußmaterial sowie einen Emaillierofen mit einer Brennzone und einer als Vorwärm­ zone dienende Einlaufzone für die Durchführung dieses Verfahrens. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufheizen des Stahlteiles bzw. Stahlbleches auf die Einbrenntemperatur vor Erreichen der Einbrenntemperatur unterbrochen, im Stahl gelöster Wasserstoff während der Unterbrechungszeit effundieren gelassen wird, das Stahlteil anschließend weiter auf die Einbrenntemperatur aufge­ heizt, bei dieser Temperatur gehalten und in bekannter Weise abgekühlt wird. Der Emaillierofen zur Durchführung des Verfahrens besteht gemäß der Erfindung darin, daß zwischen der Einbrennzone und der Vorwärmzone eine Entgasungszone zwischengeschaltet ist, in der die mit Email beschichteten Werkstücke eine bestimmte Mindest­ zeit bei einer bestimmten Temperatur gehalten werden.
