In this way cushioning occurs exclusively by way of the resilient deformation of this material, this entire material cushioning being distributed over wide regions of the intermediate sole and thus imparting great spring ability to the sports shoe.
  • the passage in the longitudinal direction of the outsole between the denser material of the outer sole layer 18 and the less dense material in the region of the recess 20 may also be formed gradually.

Claims (6)

1. Absatzlose Außensohle für Sportschuhe, welche eine innere Sohlenschicht (19) und eine äußere Sohlenschicht (18) umfaßt, welche die Lauffläche bildet, wobei die innere Schicht (19) aus einem geschäumten Kunststoff - Material geringer Dichte und die äußere Schicht (18) im Vergleich zur durchschnittlichen Dicke der inneren Sohle dünn ist und aus einem Kunststoff - Material besteht das eine höhere Dichte als die innere Schicht und eine Öffnung (20) aufweist, die mit dem weniger dichten Material der inneren Schicht gefüllt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Sohlenschicht (19) eine Bettung (22, 25, 26) mit einer Oberfläche darbietet, die in Längs- und Seitenrichtungen anatomisch profiliert ist und eine hochgezogene Umfangskante (19a bis 19d) aufweist, die kontinuierlich um die Fußsohle läuft und diese auf allen Seiten nachgiebig abstützt, während die Öffnung (20) der äußeren Sohle (18) seitlich durch schmale Kantenstreifen (6, 7) begrenzt ist, die mit den übrigen Bereichen der äußeren Sohlenschicht (18) einstückig ausgebildet sind, und sich über die ganze Weite des mittleren Bereichs des Fußes zwischen dem Ballenbereich (3) und dem Absatzbereich (4) erstreckt und einen annähernd trapezförmigen Umriß aufweist.
2. Außensohle nach Anspruch 1, bei der Polyurethan für beide Sohlenschichten (18, 19) verwendet wird, wobei die Dichte des Polyurethans für äußere Sohlenschicht (18) zweibis dreimal größer ist als die Dichte des Polyurethans der inneren Sohlenschicht (19).
3. Außensohle nach Anspruch 1, in der die Kunststoffmaterialien der inneren und äußeren Sohlenschichten mit unterschiedlichen Dichten annähernd das gleiche Ausmaß an Härte aufweisen.
4. Außensohle nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Kunststoff - materialien der inneren Sohlenschicht (19) eine Shore A-Härte aufweisen, die bis einem Drittel niedriger als die Shore A-Härte des Materials der äußeren Sohlenschicht (18) ist.
5. Außensohle nach Anspruch 1, bei der die äußere Sohlenschicht (18) nur im Bereich der Zehen als eine Kante seitlich hochgezogen ist, um eine vordere Stoßkante (15) zu bilden und wenigstens teilweise die hochgezogene Kante (19a) der inneren Sohlenschicht (19) abzudecken.
6. Außensohle nach Anspruch 1, bei der die seitliche Kante (19a bis 19d) der inneren Sohlenschicht (19) annähernd die gleiche Dicke wie die äußere Sohlenschicht (18) aufweist.
