Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung zur Verankerung eines Geräts oder Arbeitsmaterials auf einem Dach, wobei diese Vorrichtung (1 oder 2), die sich an einem Dachsparren (3, 4 oder 58) zwischen zwei die Abdeckelemente tragenden Elementen (5 und 6, 7 und 8) festlegt, ein Element (9, 10 oder 56) zur Befestigung an dem Dachsparren und - kombiniert mit diesem Befestigungselement - ein Element (11, 12 oder 55) zum Einhängen des Geräts oder Arbeitsmaterials aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (11, 12, 55) zum Einhängen kombiniert ist mit einem Festlegeelement (9, 10, 56), nämlich durch ein beliebiges Verbindungssystem (13,14, 54) bekannter Art, das die Elemente untrennbar verbindet und diesen dennoch genügend Freiheit erlaubt, derart, dass das Element zum Einhängen zwei Positionen einnehmen kann, in deren einer - Benutzungsposition genannt - es sich derart ausdehnt bzw. erstreckt, dass es teilweise über das Dach hervortritt, und in deren anderer - Bereitstellungsposition genannt - es zurückgeführt wird und unter den Abdeckelementen verschwindet.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (11, 12 oder 55) zum Einhängen und das Festlegeelement (9, 10 oder 56) komplementäre Anschlagflächen (17,18 und 19,20 oder 27,28 und 29, 30, 73, 74) aufweisen, die mit Präzision deren Extrempositionen bestimmen, nämlich die Benutzungsposition und die Bereitstellungsposition.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungssystem (13) aus einem Gelenkbolzen (15) besteht, der durch ein Befestigungselement (9) getragen und durch eine Öffnung des Elementes (11) zum Einhängen hindurchgeführt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungssystem (14) aus einem Gleitstück (24) besteht, dessen Längsachse (25) mit jener des Dachsparrens nicht parallel ist, wobei das Gleitstück (24) durch das Festlegeelement gehalten ist und das Element zum Einhängen translatorisch führt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Festlegeelement (9 oder 10) ein umgekehrt L-förmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweist, das durch eine grosse Platine (38 oder 39), die zur Anlage an der Fläche des Dachsparrens (3 oder 4) bestimmt ist, und durch einen Flansch (40 oder 41 ) gebildet ist, der zusammen mit der Platine einen Winkel von 45° bildet und zur Anbringung an dem Feld über dem Dachsparren bestimmt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, die zu deren Befestigung am Dachsparren Durchgangslöcher (42,43 oder 44,45) aufweist, die von den Befestigungsgeräten durchgriffen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platine (38, 39) beiderseits neben den Löchern (42,43 oder 44,45) eine Vielzahl zusätzlicher Öffnungen (46, 47, 48, 49 und 50, 51, 52, 53) aufweist, die in unterschiedlichen Abständen von dem Flansch durchgriffen sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungssystem (54) aus einem Gelenkbolzen (57) besteht, der durch das Festlegeelement (56) getragen und parallel zu der durch einen Dachsparren (58) definierten Richtung orientiert ist, und dass das Festlegeelement (55) um den Bolzen (57) herum drehbar gelagert ist über ein Element, das mit einer seiner Hauptflächen fest verbunden ist und sich senkrecht zu seiner grössten Abmessung erstreckt.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkbolzen (57) die Extremitäten zweier Flügel (61, 62) durchquert, die mit einer Platte (59) fest verbunden sind, die das Festlegeelement (56) bildet und zwischen der Oberfläche (73) eines Dachsparrens (58) und der Oberfläche der Dachlatten (74, 75) angeordnet ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkbolzen (57) in bezug auf die Platte (59) und in Richtung Dachaussenseite ohne Überschreiten der Oberflächen der Dachlatten (74, 75) versetzt ist, derart, dass sich das Element (55) zum Einhängen in der Bereitstellungsposition zwischen dem Gelenkbolzen (65) und der Oberfläche (73) des Dachsparrens (58) befindet, während es sich in der Benutzungsposition zwischen dem Gelenkbolzen (65) und der Anschlag- bzw. Endfläche (74) der Platte (59) des Festlegeelements befindet.
