Abstract

1. Fixing device for the collapsible frame of an umbrella-type clothes dryer, having adaptor brackets (7), arranged in pairs on a fixing star (2), for the arms (3), a latching device (32), an actuating handle (22) and a guide (26) for the tension rope (27), characterized in that a pair of adaptor brackets (7) is in each case connected together in one piece by a web which forms a pivot (8), about which can swivel an arm (3) having an articulation piece (6) engaging with the pivot (8), and that, moreover, a retaining hook (21) is integrally formed in one piece on the base body (20) of the fixing star (2), which retaining hook (21) is intended for interlocking with a pivot (23) likewise integrally formed in one piece on the actuating handle (22).

Description

The invention relates to a fastening device for the expansion frame of a laundry screen according to the preamble of claim 1.

From DE-GM 1 699 205, a sea fastening device for the spreading frame of a laundry screen is known, which is mounted on a mast in a longitudinally displaceable manner and can be locked in locking holes in the mast by means of a latching device. The arms of the expansion frame are each held between two adapter tabs arranged in pairs on a fastening star. The connection or storage of the individual components is carried out via articulated pins. Likewise, the pulley and the actuating handle of the locking device are rotatably mounted via pins. Such bearings are very labor intensive and require a lot of assembly. In addition, the cross-sections of the components, which are already scarce due to lack of space, are further weakened by the necessary bores.

The object of the invention is to provide a fastening device which largely eliminates the need to machine the individual components and is particularly easy to assemble.

This object is achieved with the characterizing features of claim 1.

Thanks to the mounting star designed as an injection molded part with molded axles and holding hooks, pre-machining of the arms and the operating handle is unnecessary. No drilling is required. Since the parts only have to be put together, the assembly is quick and, above all, easy to confuse. In addition, by eliminating the holes that weaken the cross-sections, greater strength is achieved.

Further embodiments of the invention can be found in the subclaims. These features serve to further improve operational safety and strength.

On a mast 1 2 arms 3 are mounted on a mounting star. These arms 3 are supported by struts 4 at the mast end 5. The arms 3 are articulated to the mounting star 1 via an intermediate joint 6. For this purpose, adapter tabs 7, which are connected in one piece to an axis 8, are arranged in pairs on the mounting star 1. The adapter tabs 7 are each provided with a stub 10 on the outer wall 9 in continuation of the axis 8. With these mutes 10, the intermediate joint, in which 11 blind holes 12 are provided in resilient walls, is held. The blind holes 12 are open at the top for better demolding of the injection molded part. The intermediate joint is also provided with a mounting bevel 13. In addition, two ribs 14 are formed on the base body of the fastening star 2 at a distance next to the adapter tabs for additional lateral guidance of the intermediate joint. In connection with the mounting slope 13 and these ribs 14, the mounting of the arms 3 is only possible at a predetermined angle. The actual arm 3 is held clamped in the intermediate joint. As an additional security, an opening 15 is provided, around the wall edge 16 of which a wall region 17 of the arm is bent.

Furthermore, the intermediate joint 6 with a trough 18 for guiding an actuating device 19 for one is not provided automatic line feed shown.

Furthermore, a holding hook 21 is formed on the base body 20 of the fastening star 2. This retaining hook 21 receives an axis of rotation 23 formed on the actuating handle 22. The operating handle 22 is provided at the upper end with an elongated hole curve 24 through which an axis 25 of the guide 26 for a hoist 27 is inserted. The guide 26 consists of the axis 25, which is held in a chamber 28 formed on the base body 20, two guide rollers 29 and a guide web 30 molded on the base body 20. The upper part 31 with the elongated hole curve of the actuating handle also serves as guide.

The actuating handle 22 additionally receives a latching device 32 and a compression spring 33. A holder 34 for a cable pull handle 35 is also formed.

Claims (5)

1. Fastening device for the expanding frame of a laundry screen with adapter tabs (7) for the arms (3) arranged in pairs on a fastening star (2) for the arms (3), a latching device (32), an actuating handle (22) and a guide (26) for the pull rope (27 ), characterized in that a pair of adapter brackets (7) are integrally connected to an axis (8) over which an intermediate joint (6) supporting the arm (3) is clipped, and that further on the base body (20) of the fastening star (2) a holding hook (21) for locking is integrally formed with an axis of rotation (23) also integrally formed on the fastening handle (22), and that the known locking device (32) and the guide (26) are provided. 2. Fastening device according to claim 1, characterized in that the axis (25) of the guide (26) at the same time is blended out as a locking pin via an elongated hole curve (24) in the actuating handle (22). 3. Fastening device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that on the actuating handle (22) above the axis of rotation (23), a compression spring (33) and below a locking pin in locking recesses in the standpipe (32) are provided. 4.
