Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur elektrolytischen Verzinkung von Stahl werden schwefelsaure wäßrige Zinkelektrolyte ver wendet, die durch einen Gehalt von ein oder mehreren Sauerstoffsäuren des Schwefels mit der Oxidationszahl von +5 bis +1 gekennzeichnet sind. Derartig erzeugte Zinküber züge ergeben bei dser anschließenden Zinkphosphatierung gleichmäßige stippenfreie Phosphatschichten. Als geeignete Sauerstoffsäuren sind schweflige Säure (H₂SO₃), Sulfoxylsä ure (H₂SO₂), dithionige Säure (H₂S₂O₄) und/oder Thioschwe felsäure (H₂S₂O₃) in Form der Säuren, Salze und Säurean hydride gennant. Die Konzentration der Sauerstoffsäuren im Elektrolyten sollte 0,05 bis 10 g/l, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 2 g/l, betragen.
