Abstract

The device consists of a reel capable of being lowered into and lifted from a shaft by means of lifting devices, said reel being formed by a supporting shaft and the covering element. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdeckvorrichtung für Becken aller Art, insbesondere für Schwimmbecken von Freibädern.The invention relates to a covering device for pools of all kinds, in particular for swimming pools of outdoor pools.

Aus der DE-OS 31 16 830 ist eine derartige Abdeckvorrichtung bekannt. Diese weist einen aus einer Tragwelle und einem darauf ab- und aufrollbarem Abdeckelement gebildeten Wickel auf, welcher in einen außerhalb des Beckenbodens vorgesehenen Schacht versenkbar angeordnet ist. Zum Heben und Senken des Wickels dienen Hubvorrichtungen, deren Stellkräfte auf die Lagerböcke des Wickels wirken. Mit dem Heben des Wickels in die Betriebsstellung der Abdeckvorrichtung wird gleichermaßen der an den Lagerböcken oder Lagerschildern und einer oberen Schachtläneskante befestigte Schachtdeckel nach Art einer einseitig gelenkig angeschlagenen Klappe geöffnet.Such a covering device is known from DE-OS 31 16 830. Hierdurch entstand ein Mehraufwand für Montagearbeiten und -kosten. Ein weiterer Nachteil dieser Abdeckung besteht darin, daß diese Vorrichtung wegen der Anbindung des Schachtdeckels am Schacht nicht für Abdeckungsaufgaben geeignet ist, bei welchen der Schacht nicht an den für das Bedecken des Beckens günstigsten Ort, nämlich unmittelbar am Beckenrand, angeordnet werden kann.When installing this cover, the winding must be aligned on the one hand after the basin to be covered has been extended and on the other hand according to an upper edge of the shaft. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Winkelkonstruktion von Schachtdeckel und Wandelement ist es möglich, auf die Befestigung des Schachtdeckels am Schacht zu verzichten, wobei die bei der bekannten Vorrichtung u.a. ausgeübte Funktion des Deckelanschlags am Schacht, nämlich der Durchbiegung des Deckels entgegenzuwirken, nunmehr von dem Wandelement übernommen wird. Da bei dem Vorschlag der Erfindung der Schachtdeckel direkt oder indirekt starr mit den Lagerstützen oder Lagerschildern verbunden ist, wird wegen des Wegfalls von drei Gelenken - zwischen Lager und Deckelstützen einerseits und Deckel und Schachtoberkannte andererseits - gegenüber der bekannten Abdeckung die Herstellung der Vorrichtung vereinfacht. Außerdem verringert sich der Montageaufwand vor Ort, weil die Anbringung des Schachtdeckelgelenks am Schacht entfällt. Bei angehobenem Wickel bildet das Wandelement darüberhinaus eine Schutzabdeckung für den Schacht und trägt somit auch zum unfallsicheren Betrieb der Vorrichtung bei. Besonders vorteilhaft im Hinblick auf Steifigkeit der Vorrichtung und Gewichtsersparnis ist es, wenn das Wandelement aus einem Hohlkörper z.B. mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, ggf. mit innerhalb oder außerhalb desselben angeordneten Versteifungsrippen oder -wänden, gebildet ist (Anspruch 4). In die gleiche Richtung zielt die Ausbildung des Wandelements als Fachwerk, das zum Zwecke des Unfallschutzes zusätzlich mit einer dünnen Platte abgedeckt sein kann(Anspruch 5). Er wird von Lagern 6 getragen, welche ihrerseits über Lagerböcke oder -schilder 7 am Schacht bzw. dessen Wänden ggf. unter Zwischenschaltung von nicht dargestellten Hubvorrichtungen abgestützt werden. Das Wandelement 8, welches nach Fig.1 als Hohlkörper gestaltet ist, bildet mit dem Schachtdeckel 9 bzw. dessen zugehöriger Schachtdeckel-Tragkonstruktion 1o die erfindungsgemäße Winkelkonstrukticn, wobei Wandelement 8 und Schachtdeckel 9 gleichermaßen mit den Lagerschildern 7 fest verbunden sind. Der äußere Schachtdeckelteil 16 kann lösbar mit der Schachtdeckel-Tragkonstruktion 10 verbunden sein. Die Schachtdeckel-Tragkonstruktion 1o ist am Wandelement 8 über Stützkonsolen 11 abgestützt. Unterhalb des Wickels 3 kennen weitere Träger 12 am Wandelement 8 befestigt und abgestützt werden, wobei die äußersten als Fahrwerksträger zur Aufnahme von Rollen oder Rädern 17 dieren. Die Hubvorrichtungen sind bei 14 unmittelbar an den Lagerschildern 7 pla ziert. Es kann aber auch zweckmäßig sein, bei 15 Hubvor-, richtungen zusätzlich oder alternativ am Wandelement 8 wirken zu lassen (Fig.2)In Fig.1 the pool to be covered is designated 1, the shaft for receiving the roll 3 with 2. Abdeckvorrichtung für Becken aller Art, insbesondere für Schwimmbecken von Freibädern, mit einer Wickelwelle und einem darauf ab- und aufrollbarem Abdeckelement, welche mittels Hubvorrichtungen in einen im Boden außerhalb des Beckens angeordneten Schacht versenkbar bzw. aus diesen Schacht heraus hebbar ist und bei welcher der Schachtdeckel beim Heben bzw. Senken der Wickelrolle automatisch geöffnet bzw. geschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schachtdeckel(9,10) mit einem Wandelement(8) eine Winkelkonstruktion bildet, welche an den die Lager(6) der Wickelrolle(3) abstützenden Lagervorrichtungen(7) starr befestigt ist und daß die sich an den Schachtwänden abstützenden Hubvorrichtungen an den Lagervorrichtungen(7) und/oder dem Wandelement(8) angreifen.1.
