Abstract

Verfahren zur schaumarmen Abgabe loser Frischmilch in abgemessenen Mengen, die aus einem Vorratsbehälter über ein Meßgefäß und ein Auslaßventil in eine mit Abstand unter dem Auslaßventil in Aufnahmeposition gebrachte Verbraucherflasche abgegeben wird, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß
a) das Auslaßventil die ausströmende Milch zu einem geschlossenen bzw. fast geschlossenen, radial nach außen und unten abströmenden kegeligen Ringstrahl (Milchkegel) (12) formt, der gegen die Innenwandung der Verbraucherfla­ sche (13) gerichtet ist,
b) die Milch das Auslaßventil im Bereich der Kegelzone mit annähernd gleichbleibender Strömungsgeschwindigkeit durchfließt und
c) die sich beim Füllen der Verbraucherflasche (13) unter dem Auslaßventil sammelnde Verdrangungsluft über ein oder mehrere Entluftungsoffnungen (14, 17) nach außen geführt wird.
