Description

The present invention relates to a sports shoe and in particular to a ski shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.

A ski boot of this type is known from DE-OS 32 01 702, in which, at the end of a holding element which interacts with a tensioning and locking device, a band part with teeth is fastened to it, which ends with a guide for the tip of a ski pole. The band part is passed between the shell of the ski boot and a locking lever pivotally mounted on it. The locking lever has a locking element at one end, which can be brought into engagement with the locking notches of the toothing on the belt part. The other end of the locking lever is provided with a guide recess into which the tip of the ski pole can also be inserted. In order to tension the holding element, the tip of the ski pole is inserted into the guide on the band part, which continues to move under the locking element until the holding element is tensioned, so that the wearer of the shoe has a firm fit in the shoe. Since the locking lever is biased against the band part, the locking member now comes into engagement with the locking notches, and the holding element is locked. To release the lock, the tip of the ski pole is inserted into the guide recess on the locking lever, which pivots under the pressure of the ski pole, and the locking element is released from the toothing on the band part, so that the holding element can move back into the untensioned position .

In this known ski boot, the ski pole is an indispensable aid in order to be able to operate the tensioning and locking device for the holding element. When tensioning, the entire tensile force of the holding element must be applied directly to the guide on the belt part without any helpful translation.

Starting from this prior art, the present invention has for its object to provide a sports shoe, and in particular a ski shoe, of the type mentioned, in which the various desired tensioning states of the holding element can be obtained simply and effortlessly, without the use of aids. In addition to such a solution which is user-friendly in terms of handling, it is also intended to provide an embodiment which facilitates the assembly and any replacement of the foot support arrangement or parts thereof.

This object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.

A further development of such a sports shoe is claimed in the European divisional application EP-A 0259896 published on 3/16/88.

The holding element can be tensioned without any problem, only with the means arranged on the ski boot and without great effort. Likewise, the holding element can be made simpler in the ski boot according to the invention. Since the notches are arranged on the winding element, no belt extension with teeth is necessary. This also simplifies the assembly and any replacement of the holding element.

Preferably, the drum-shaped winding member has on one or both end faces a toothing which extends in the circumferential direction and fixes the locking notches and whose teeth are sawtooth-shaped. This enables fine adjustment, which allows the wearer of the shoe to adapt the tensioning state of the holding element and thus the holding force exerted on the foot by the latter to the respective requirements.

In a particularly user-friendly embodiment, a tensioning mechanism according to claim 6 is expediently provided for tensioning the holding element. Such a solution allows the wearer of the shoe to put the holding element under tension to the desired extent with simple means and quickly.

The design of the tensioning lever according to claim 7 enables a particularly simple and space-saving and failure-prone construction.

From the point of view of a simple construction and a rational manufacture and assembly, an embodiment according to claim 9 offers particular advantages. The assembly consisting of the holder and the components attached to it can easily be inserted into the opening in the upper of the shoe, which is usually left open during the manufacture of the shoe. If the holder is designed according to claim 10, a good fit of the holder is achieved already with the insertion of the holder into the opening in the shoe upper without additional fastening means being required.

Further preferred embodiments of the sports shoe according to the invention form the subject of the remaining dependent claims.

An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows purely schematically:
  • Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a ski boot assumed to be transparent with an embodiment of an arrangement for holding the foot, and
  • 2 and 3 in an enlarged scale compared to FIG. 1, the device for tensioning and locking the holding element in side view and partially in section or in plan view.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the ski boot 101 consists of a shoe upper 102 and a sole 103. As is known per se, the shoe upper 102 has a shell part 104 which surrounds the foot and a rear shell part 105 which is connected to the Shell part 104 is articulated. The two shell parts 104 and 105, which are preferably made of plastic, are not by means of one shown closure held together. A padded inner shoe 106 also belongs to the ski boot 101. The footbed is designated by 107.

A flexible holding strap 108 made of textile material or plastic runs inside the ski boot 101. As can be seen from FIG. 1, this tether 108 is fastened at one end 108a close to the footbed 107 on the inside of the shoe upper 102. From this attachment point 109, the band section designated 108b runs via a saddle-shaped pressure distribution element 110 to a deflection eyelet 111, which is opposite the attachment point 109 with respect to the foot and is also attached to the inside of the shoe upper 102. The pressure distribution element 110 is arranged between the front shell part 104 and the inner shoe 106.

After the deflection eyelet 111, the tether 108 runs upward. The other end 108c of the tether 108 is attached to a take-up drum 112 (Fig. 2). This take-up drum 112, which belongs to a tensioning mechanism 113 for the holding strap 108, is mounted freely rotatably about its axis 112a (FIG. 2) in a holder 114 with a U-shaped cross section. The side parts of this holder 114 are denoted by 114a and 114b, while the bottom part of this holder 114 is provided with the reference symbol 114c. The winding drum 112 carries a disk 115 or 116 on each end face, which is provided with teeth 117 on its circumference. Each of these toothings 117 is formed by a number of sawtooth-like teeth 117a (FIG. 2) which define locking notches 118 between them.

A mounting lever 119, which also belongs to the tensioning mechanism 113 and is pivotable about the axis of rotation 112a of the winding drum 112 in the direction of arrows A and B, is also mounted in the holder 114. In this tensioning lever 119 there is mounted a slide 120 which can be displaced in the direction of its longitudinal axis and which is under the action of a compression spring 121 which is shown only schematically in FIG. By means of this compression spring 121, the slide 120 is pressed against the winding drum 112 and thereby comes into engagement with the free end 120a with the teeth 117a of the toothing 117. An actuating element 122 is coupled to the slide 120 and is arranged on the outer side of the tensioning lever 119 is and is guided in the direction of arrow C (Fig. 2) on the clamping lever 119. When the actuating element 122 is moved in the direction of the arrow C, the slide 120 is taken along and, against the force of the compression spring 121, is brought out of engagement with the toothings 117.

To block the take-up drum 112 in its respective rotational position, a locking slide 124 belonging to a locking mechanism 123 is provided, which is slidably mounted in the holder 114 in the direction of arrow D. This locking slide 124 is pressed against the winding drum 112 by a spring 125 supported on the holder 114 and is thus brought into engagement with the toothings 117 with an engagement side 124a. At the end facing the take-up drum 112, the locking slide 124 has two projections 126, with which lateral cams 127 (FIG. 2) of this tensioning lever 119 interact in a certain pivoted position of the tensioning lever 119 in a manner to be described, in order to counteract the action of the locking slide 124 to move the spring 125 away from the take-up reel 112.

The assembly consisting of the tensioning mechanism 113, the locking mechanism 123 and the holder 114 is inserted into an opening 128 in the section 104a of the front shell part 104, which surrounds the region of the shin of the wearer, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2. On the end faces of the side parts 114a, 114b of the holder 114, recesses 129 are provided, into which the wall portions 130 of the shell portion 104a delimiting the opening 128 engage (FIG. 2). The holder 114 is supported by means of laterally projecting support parts 131 on the inside of the shell section 104b. In this way, the holder 114 is held in this switch section 104a without additional fastening means being required. The holder 114 together with the clamping mechanism 113 and the locking mechanism 123 can be inserted into the opening 128 in a simple manner by pushing the holder 114 into this opening 128 from the inside of the shoe, the wall sections 130 snapping into the recesses 129 in a snap.

If the wearer of the shoe 101 wants to achieve a better hold of his foot in the ski boot, he can tighten the strap 108 by means of the tensioning mechanism 113. For this purpose, the tensioning lever 119 is pivoted in the direction of arrow A, the drum 112 being rotated in the direction of arrow E because of the engagement of the slider 120 in the notches 118, which results in the retaining band 108 being wound onto the winding drum 112. During this rotational movement of the winding drum 112 in the direction of arrow E, the locking slide 124 is pushed back by the teeth 117a, in order to then be pressed into the next notch 118 again by the spring 125. When the tensioning lever 119 moves back in the direction of arrow B, the take-up drum 112 is blocked by the locking slide 124. For this purpose, during this return movement of the tensioning lever 119, the slide 120 in the tensioning lever 119 is pushed back against the force of the spring 121 by the teeth 117a. The tensioning lever 119 is pivoted back and forth in the direction of the arrows A and B until the holding strap 108 is tensioned sufficiently. After the tensioning process has ended, the tensioning lever 119 is brought into the rest position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 2 and designated 119 '.

If loosening of the holding strap 108 is now desired, the tensioning lever 119 is pivoted from its rest position 119 'in the direction of arrow A towards the lower end position. Has the tensioning lever 119, which is also dashed in FIG set and reached with 119 "position shown, the side cams 127 of the clamping lever 119 come to act on the projections 126 of the locking slide 127, which causes the locking slide 124 to be moved against the force of the spring 125 in the direction of arrow D. The locking slide 124 is thereby disengaged from the toothings 117. In addition, it is still necessary to move the actuating element 122 in the direction of arrow C in order to also disengage the slide 120 in the tensioning lever 119 from the toothings 117. This displacement of the 2, the actuating element 122 can be carried out by means of a finger of the hand with which the clamping lever 119 is actuated. If the blocking slide 124 and the slide 120 have been brought out of engagement with the toothings 117, the winding drum 112 can be released The winding drum 112 is now moved in the direction of the arrow by the holding band 108 under tension F is set in rotation, which results in an immediate loosening of the holding strap 108. As soon as the tensioning lever 119 is pivoted back from the position designated by 119 ", the locking slide 124 engages again in the locking notches 118 and blocks the winding drum 112.

As can be seen from the preceding explanations, the tensioning and the loosening of the holding strap 108 can thus be carried out in a simple manner using only one hand in a very short time.
