Abstract
Es wird ein Mittel zur Dichtegradienten-Zentrifugation in
Form von Alkali-, Ammonium- oder Erdalkalimetawolframa
ten, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von niedermolekularen
Elektrolyten, geschaffen, das Dichten bis zu 3,1 g.cm⁻³
ermöglicht, niedrige Viskosität bei hohen Konzentrationen
aufweist, neutral und chemisch inert ist.
Es wird weiterhin ein Mittel zur Trennung von wasserun
löslichen Feststoffgemischen unterschiedlicher Dichte
geschaffen. Als Trennmittel finden Lösungen von echten
Metawolframaten Anwendung. Zur Erhöhung der Dichte
können den Metawolframat-Lösungen auch Schwerstoffe,
wie Wolframcarbid, geeigneter Korngröße unter Ausbilden
einer Suspension zugefügt werden.
