Abstract
Die Verbundprofile, aus denen die Rahmen eines Fensters oder einer Tür gefertigt werden oder die zum Aufbau einer Fassade verwendet werden, bestehen aus einer Profilschiene 3,4 aus Kunststoff und einer Profilschiene 6, 7 aus Metall. Die Profilschienen 6,7 aus Metall sind bei der Verwendung des Verbundprofils zum Aufbau eines Fensters oder eines Türrahmens der Rauminnenseite zugewandt, während die Profilschiene aus Kunststoff die Außenschale bildet. Die Profilschiene 3,4 aus Kunststoff ist mit Verankerungsstegen 5 versehen, die mit ihren freien Längsrändern in Nuten der Profilschiene 6,7 aus Metall eingreifen. Die Festlegung der Verankerungsstege in den Nuten erfolgt durch Anformen der äußeren Nutstege 9 und/oder der inneren Nutstege 10 an die Verankerungsstege 5. Die Profilschienen aus Kunststoff sind im Querschnitt winkelförmig gestaltet und weisen Außenschenkel auf, die bei einem Fenster oder einer Tür Anschlagstege bzw. Glashalteleisten bilden.
