Description

The invention relates to a laundry screen according to the preamble of claim 1.

In the laundry umbrellas currently on the market, the washing lines are mostly held by holes in the arms. The clothesline is knotted on one arm. Another way of holding the clothesline is that plastic clips are pressed into grooves on the underside of the arms, on which the clothesline is held (GB-PS-1 266 664).

A disadvantage of these designs is that the clothesline can move in the other three arms. This means that the arms can move against each other so that they no longer form a right angle to each other. The result is a disproportionately high load on the sliding joint. Furthermore, when the laundry screen is re-tensioned, there is additional friction of the lines in the holes or plastic parts, so that a high force is required to open the laundry screen and, on the other hand, because of this additional friction and the displacement of the arms, the individual rope corner is not tightened evenly is more possible.

Dabei kann die Leine ebenfalls an zwei von drei Armen durchgezogen werden mit den vorab geschilderten ProblemenGB-PS-660 508 also discloses a laundry screen in which the clothes line is divided into individual rope corners which are fastened to the arms by means of brackets. The line can also be pulled on two of three arms with the problems described above

Für einen einfachen Wäscheschirm ist diese Lösung zu aufwendig.EP-A-0 113 788, which has not been published beforehand, also describes a laundry screen with individual rope corners, the end points of which are fastened to sliders which can be moved relative to one another and are slidably mounted in lower guides of the arms. This technically sophisticated construction is used to pull the clothesline fully into your arms. The U-shaped arms are closed by a segment cover with through openings. The diameter of these openings is so large that the holding buffers can be pushed through. This solution is too complex for a simple laundry screen.

The object of the invention is to design the arms of a clothes umbrella and the attachment of the clothesline to the individual arms so that there is an absolutely angled fixing of the arms to each other and the corner of the rope, formed from the individual clothesline sections, can no longer move in the holders . In addition, the cumbersome assembly of the clothesline should be simplified.

This is made possible with the characterizing features of claim 1. The division of the washing line into individual, closed rope corners or rope corner pieces simplifies the unwieldy assembly with the long washing line, which can be up to 70 m, very much. The arms are held absolutely rigid and at right angles to each other via the holding buffers at the individual corner points of the rope corner. When the washing screen is stretched out, no additional frictional moments arise due to washing line sections moving in bores.

Further refinements of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

For smaller series in particular, it is advisable to divide the slide into individual slide parts. This enables simple yet individual production, which means that different types can be built on one assembly line at the same time. The arms are well fixed to each other.

Two embodiments of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawings.

Show it:
  • FIG. 1 shows the end of an arm partially cut,
  • FIG. 2 shows a top view of a laundry screen with all four arms, one arm being partially cut,
  • Figure 3 is a view in the direction 111 of Figure 1 and
  • FIG. 4 shows an alternative solution in a view according to 111 according to FIG. 1.

The holding arms 1 of a laundry screen 2, not shown, consist of U-shaped profiles 3. These profiles 3 are provided at their open ends 4 on the two side walls 5 with guide grooves 7 formed by webs 6. Part slides 8 are inserted into these guide grooves 7. The slide elements 8 are provided at one end 9 with an opening 10 and at the other end 11 with a closure part 12. The arm is closed by an end cap 14. The closure part 12 of the end cap 14 is expanded to a linen cover cap 13. The clothesline does not consist of one piece as usual, but the individual rope corners are individual pieces of rope or line. The rope corner 15 are square and provided with a holding buffer 16 at the individual corner points. This holding buffer 16 can consist of a metal clip as well as a non-positively attached plastic part.

When assembling the rope corners, the first slider is first inserted into the arm, then the first rope corner is hooked into the opening 10 via the holding buffer 16; by pushing on the next slide unit, the opening 10 is covered by its closure part 12 to such an extent that the cable corner is held securely in the arm via the holding buffer 16.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the profile cover slide 17 is made in one piece. It has keyhole-shaped openings 18 provided, wherein the one opening part 19 has a diameter such that the holding buffer goes clearly through, while the second opening part 20 is designed so that it is significantly smaller than the holding buffer 16. Two locking knobs 21 are provided between the two opening parts 19 and 20.

Dabei sind das Standrohr mit 22 und die Stützarme mit 23 gekennzeichnet.FIG. 2 shows the top view of a laundry screen in the folded state of the arms 1. The standpipe is marked with 22 and the support arms with 23.
