Description

Eine derartige Sicherungsklemme ist bekannt (FR-A-2 031 698).The invention relates to a fuse terminal, in the base counter contacts to switch contacts on an operating element with a fuse link are arranged, in detail according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a fuse terminal is known (FR-A-2 031 698).

In this known fuse clamp designed as a clamp, which can accommodate a fuse link or other electrical components in a carrier with an operating element, the counter-contacts are sunk in a base, so that one can speak of a cover strip provided on the base. With this securing clip, a securing insert is arranged in a carrier, which can be lifted off the base in the case of an elongated hole hinge and can be folded away laterally in a rotational movement. In this carrier, the fuse link is either always accessible, which can touch live parts when the fuse link is in the inserted position, or the carrier is closed at the side, so that a fuse link cannot be easily replaced even when the carrier is in the raised and rotated position.

In another known fuse terminal (DE-B-2 364 972) with a base in the form of a terminal block and an axis can be pivoted out and, as a result of an elongated hole, a pivoting lever is mounted, which is designed as a lower part for a fuse link. When folded, spring contacts make electrical contact with connectors in the base. The fuse link can be replaced without tension when it is folded out, but the connectors and thus the live connector are open in the base of the terminal. So there is no protection against touching live parts, so finger safety is not fulfilled.

The invention has for its object to further develop a fuse clip so that in every switching position - on, off, changing the fuse link - finger safety with regard to live parts is guaranteed.

The solution to the problem described is according to the invention in a fuse terminal nit with the characterizing features of claim 1.

With such a securing clamp, the operating element is pushed into the base and not only placed on the base. To replace the fuse link, the fuse holder is lifted together with the guide piece from the base into the switch-off position and then rotated transversely with respect to the guide piece. The fuse link can then be replaced safely without the possibility of touching live parts with your fingers or manipulating it to inadmissible current draw.

According to a further development, at least one additional holder for a replacement fuse insert is formed on the fuse carrier above the holder for the contact-making safety insert. As a result, the space required for the switching movement to accommodate a replacement fuse can be used anyway. The backup cycle does not need to be designed to be more voluminous in order to accommodate a replacement fuse.

A particularly material-saving and easy-to-assemble fuse clamp is obtained if the fuse carrier has an operating element which merges into an axially arranged body below a shoulder which is extended as a cover strip and which extends around the space for accommodating the fuse insert or fuse inserts the cover strip is locked. This results in a stable fuse carrier, which, in cooperation with the base, guarantees finger protection in every switching position.

You can easily eject the fuse link by simply pressing your finger on the outside of the control element and extending the cover strip without choppy work if the extension of the cover strip forms a tongue at the rest point, the barb-like projecting back of which is gripped by a knob on the body, the back of which is wedge-shaped towards the tip of the tongue works against an abutment formed on the body and the front of which is adapted to the shape of the fuse link. This front is then part of the holder for the fuse link, and a weak point in the manner of a film gate hinge can be formed in the extension of the cover strip in order to allow the fuse link to be ejected particularly smoothly.

In den Figuren 10 und 11 ist veranschaulicht, wie die Sicherungsklemme nach einer Ausgestaltung des Sockelfußes in zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen auf einer Tragschiene gehalten werden kann.FIGS. 10 and 11 illustrate how the securing clamp can be held on a mounting rail in two different positions after the base foot has been configured.

In Fig. 12 it is illustrated how the fuse terminal can be arranged in series with other terminal blocks on a mounting rail so that all terminal blocks are aligned with one another on one end face, so that they can be fed in via a common busbar or busbar.

In herausgehobener und gedrehter Position nach Fig. 7 geben die Abdeckleisten 8 einen Zugriff zur Halterung 9 für den linken Sicherungseinsatz 5 frei.1 has a base 1 in the manner of terminal blocks, in which counter contacts 2 are arranged, which cooperate with switching contacts 3, which are associated with an operating element 4. The switch contacts 3 are formed on a fuse holder 6 by a holder 9 for fuse links 5 with two contact members at a distance, the contact caps. The fuse carrier 6 is rotatably held in a guide piece 7, which in turn is guided displaceably in the base 1. The fuse carrier 6 latches in its horizontal position. It closes the base 1 by cover strips 8 both in the inserted position (according to FIG. 1) and in the raised position (FIGS. 5 and 7). In the raised and rotated position according to FIG. 7, the cover strips 8 give access to the holder 9 for the left fuse link 5 free.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the fuse carrier 6 has at least one additional bracket 9a for a replacement fuse link 5a above the bracket 9 for the contact-making fuse link 5. In the position for exchanging the fuse link 5 according to FIG. 7, the replacement fuse link 5a can also be removed.

Die Zunge 11 ist dadurch Teil der Halterung 9 für den Sicherungseinsatz 5.The fuse link 5 has an operating element 4, which merges into an axially arranged body 10 below a shoulder extended as a cover strip 8, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 2. The body 10 is locked with an extension of the cover strip 8 which is guided around the space for accommodating the fuse link or fuse links. For this purpose, the extension of the cover strip at the latching point forms a tongue 11, see also FIG. 3, the barbed projecting back 12 of which is gripped behind by a knob 13 of the body 10. The back of the tongue 11 works in a wedge shape against an abutment 14 formed on the body 10 according to FIG. 3. The front of the tongue is adapted to the shape of the fuse link 5. The tongue 11 is thereby part of the holder 9 for the fuse link 5th

In the extension of the cover strip 8 according to FIG. 2, a weak point 15 is formed in the manner of a film gate hinge. In the position changing the fuse link, according to FIG. 7 and according to FIG. 8, the fuse link 5 can be ejected by pressing on the operating element 4 and on the extension of the cover strip 8. In FIG. 9, the pressure emanating from the fingers of one hand 16 is illustrated with an arrow 17.

The guide piece 7 according to FIG. 3 has a square axis 18 which engages in a corresponding recess 19 in the body 10 of the fuse carrier 6 according to FIG. 2. The wall of the recess 19 is formed by cutouts 20 elastic. As a result, the fuse carrier 6 changes from the position shown in FIG. 5 with a secure catch to the position changing the fuse link according to FIGS. 7 and 8.

The guide piece 7, compare for example Fig. 3, is essentially spatially U-shaped. Its opposite cheeks 7a and 7b form at their free ends the square axis 18 by means of two press-on formations 18a and 18b.

The guide piece 7 according to FIGS. 5 and 6 has groove-like, fork-like recesses 21 extending from the outside of the cheek between the free cheek end and above the cheek root. A barb-like molding 22 of the base engages in these recesses 21, as a result of which the lifting height of the guide piece 7 is thus limited to the fuse carrier 6.

In order to prevent the fuse holder from falling back together with its guide piece 7 into the switch-on position, a nub-like recess 23 is formed in the cheeks between the cheek root and the recess 21 of the guide piece 7, into which a button-like molding 24 of the base 1 in the raised position of the fuse carrier engages.

Ein Wiedereinschaltem, ohne die Plombe zu brechen, ist dadurch verhindert.8 are in the control element 4 and in one to the lifted and rotated Position adjacent wall of the base 1 sealing holes 25 and 26 formed. This prevents it from being switched on again without breaking the seal.

The operating element 4 according to FIG. 1 forms lateral grooves 27 in the direction of the series terminal designed as a fuse terminal, in which coupling strips 28 can engage to adjacent fuse terminals. This means that several fuse terminals can be operated in conjunction.

The base foot of the securing clamp can have holding arms 30 according to FIG. 1 in a manner known per se in order to fasten the securing clamp to carrier rails. However, the holding arms 30 work in pairs so that the securing terminal can be placed on a support rail 31 in the middle or at the end, according to FIGS. 10 and 11, in such a way that the connection side can be aligned with busbars 32 for conventional short terminal blocks.

Based on the side view of the fuse terminal, clamping screws 33, for example according to FIGS. 1 and 4, can be arranged in addition to the space for the fuse inserts isolated by a base wall, the terminal locations of which are aligned with connection openings 34 to the end face of the fuse terminal. The clamping screws 33 can have guide webs 35, or guide grooves, for a pressure piece 36 with a corresponding guide means below their screw head. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the pressure piece 36 rests roof-shaped on the guide web 35. This results in an open clamp into which a conductor to be connected can be inserted without having to lift the pressure piece beforehand by hand.

In Fig. 12 it is illustrated how a fuse terminal 40 together with different types of terminal blocks on a mounting rail 31, for example a 35 mm standard rail, can be arranged so that their end faces on the supply side end with a common escape line 41.
