  • a ring 13 is threadedly mounted on plate 12.
  • the ring 13 can be screwed downwardly hard on to the top of the winch.
  • a ratchet mechanism which allows rotation of the winch handle in one direction relative to the winch barrel. Therefore if an accessory such as a vice is fitted to the winch it will rotate in one direction. In some circumstances this is acceptable, but advantageously a locking device is provided to prevent this rotation.
  • a locking device may take the form of a grub screw which locates in the winch barrel and engages the pawl to lock it against the teeth of the ratchet wheel.
  • a similar locking device could be provided in relation to the ratchet mechanism which permits rotation of the winch barrel relative to its mounting base.

Claims (5)

1. Dispositif de montage pour maintenir rigidement un accessoire ou un élément d'une gamme d'accessoires sur un yacht, comprenant:
a) des moyens de montage (12, 26) de l'accessoire;
b) un pied de support (6) disposé sous lesdits moyens de montage (12, 26) et agencé pour être placé dans le logement (4) de montage de la poignée d'un treuil à main;
c) un dispositif de verrouillage (8) disposé sur le pied de support et qui peut être déplacé d'une première position, dans laquelle il ne dépasse pas la section transversale du pied (6) et permet ainsi - l'introduction du pied (6) dans ledit logement (4), à une seconde position dans laquelle il est saillant latéralement par rapport à cette section transversale pour verrouiller le pied (6) dans le logement (4);
d) le dispositif de montage étant pourvu d'un élément de blocage fileté (13) qui peut être bloqué par vissage contre le treuil lorsque le pied (6) a été verrouillé dans ledit logement (4) du treuil;

caractérisé en ce que:
e) le dispositif de verrouillage (8) est actionné par une tige (33) qui est vissée à travers une colonne (31) solidaire du dispositif de verrouillage (8) et qui s'étend longitudinalement dans l'intérieur du pied (6), de sorte qu'un mouvement angulaire de commande de cette tige (33) autour de l'axe de la colonne (31) provoque le mouvement du dispositif de verrouillage (8) entre sa première et sa seconde position.
2. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bout de ladite tige (33) s'appuie contre un ressort (35) de manière que la profondeur de vissage de la tige (33) à travers la colonne (31) détermine la résistance au déplacement angulaire de la tige (33).
3. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (13) comprend une bague filetée et un anneau de friction (39) encastré et agencé pour s'appuyer contre le sommet d'un tambour du treuil quand la bague (13) est vissée contre celui-ci pour assurer qu'une rotation de l'accessoire par rapport au tambour du treuil soit empêchée.
