Abstract

Zum Aufladen eines armierten Betonkörpers 1 von rechteckförmiger wannenartiger Gestalt, z.B. als Bodengruppe eines Gehäuses auf ein Fahrzeug bzw. zum Abladen des Betonkörpers mit einem entfernten Aufstellungsort des Gehäuses mittels eines Hebezeuges weist der Betonkörper 1 im Bodenbereich 1A an mehreren verteilten Stellen eingegossene und mit der Armierung 2 verankerte Gewindebuchsen 3 auf, die bündig mit der Außenwand abschließen und zur Aufnahme von schraubbaren Anhebevorrichtungen dienen. Jede Anhebevorrichtung ist mehrteilig aus üblichen Elementen gebildet und kann demnach am Aufladeort des Betonkörpers notfalls auf einfache Weise hergestellt werden. Hierzu werden für jede Anhebevorrichtung nur eine in die Gewindebuchse 3 einschraubbare Kopfschraube 4, insbesondere eine genormte Sechskantschraube, eine von der Schraube 4 durchdrungene kreisförmige Druckscheibe 8 zum Abstützen eines die Schraube 4 mit axialem Zwischenraum umgebenden Tragrohres 7 sowie ein von der Schraube 4 durchdrungenes und quer zur Schraubenlängsachse über das Tragrohr 7 vorstehendes Sicherungsteil 6 für das Verbindungsglied 9 benötigt, das in Form einer Seilschlaufe um das Tragrohr geschlungen ist und durch das Sicherungsteil 6 am Abrutschen gehindert wird. Das Sicherungsteil 6 kann aus einem über die Seilschlaufe 9 hinausragenden flachen Riegel bestehen, der die Stirnseite des Tragrohres 7 allseitig überragt. Der Schraubenkopf 4A greift gegebenenfalls über eine Unterlegscheibe 5 am Sicherungsteil 6 an und preßt beim Einschrauben der Schraube 4 in die Gewindebuchse 3 über das Sicherungsteil 6 das Tragrohr 7 fest gegen die Druckscheibe 8, so daß beim Heben und Senken des Betonkörpers 1 das Tragrohr eine Biegebeanspruchung der Schraube 4 verhindert, die somit nur einer Scherbeanspruchung ausgesetzt wird.To load a reinforced concrete body 1 of a rectangular trough-like shape, e.g. as a floor assembly of a housing onto a vehicle or to unload the concrete body with a remote installation location of the housing by means of a lifting device, the concrete body 1 in the floor area 1A has cast-in at several distributed locations and with the reinforcement 2 anchored threaded bushings 3, which are flush with the outer wall and serve to accommodate screwable lifting devices. Schraubbare Anhebevorrichtung zum Befördern eines festen Körpers (1) mittels hebezeugabhängiger lösbarer Verbindungsglieder (9), wobei zur lagestabilen Beförderung mindestens zwei Anhebevorrichtung am Körper (1) angebracht sind und jede Anhebevorrichtung über eine Druckplatte (8) an der Oberfläche des Körpers (1) abgestützt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Anhebevorrichtung mehrteilig ist und aus einer im eingeschraubten Zustand aus dem Körper (1) herausragenden Kopfschraube (4), einer von der Schraube durchdrungenen Druckscheibe (8), einem an der Druckscheibe (8) anliegenden, die Schraube mit axialem Zwischenraum umgebenden Tragrohr (7) für das zugeordnete Verbindungsglied (9) und einem an das Tragrohr (7) angedrückten, von der Schraube (4) durchdrungenen und sich am Schraubenkopf (4A) abstützenden, quer zur Schraubenlängsachse über das Tragrohr (7) vorstehenden Sicherungsteil (6) für das Verbindungsglied (9) besteht.1.
