Die Erfindung betrifft eine auflösbare Warenbahn aus elastischen Fäden, die sich in Einzelfäden auftrennen läßt.The invention relates to a detachable web of elastic threads, which can be separated into individual threads.

Bekannt sind flache, auflösbare Kettengewirkebahnen aus elastischen Garnen, hergestellt auf einer Doppelraschel (DE-AS 2 318 921 und DE-OS 3 129 350). Diese Bänder werden auf dem Umweg von der Spulenaufmachung über das Schären von Teilkettbäumen (TKB) gewirkt. Diese Verfahrensweise ist aufwendig. Die durch den TKB fixierte Fadenzahl schränkt auch die Variationsmöglichkeiten in der Fadenzahl der Bänder ein. Durch den vertikalen Maschenaufbau der Gewirkebahn ist die Trennbarkeit zu Einzelfäden nicht immer gesichert. Die Herstellung erfolgt auf einer Rund-, vorzugsweise aber einer Flachstrickmaschine. Bei der Herstellung auf der Flachstrickmaschine ist wesentlich, daß die elastischen Fäden von der Spule abgezogen, durch eine Sinterkeramikfadenbremse mit einer definierten Vorspannung versehen und zum Fadenführer der Flachstrickmaschine transportiert werden. 5. Die Möglichkeit, unterschiedliche Fadenstärken innerhalb eines Bandes gezielt einzusetzen, und damit zu variieren, wodurch sich zusätzliche Musterungsmöglichkeiten ergeben.
6. Die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Titer über mehr als einen Fadenführer so zu verarbeiten, daß ein zusammenhängendes Band innerhalb der Gestrickbahn blockartig zustande kommt (1 Streifen dünner, 1 Streifen dicker).
7. Das gestrickte Band hat in einer Maschenreihe eine höhere verfügbare Fadenlänge als dies in einer Maschenreihe einer Kettenwirkware möglich ist.
