Abstract
The weaving machine is provided with a weaving rotor (1), the stop combs of which have stop blades (6), the stop edge (5) of which is perpendicular to the stop line when the weft thread (33) is struck. Furthermore, a device is provided which, after each stop, pulls the tissue (7) with at least the circumferential speed of the stop blades (6) in the pull-off direction until the stop blades (6) are out of contact with the tissue (7). The arrangement prevents the fabric (7) from being displaced at the stop line from the fabric plane by the stop lamellae (6).
Description
The invention relates to a weaving machine, in particular a row shed weaving machine, with stop slats having a stop edge.
In a row shed weaving machine, the weft threads are struck by stop lamella combs which are located on the weaving rotor. The disadvantageous appearance that a sling comb displaces the fabric at the sling line from the warp and fabric level can be noticeable. The prescribed shot density is difficult or impossible to achieve. With the rotational stop, the warp threads emerge from the slats at some point on the circumference of the slats. The stop edge of the slats, which runs in a curve, begins at this exit point. In this point, the stop edge is at a certain angle to the warp and fabric plane. In a known row shed weaving machine of this type, the angle is approximately 30 ° to 45 °. At this angle, the Anschla may g of the blades in certain fabric articles edges the tissue at the stop line of the warp and easily displace the tissue level.
The object of the invention is to displace a row shed weaving machine of the type defined at the outset against the fabric at the stop edge. This object is achieved according to the invention by the features specified in the characterizing part of
According to the invention, the stop slats are designed in such a way that their stop edge in the stop region runs perpendicular to the fabric plane, so that they cannot displace the fabric from the warp and fabric plane when a weft thread is attached. So that the rotating stop slats can still dive under the tissue after striking, a device is provided which pulls the tissue forward after the stop in the direction of the tissue withdrawal, at least at the circumferential speed of the slats.
- Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung;
- Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht mit eingezeichneter Steuerscheibe;
- Figure 1 is a side view of a device according to the invention.
- 2 shows the side view with the control disk shown;
- Fig. 3a-3d is a schematic representation of the processes when striking a weft.
Fig. 1 shows schematically a
The deflection shell 9 extends over the entire width of the fabric and is rotatably supported in the cheeks of the machine with both ends. On one end of the

In order to be able to adjust the extent of the retraction movement of the tissue, the
