Abstract
Die Polymermischung besteht aus 53-75 Gewichtspro zent von Äthylenvinylacetat und Äthylenbutylacrylat, ge pfropft mit einem organischen Silan zur Vernetzung, Alumi niumhydroxid und einem Vernetzungskatalysator, 3-15 Ge wichtsprozent Äthylenvinylacetat mit 50% Vinylacetatgehalt und 21-32 Gewichtsprozent Aluminiumhydroxid. Das silan vernetzbare Gemisch läßt sich gut extrudieren, und das vernetzte Produkt hat eine große Flexibilität und gute Flammwidrigkeit. The polymer blend consists of 53-75% by weight percent of ethylene vinyl acetate and ethylene butyl acrylate, ge grafting with an organic silane for crosslinking, alumi nium hydroxide and a crosslinking catalyst, 3-15 Ge % by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate with 50% vinyl acetate content and 21-32 weight percent aluminum hydroxide. The silane crosslinkable mixture can be extruded well, and that networked product has great flexibility and good Flame retardancy.
