Claims (27)

1. Dispositif pour la fabrication d'une unité d'âme pour un câble de télécommunications à partir d'unités torsadées de conducteurs isolés individuellement, ayant une multitude de machines de torsadage (10) comportant chacune une multitude de rouleaux (26) de conducteur isolé (30) et chacune comportant une aile de retordage (28) qui peut tourner de manière à introduire une torsion dans les conducteurs pour les amener à se tordre et former une unité torsadée (38), des moyens (31, 35, 36) pour faire tourner chaque aile de retordage, et des moyens de formation d'unité d'âme et de bobinage (14, 16,18) en tandem avec les machines de torsadage pour rassembler les unités torsadées et former une unité d'âme (23), le moyen de formation et de bobinage comprenant un moyen de traction (19, 20, 21 ) pour entraîner les unités torsadées dans le moyen de formation et de bobinage, caractérisé en ce que chaque aile de retordage peut être mise en rotation par le moyen tournant à des vitesses qui sont variables indépendamment des vitesses de rotation des autres ailes de retordage, et sont variables pendant le fonctionnement du moyen de traction pour entraîner les unités torsadées dans le moyen de formation et de bobinage.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certaines machines de torsadage comprennent chacune un moteur d'entraînement à courant alternatif (31) pour mettre en rotation l'aile de retordage de la machine indépendamment des ailes de retordage des autres machines.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moyen de commande (66, 68, 70) pour commander la vitesse de chaque moteur, le moyen de commande pouvant produire un signal correspondant à l'angle désiré du battant de torsadage d'une unité torsadée devant être formée par une machine de torsadage pour amener son moteur à courant alternatif à faire tourner l'aile de retordage respective à une vitesse appropriée à la vitesse de la chaîne du dispositif et produire l'angle désiré du battant de torsadage.

Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de commande comprend un ordinateur (68), un microprocesseur (66) pour chaque mote'or à courant alternatif (31), l'ordinateur étant connecté à chaque microprocesseur pour lui envoyer un premier signal qui correspond à l'angle désiré du battant de torsadage, à une vitesse donnée de la chaîne du dispositif, le microprocesseur étant capable d'émettre un signal de commande de base correspondant au premier signal stocké et modifié par le second signal pour commander la vitesse d'entraînement du moteur à courant alternatif associé et fournir l'angle désiré du battant de torsadage à la vitesse réelle de la chaîne.

Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une commande (74) à courant alternatif par onduleur est disposée entre chaque microprocesseur (66) et son moteur à courant alternatif associé (31), et la commande par onduleur est capable de convertir le signal de commande de base en signal de commande final, qui est un signal de commande à fréquence à courant alternatif et qui est reçu par le moteur d'entraînement à courant alternatif pour commander sa vitesse d'entraînement.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier signal envoyé à au moins un microprocesseur peut être changé pendant le fonctionnement de son moteur à courant alternatif de manière à faire tourner l'aile de retordage et pendant le câblage d'une unité d'âme.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier signal envoyé à chaque microprocesseur peut être changé.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier signal appliqué à chaque microprocesseur peut être modifié et, à tout instant particulier, est tel que cela se traduit par le fait que le moteur à courant alternatif associé au microprocesseur est entraîné à une vitesse permettant de faire tourner son aile de retordage à une vitesse de rotation différente de celle de toutes les autres ailes.

Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque premier signal peut être modifié d'une façon cyclique pour provoquer la rotation de son aile de retordage afin de produire l'angle du battant de torsadage de l'unité torsadée associée pour l'augmenter ou le diminuer continuellement entre des limites supérieure et inférieure.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la valeur du premier signal change dans un sens lors de son cycle à un taux différent de celui de l'autre sens.
11. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les premiers signaux appliqués aux microprocesseurs peuvent être changés dans des cycles qui ont la même durée et qui sont tous déphasés les uns par rapport aux autres.
12. Procédé pour fabriquer une unité d'âme (23) d'unités (38) de conducteurs isolés torsadés où les conducteurs isolés (30) sont torsadés ensemble dans des postes de torsadage pour donner une multitude d'unités de conducteurs isolés torsadés avec chaque unité de conducteurs ayant un seul sens de torsion suivant sa longueur, les unités de conducteurs torsadés étant déplacées en amont des postes de torsadage et entrant dans un moyen (14, 16, 18) de formation d'unités d'âme et de bobinage pour rassembler les unités torsadées et former une unité d'âme, caractérisé en ce que les angles du battant de torsion de certaines des unités de conducteurs sont changés alors que les unités sont formées tout en fournissant pour chaque unité de conducteurs, au droit de toute section transversale de l'unité d'âme, un angle du battant de torsion qui est soit différent de celui d'une autre unité de conducteurs soit changé dans un sens différent de celui de l'autre unité de conducteurs.

Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le changement continuel des angles du battant de torsion de toutes les unités de conducteurs alors que celles-ci sont formées pour fournir, dans l'unité d'âme, un battant de torsion moyen dans chaque unité qui est sensiblement égal à celui de chaque autre unité sur des longueurs spécifiques de l'unité d'âme.
14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le changement des angles du battant de torsion de manière cyclique, les cycles (17, 82, 84) ayant sensiblement les mêmes caractéristique, amplitude et longueur.
15. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le changement simultané des angles du battant de torsion de toutes les unités de conducteurs, alors que celles-ci sont en cours de formation.
16. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les angles des battants de torsion sont changés continuellement.
17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le changement des angles du battant de torsion de manière cyclique, les cycles (76, 82, 84) formés à tout instant particulier ayant des longueurs sensiblement égales et étant déphasés les uns par rapport aux autres.
18. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le changement de tous les angles du battant de torsion de manière continue et cyclique, tous les cycles (76, 82, 84) étant de longueur sensiblement égale et déphasés les uns par rapport aux autres.
19. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la formation des angles du battant de torsion par passage des conducteurs isolés dans les ailes de retordage (28) à chaque poste de torsadage, avec chaque aile animée d'un mouvement de rotation par un moteur d'entraînement individuel à courant alternatif (31), et chaque angle de battant de torsion changé en faisant varier la vitesse d'entraînement du moteur d'entraînement à courant alternatif.
20. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la fourniture aux angles du battant de torsion de trajets cycliques (76, 82, 84) sensiblement identiques de changement et, pour chaque trajet du cycle l'angle du battant de torsion augmente à un taux différent de sa diminution.
21. Unité d'âme pour câble de télécommunications, comprenant une multitude de conducteurs isolés (30) formés en unités (38) de conducteurs torsadés, chaque unité de conducteurs ayant un seul sens de torsion suivant sa longueur, caractérisée en ce que les angles du battant de torsion d'au moins certaines unités de conducteurs changent suivant la longueur de l'unité d'âme (23), et à toute section transversale, sont différents des angles du battant de torsion des autres unités de conducteurs ou sont changés dans un sens différent par rapport aux angles du battant de torsion des autres unités de conducteurs.
22. Unité d'âme selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que les angles du battant de torsion de toutes les unités de conducteurs changent suivant la longueurde l'unité d'âme.
23. Unité d'âme selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce que les angles du battant de torsion changent continuellement et de façon cyclique.
24. Unité d'âme selon la revendication 23, caractérisée en ce qu'à toute section transversale particulière de l'unité d'âme, les cycles (76,82,84) ont des longueurs sensiblement égales et sont déphasés les uns par rapport aux autres.
25. Unité d'âme selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que les angles du battant de torsion changent suivant la longueur de l'unité d'âme pour fournir un battant de torsion moyen pour chaque unité de conducteurs qui est sensiblement égal à celui de chaque autre unité de conducteurs suivant des longueurs spécifiques de l'unité d'âme.
26. Unité d'âme selon la revendication 25, caractérisée en ce que l'angle du battant de torsion dans chaque unité de conducteurs change continuellement et change suivant des cycles, les cycles (76, 82, 84) des différentes unités de conducteurs ayant les mêmes caractéristique, amplitude et longueur et étant déphasés les uns par rapport aux autres à toute section transversale particulière de l'unité d'âme.
27. Unité d'âme selon la revendication 25, caractérisée en ce que les paires de conducteurs sont câblées ensemble.
