587,098. Bollards. JONES, E. G. Jan. 3, 1946, No. 241. [Class 113 (i)] A bollard or like mooring device comprises a vertical pedestal 1, a horizontal "eye " 11 and one or more pairs of cleat-forming horns 3 in vee-form as shown and in a horizontal plane. A socket 15 is provided to accommodate a rowing oar crutch 13 on its vertical stem 14. There may be more than one rope " eye " bored through the pedestal 1.
