Claims (6)

1 - Rohrplatte für einen Wärmetauscher mit Umwälzrohren, die in Kragen der Rohrplatte eingreifen, die durch einen Wasserkasten abgedeckt wird, wobei die Rohrplatte eine Umfangsnut (4) aufweist, die mit dem unteren Abschnitt (6) des Wasserkastens (3) zusammenwirkt, mit welchem sie starr verbunden ist, um mit ihr einen hohlen Träger zu bilden und die Rohrplatte (2) mit für die Rohre getriebenen und perforierten Durchführungen (10) versehen ist, die durch Kragen (9) begrenzt werden, welche mit den Rohren (1) verlötet sind und zwischen welchen querverlaufende Nuten (11) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Nuten (11) quer bis zu einer Innenwand erstrecken, welche die Umfangsnut (4) begrenzt, damit der Boden der Rohrplatte einen biegsamen Waffelteil darstellt.
2 - Rohrplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die querverlaufenden Nuten in einer abgerundeten Fläche (11a) erstrecken, die zwischen der Plattenfläche und der Innenwand der Umfangsnut gebildet wird.
3 - Rohrplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich mindestens eine der Nuten (11) bis zu geneigt verlaufenden Randbereichen (4a) erstreckt, die gegen den Boden der Umfangsnut (4) gerichtet sind, um eine querverlaufende Dichtung abzustützen, die mit einer umfangsseitig verlaufenden in der Umfangsnut (4) liegenden Dichtung verbunden ist.
4 - Rohrplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geneigt verlaufenden Randbereiche (4a) mit der Horizontalen einen Winkel von etwa 60° bilden.
5 - Rohrplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe der Nuten grösser ist als die Stärke(e)der Rohrplatte und kleiner als das Doppelte dieser Stärke.
6 - Rohrplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umfangsseitig verlaufende Dichtung aus einem einzigen Teil besteht und mindestens eine querverlaufende Trennwand-Dichtung für jede Nut aufweist, die zur Höhe der geneigt verlaufenden Randbereiche verläuft, und dass die Trennwand-Dichtungen in ihrem Ruhezustand eine Quellung aufweisen, die im wesentlichen gegenüber jedem geneigt verlaufenden Randbereich liegt.
