Abstract
Kraftstoff-Einspritzdüse für Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einer nach außen öffnenden Ventilnadel (26), die mit einem Kolben (46) verbunden ist, auf den eine Dämpfungskappe (48) aufgesteckt ist, welche sich an einer gehäusefesten Schulter (18) abstützt. In der Dämpfungskappe (43) ist ein Dämpferraum (60) gebildet, der über einen Drosselkanal mit dem Strömungsweg des Kraftstoffs verbunden ist. Der Durchmesser des Kolbens (43) ist kleiner als der vom Ventilsitz (24) umschlossene Querschnitt, wodurch sich eine Ringschulter (47) ergibt, an welcher der ungedrosselte Kraftstoffdruck im Öffnungssinn auf die Ventilnadel (26) einwirkt. Diese Anordnung hat den Vorteil, daß bei niedrigen Drehzahlen und Kraftstoffmengen die Ventilnadel (26) auch bis zu größeren Nadelhüben wirkungsvoll gebremst werden kann, ohne daß die Spritzdauer bei größeren Drehzahlen zu lang wird.
