Abstract

1. Hydraulic impact mechanism having a working cylinder (1, 2, 30, 36, 39, 40), a distributor bushing (3) in the centre region of the working cylinder (2) arranged in a displacement manner between a front and a rear position with constant internal diameter which has several outlet openings (4, 5), a piston (6) movable between a forward and a rear position, guided in the working cylinder (30, 36) and the distributor bushing (3), on which piston a front and a rear band with the same diameters are arranged at a distance, one of which is guided in the distributor bushing (3) and which between them form an intermediate chamber (14) which is connected at times to a pressurised oil flow (P) or to a return (R) of an oil combination (26), the piston (6) forming with the working cylinder (36) at the rear adjoining the rear band a rear working chamber (15), and at the front adjoining the front band with the working cylinder (2, 30) and the distributor bushing (3), a front working chamber (35), characterized in that the distributor bushing (3) has a constant outer diameter over its entire length and the front band is guided into it, the intermediate chamber (14) in the rear position of the piston (6) is connected by means of control openings (37) provided in the rear region of the working cylinder (36) to the pressurised oil flow (P) and in the front position of the piston (6) by means of rear outlet openings (5) provided diametrically opposite in the distributor bushing (3) to the return (R), the rear working chamber (15) is constantly connected to the pressurised oil flow (P) by means of inclined openings (38) formed diametrically opposite in the working cylinder (36), and the front working chamber (35) is connected at times to the return (R) or in the front position of the piston (6) and rear position of the distributor bushing (3) by means of a passage (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 32) formed in the working cylinder (2, 30) and a supply slot formed in front of the front working chamber (35) on the piston (6) to a supply chamber (33) constantly connected to the pressurised oil flow (P), formed between the piston (6) and the working cylinder (30) in its front region, whereby in the rear position of the piston (6) the connection of the supply slot to the supply chamber (33) and thus the connection of the front working chamber (35) to the pressurised oil flow (P) is interrupted, while the forward working chamber (35) at the same time is connected by means of front outlet openings (4) provided diametrically opposite in the distributor bushing (3) to the return (R).
