Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hohlkastenprofil, insbesondere für Tennisschlägerrahmen, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a hollow box profile, in particular for tennis racket frames, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Beim Metalltennisschläger ist man bestrebt, die Schlagfläche merklich zu vergrößern. Dabei soll der Schläger möglichst leicht bzw. superleicht sein. Da die Bespannuhgshärte beim Großflächenschläger fast zweimal so groß sein muß wie beim normalen Schläger, um gezielte Schläge ausführen zu können, ist eine Erhöhung der Biegefestigkeit des Profils um die kleine Profilachse y-y gegenüber herkömmlichen Profilen erforderlich. Aber auch das polare Trägheits- und Widerstandsmoment muß erhöht werden, da die Schlagflächenverbreiterung einer größeren dynamischen Torsionsbelastung unterliegt. Die bisher bekannten Profilformen werden den gestellten Anforderungen meist nicht mehr gerecht und weisen eine Reihe von weiteren Nachteilen auf.The aim of the metal tennis racket is to significantly enlarge the playing surface. So bereitet bei einem Einkammer-Hohlprofil mit äußeren wulstartigen Erweiterungen die Entfernung der beim Bohren der Löcher für die Saitendurchführung auftretenden Bohrspäne große Schwierigkeiten. Lösen sich nämlich diese Späne erst bei Gebrauch des Schlägers, dann entstehen Geräusche, die den Spieler stören und in seiner Konzentration beeinflussen. Zwar läßt sich durch Ausschäumen der ganzen Hohlkammer eine gewisse Abhilfe schaffen, jedoch ist hierzu ein relativ hohes Schaumgewicht erforderlich, das im Bereich von 10 g/m liegt. Ferner ist bei diesem Profil das Verhalten bei Torsionsdauerbelastung sehr ungünstig, da sich die Querschnitte leicht verschieben. Beim Biegen der Schlägerform verliert dieses Profil auch sehr bald seine Formbeständigkeit und wird, da keine Querstützung vorhanden ist, schmäler. Dies bedeutet geringere statische Werte um die y-y-Achse, ein ungünstiges Aussehen und zudem wirft der beanspruchte Steg ab einer gewissen Wanddicke Beulfalten. Bei einem Zweikammerprofil mit Verbindungssteg ergibt sich das Problem mit der Entfernung der Bohrspäne nicht, da der Verbindungssteg ein Vollmaterial ist. Dieser gewichtsaufwendige Steg ist aber für die statischen Werte fast wertlos, weshalb die Festigkeit dieses Profils um die y-y-Achse (Bespannungskräfte) ebenso wie die Torsionssteifigkeit sehr klein ist. Wenn nun bei einem Dreikammerprofil die mittlere Kammer ausgeschäumt wird, dann entfällt das Bohrspäneproblem. Die im Bereich der Neutralachsen liegenden Flächenanteile 2 fallen bei der Berechnung der statischen Werte kaum ins Gewicht. Bei gleichem Laufmetergewicht ergibt sich eine relativ dünne Wanddicke mit allen Nachteilen, die sich vor allem bei der preßtechnischen Herstellbarkeit zeigen.So prepare for a single-chamber hollow profile with outer Bead-like extensions the removal of the swarf occurring when drilling the holes for string passage great difficulty. Die asymmetrische Anordnung des Quersteges bringt zudem noch den Vorteil, daß nur eine Kammer 6' ausgeschäumt werden muß, um die Bohrspäneprobleme zu beseitigen. Der Quersteg 10 ist für die statischen Werte um die beiden Achsen von Wert.
