Abstract

In a process for the electrolytic galvanizing of Steel, sulfuric acid aqueous zinc electrolytes are used applies by a salary of one or more Oxygenic acids of sulfur with an oxidation number of +5 to +1 are marked. Zinc over produced in this way trains result in the subsequent zinc phosphating even speck-free phosphate layers. As suitable Oxygenic acids are sulfurous acid (H₂SO₃), sulfoxyl acid ure (H₂SO₂), dithionic acid (H₂S₂O₄) and / or thioschwe rock acid (H₂S₂O₃) in the form of acids, salts and acids hydride called. The concentration of oxygen acids in the Electrolytes should 0.05 to 10 g / l, preferably 0.1 to 2 g / l, be.
