Description

The invention relates to an automatic gate with two gate parts made of windable webs, which are symmetrically movable to each other in the horizontal direction for the closing and opening process, with vertical winding rollers for the webs, which are arranged on both sides of the door opening, each with a rail to the closing process front ends of the track, which are guided by driven trolleys which can move over the gate opening on rails.

An automatic gate of this type has become known from DE-A-26 25 927. A rail arrangement with tension belts is provided above the gate opening, each of which acts on a trolley. This trolley carries the front end of the track. In order to prevent clamping phenomena from occurring during the closing or opening movement, a belt or belt arrangement is also provided at the lower end of the web ends, which also guides the front web end. The lower belt arrangement is driven by the winding rollers.

Gates of the type specified at the beginning are used, for example, to separate individual workshops or warehouses. If the gate is to be passed by transport vehicles or the like, the gates open automatically, the gates being driven by suitable motors. In order to keep the opening time as short as possible, very rapid door movements are desirable. If the opening movements are only introduced into the door at the upper end of the door opening, there is a risk of the door tilting. The use of additional guide elements on the floor now has the disadvantage that these guide elements interfere with the passage of the gate. If these devices are sunk into the ground, there is a risk of contamination, which can lead to faults.

Dieses Tor ist jedoch kein selbsttätiges Tor, und die Torbewegung erfolgt offenbar sehr langsam, so daß zwar die vorgesehene Führung ausreicht, eine rasche Toröffnung jedoch nicht möglich ist.FR-E-15 848 describes a gate lock that consists of individual slats that can be wound up to the side of the gate opening. With this design, there is no lower guide for the door slats. However, this gate is not an automatic gate, and the gate movement is obviously very slow, so that although the intended guidance is sufficient, rapid gate opening is not possible.

The invention has for its object to further develop an automatic gate of the type specified in such a way that it is possible to achieve a rapid gate movement without guide means on the floor hindering the passage or passage through the gate.

The invention achieves the stated object in that each gate part is driven only by means above the gate opening, the trolleys drive guide members which engage the rails at the rail ends at approximately half the height, and in that each gate part is formed by two paths, which are arranged parallel to each other in the closed state of the gate, and their web ends are connected by means of the rail.

The fact that in the invention the driven guide members engage at approximately half the height of the rails at the web ends, large acceleration forces can be exerted on the rails without the rails at the web ends tending to tilt. Very rapid door movements are possible. The arrangement of additional guide elements on the floor is unnecessary.

The formation of each gate part from two webs has the further advantage that the gate also has good insulation properties because an insulating air cushion is formed between the two webs. This in turn allows a comparatively light construction of the gate with a low mass.

Die Bahnen decken dabei die Führungsglieder ab.It is expedient if the guide members are at least partially arranged between the tracks. The tracks cover the guide members.

Furthermore, side supports are proposed which extend between the trolley and the point of attack of the guide members at the connected web ends. This ensures sufficient stability of the connected web ends.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown schematically. Show it :
  • 1 is a view of the left part of the gate according to the invention, wherein covers and similar components are omitted for a better understanding of the invention,
  • Fig. 2 is an enlarged sectional view through the upper part of the gate, the left part of the gate is shown, and
  • Fig. 3 is a plan view with a partial section of the upper area of the right door part, the scale corresponding approximately to that of the representation of FIG. 2.

The door according to the invention consists of two door parts which are movable in mirror image to one another. The gate parts are essentially formed by lanes 1 and 2. These sheets can be plastic films, for example.

However, it is better if these webs are made of canvas or a similar material, a different configuration or a combination of different materials also being possible. The tracks can be made completely transparent. However, it is recommended if the web consists of three parts, namely a lower and an upper part, which is opaque, while a transparent part is inserted in the middle, which is in use approximately at eye level. This is not shown in the drawing. Such training has the advantage that the good transparency of the material is retained even after prolonged use and that Material in particular the lower parts of the web can be better adapted to the stress.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, the webs 1 and 2 can each be wound onto the spring-driven winding rollers 3 and 4, which are each supported by the upper and lower roller bearings 12 and 13 (see also FIG. 1). These roller bearings 12 and 13 are arranged in the goal frame 14, which also receives the other parts of the goal according to the invention. Rollers 3 and 4 each move in opposite directions.

The beams 16 and 17 extend over the gate opening 15 and the rails 18 and 19, and 20 and 21 are arranged parallel to the beams 16 and 17. These rails each carry a trolley 9 for the left and right part of the door, the rail 18 being assigned to the trolley 9 (FIGS. 1 and 2) of the left part of the door, while the rail 19 to the trolley 9 (FIG. 3) of the right Serves part of the gate. The rails 20 and 21, however, serve both trolleys on the left and right in the same way.

19 eingreift. As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, each trolley has an arm 22 which carries in its front end a roller 23 which engages in the rails 18 and 19, respectively.

The two trolleys also each have the rollers 24 to 27, which are guided on the rail 21. The rails 20 and 21 are at a relatively large distance from one another, so that good lateral stability is obtained, from which the point of attack 11 also derives its lateral guidance by means of the side supports 10.

Diese U-Schiene befindet sich zwischen den Bahnen 1 und 2.3, the ends 5 of the tracks 1 and 2 are connected to one another and fastened to the U-rail 28. This U-rail is located between lanes 1 and 2.

Arranged in front of the end 5 of the tracks is a vertical support 29 which, on the one hand, serves to fasten the end 5 to the U-rail 28 and, on the other hand, also carries the profile 30. This profile 30 can, for example, accommodate an anti-trap device, as described in DE-OS 30 01 231.

The two trolleys 9 are driven by a motor, not shown, which drives the chain 8, which is guided on the chain wheels 31. The chain is connected at 32 to one trolley and, analogously, to the other run with the other trolley.

From the trolley, namely from the arm 22, the guide member 6 extends downward into the gap between the webs 1 and 2. This guide member 6 is articulated at the point of attack 11 to the U-rail 28, so that the Driving force is introduced approximately in the middle of the track. The U-rail 28 can, as indicated in FIG. 1, have a higher profile in the middle than at the ends. The lower ends of the side supports 10 are fastened to the outside of the point of attack 11. Due to the distance between the rollers 3 and 4 and the shape of the U-rail 28, the webs 1 and 2 are spaced from each other, so that there will be an air layer 7 between the webs 1 and 2. During the closing movement, the air necessary for the air layer 7 can flow in through the opening slots 33, it being assumed that the door frame 14 is located in a room with a relatively higher air temperature.

Die Bleche 34 verbessern den Luftabschluß beim erfindungsgemäßen Tor.It is clear that a warm air duct can also be connected to the air slots 33 if required. The sheets 34 improve the air seal in the gate according to the invention.

As already mentioned, the gate according to the invention is preferably intended as an internal gate for separating the individual workshops or the like. It can also be used as an external gate, although it is advisable to supplement it with a stable gate of conventional design.

The gate according to the invention is to be supplemented by those components which are known per se and which trigger the opening signal and the closing signal. When opening, it is expedient to proceed in such a way that an existing brake on the rollers 3 and 4 is first released, so that the driving forces of the rollers are already effective when the motor driving the chain 8 is then switched on. This ensures that the tarpaulin is sufficiently tight even at high opening speeds. The drive motor can have different speed levels in order to move the door as gently as possible.
