Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Einbauen eines Motorkompressors in eine Nische eines Kühlgerätes, sowie ein Kühlgerät mit Mittel zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens.The invention relates to a method for installing a motor compressor in a niche of a cooling device, and a cooling device with means for performing this method.

Bei einem bekannten Kühlgerät (US-A-2 743 891) wird beim Einbau des Motorkompressors in der Weise verfahren, daß der Motorkompressor in einer Schublade angeordnet wird, die in stabilen seitlichen, U-förmigen Schienen in einer Nische des Kühlgerätes angeordnet ist. Diese sich gegenüberliegenden, U-förmigen Schienen verhindern beim Herausziehen des darin geführten Schubes aus der Nische, daß bei einem Übergewicht des herausgezogen Teils des Schubes derselbe nicht nach unten wegkippt. Diese U-förmigen Schienen und der als Halteplatte für den Motorkompressor dienende Schub mit seinen in die Schienen eingreifenden, angepaßten Führungsleisten erfordern einen erheblichen technischen Aufwand. Dabei müssen die Schienen und die Führungsleisten so stabil ausgebildet sein, daß sie bei teilweise herausgezogenem Schub die dabei auftretenden Knickkräfte aufnehmen können. Bei einem weiteren bekannten Kühlgerät (US-A-2 637 178) befinden sich in einer Nische waagrecht verlauende Winkelschienen als Führungen für eine Halteplatte, auf welcher ein Motorkompressor festgesetzt ist. Die Halteplatte greift in ihrer in die Nische eingebauten Lage unter einen gehäusefesten Vorsprung, während ihr der Öffnungsseite der Nische zugewandtes Ende am Gehäuse des Kühlgerätes festgespannt ist. Soll bei diesem Aufbau der Motorkompressors montiert werden, dann muß die Halteplatte aus der Nische des Kühlgerätes zumindest weitgehend herausgezogen sein. Dann steht die Halteplatte jedoch nicht mehr in Eingriff mit dem gehäusefesten Vorsprung, so daß sie durch das Gewicht, des außerhalb der Nische aufgesetzten Motorkompressors nach unten wegkippt. Die Halteplatte muß daher während der Montage des Motors, insbesondere bei der Verbindung seiner Kältemittelleitungen mit den Kältemittelleitungen des Kältemittelkreislaufs durch äußere Stützen gehalten werden. Dabei müssen diese Stützen bei der Montage an einem Fließband von jeder Arbeitsstation zur nächsten mittransportiert werden, wenn sich der Einbau des Motorkompressors nicht an einem Arbeitsplatz ausführen läßt. Auch bei diesem Aufbau und der daraus folgenden Verfahrensweise verbleibt die Halteplatte bei eingebauten Motorkompressor in der Nische.In another known cooling device (US-A-2 637 178) there are horizontally extending angle rails in a niche as guides for a holding plate on which a motor compressor is fixed. Bei einem Einbau eines Motorkompressors in der durch die Erfindung angegebenen Weise können die Verbindungen der Anschlüsse des Kompressors mit den von außen herangeführten Leitungen außerhalb der Nische vorgenommen werden, so daß ein freier Zugang zu den Lötstellen gegeben ist. Der Motorkompressors braucht danach lediglich in die Nische eingeschoben und darin festgesetzt zu werden. Hierzu kann zwischen dem Motorkompressor und dem rückwärtigen Teil der Nische eine mechanische Steckverbindung vorgesehen werden, so daß Arbeiten innerhalb der Nische für das Festlegen nicht erforderlich sind. Die Befestigung im vorderen Teil der Nische kann dann insbesondere am Öffnungsrand in einfacher Weise mittels Schrauben erfolgen. Um den Motorkompressor in einfacher Weise im Bereich vor der Nische arbeitsgerecht bereitstellen zu können, ist im Bereich des Bodens der Nische eine Halteplatte festgesetzt, die über die Öffnungsebene der Nische vorsteht. Auf den vorstehenden Teil wird zumindest teilweise der Motorkompressor aufgesetze, so daß seine Anschlüsse unbehindert zugänglich sind. Dabei ist der Motorkompressor nur lose auf die Halteplatte aufgesetzt und kann daher auf der Halteplatte nach dem Verlöten der Anschlüsse in die endgültige Position innerhalb der Nische eingeschoben werden. Die Halteplatte ist dagegen lösbar in die Nische eingesetzt und wird vor dem Festsetzen des Motorkompressors herausgezogen. Die Halteplatte 5 ragt über die Öffnungsebene der Nische 2 nach außen, wobei auf den nach außen ragenden Teil der Halteplatte der Motorkompressor 3 zumindest teilweise aufgesetzt ist. Die durch sein Gehäuse herausgeführten Anschlüsse 8 können daher ohne Beengung durch die Wände der Nische 2 mit Kältemittelleitungen 7 verbunden werden, die dem Kältemittelkreislauf des Kühlgeräten zugehören. Claims (9)

1. A method of installing a motor compressor (3) in a recess (2) in a refrigeration appliance, particularly a domestic refrigerator and/or upright freezer, wherein there is disposed in the recess (2) a movable supporting plate (5) which projects out of the opening plane of the recess (2) before the final installation of the motor compressor (3), and the motor compressor (3) is placed on the projecting portion of the supporting plate (5), the connections (6) of the motor compressor (3) being subsequently connected to pipelines (7) brought up from the outside and the motor compressor (3) being then pushed into the recess (2) with corresponding bending deformation of the pipelines (7) and fixed therein, characterised in that the end (11) of the supporting plate (5) projecting into the recess (2) is at first fixed detachably and non- displaceably in the recess (2) in a plug-in connection, that then the motor compressor (3) is placed loosely on the supporting plate (5) and, after being connected to the pipelines (7) brought up from the outside is pushed, on the supporting plate (5), with a sliding action, into the recess (2), that then the supporting plate (5) is released below the motor compressor (3) and pulled out of the recess (2) and that finally the motor compressor (3) is fixed directly in the recess (2).

A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate for the installation of a motor compressor in a recess in the refrigeration appliance by the method according to Claim 1, characterised in that there is provided on the rear wall (12) of the recess (2) a plug receiver (13,15) which extends horizontally and which is adapted to the end (11), to be inserted in the recess (2), of the supporting plate (5) to be laid on the bottom (4) of the recess (2), that there is provided on the bottom (4) of the recess (2), between the plug receiver (13, 15) and the opening edge (14) of the recess (2), a detent ridge (19) which is adapted to a detent groove (20) provided in the supporting plate (5) and that during the installation of the motor compressor (3), not only does the end (11) engage in the plug receiver (13, 15) but also the detent ridge (19) engages in the detent groove (20).
3. A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 1, characterised in that the plug receiver is at least one claw (15) which is disposed with spacing above the bottom (4) and under which the end (11) of the supporting plate (5) partially engages.
4. A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 2, characterised in that the plug receiver is a pocket (13) which is formed in the rear wall (12) of the recess (2) and in which the end (11) of the supporting plate (5) engages.

A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 2 or any appended Claim, characterised in that fixed to the under side of the motor compressor (3) are two rails (8) which extend parallel to one another and which rest, with wing ends (9) facing towards one another, on the longitudinal edges (10) of the supporting plate (5) running into the recess (2).
6. A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 5, characterised in that the supporting plate (5) comprises stop edges (21) for the rails (8) at its end projecting out of the recess (2).
7. A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the rails (8) have a U-shaped cross-section and the two wing ends (9) are each bent outwards at an angle.
8. A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 3 or any appended Claim, characterised in that the ends (16) of the rails (8) directed towards the rear wall (12) of the recess (2) have a thickness adapted to the spacing between the bottom (4) and the claws (15).
9. A refrigeration appliance and supporting plate according to Claim 5 or any appended Claim, characterised in that the rails (8) are provided, at their ends adjacent to the opening of the recess (2), with a tongue (17) which engages in front of the opening edge (14) of the recess (2).
