Definitions
- the invention relates to a blackboard, having a stationary board frame which can be fastened to a wall and a board body which can be displaced vertically relative to the board frame and which has a writing surface or other useful surface, e.g. Has information or projection surface (board surface).
- the panel body is arranged in front of the panel frame so that it is visible from the side.
- the panel body optically has no connection to the wall surface.
- the panel mechanism is exposed to heavy dust contamination. Faults can also arise from the fact that solid objects, e.g. Drawing utensils, get into the blackboard frame and block the blackboard mechanism. There is also a risk of injury because it is possible to intervene in the panel mechanism, with hand injuries in particular being feared.
- the appearance of the known panels is also unattractive, since there is no optical connection of the panel body to the wall surface and the panel frame is arranged in an alternating spatial arrangement with the panel body due to its height adjustability.
- the invention has for its object to form a blackboard of the type mentioned so that the table frame is invisible and thereby the disadvantages mentioned are avoided.
- a panel according to the invention is particularly suitable for placement in representative rooms, e.g. Conference rooms. But it is also suitable for any other use, e.g. for school equipment.
- the panel advantageously has a weight compensation device arranged in the panel frame with a counterweight or at least one counter spring.
- a weight compensation device arranged in the panel frame with a counterweight or at least one counter spring.
- all known compensation devices can be used, which are usually used for school blackboards and can be accommodated in a wall blackboard frame.
- a special one Embodiment for such a compensation device is specified in claim 3.
- a counterweight moves in the opposite direction to the table. But you can also achieve a weight balance by spring force, energy being stored in the spring when the table is lowered, which energy is removed when the table is raised.
- elastic stops are advantageous in order to avoid a hard striking of the counterweight in the end positions.
- the side walls, together with the guide rail assigned to them are produced in one piece, preferably in the form of extruded parts made of aluminum.
- the invention also includes constructions in which e.g. Plates are used as side walls and the guide rails are special profiles connected to the plates.
- the . Guide rails can have a U-shaped or C-shaped cross section. Such guide rails have the advantage that guide slides and guide rollers are guided on several sides, and in the case of a C-shaped cross section, lateral migration is also not possible.
- top wall according to claim 7 is particularly important for the protection of the panel mechanism, since it provides protection against dusting and against falling in of solid bodies from above.
- a lower wall according to claim 8 improves the blackboard, because now it is no longer possible to intervene in the blackboard mechanism.
- the table frame is completely surrounded by walls and completely protected.
- the upper wall and the lower wall can also consist of extruded profiles, which are preferably designed as hollow profiles.
- a different profile shape than for the side walls is also recommended because the horizontal walls do not have to form guide rails at the same time.
- the walls are advantageously connected by means of corner pieces according to claim 10. Miter cuts are not required when using such corner pieces.
- An advantageous shape is also possible, since the special corner pieces also allow the corner area to be rounded.
- the formation of the corner pieces according to - Claim 11 has the advantage that during assembly of the panel, the horizontal walls can be omitted initially and that these can be quickly plugged after mounting the body panel to the panel mechanism and fixed by means of the longitudinal screws.
- the longitudinal screws can also be made invisible by means of a cover cap.
- the height the table frame advantageously formed about half as large as the height of the table surface (claim 13).
- the total possible vertical movement path of the board is then approximately equal to half the height of the board surface.
- the height of the table frame is smaller in relation to the height of the table surface.
- the counterweight covers smaller distances than the table surface or if a weight compensation device with springs is used.
- the possible path of movement of the panel surface can be greater than half the height of the panel surface.
- a square panel surface is well suited and visually appealing, although this shape is not a prerequisite for the implementation of the invention.
- the panel has a panel body 1, a frame 2 projecting from the rear of the panel body 1 and a panel frame 3. The nature and the interaction of these main components and other parts of the panel are described below.
- the table frame 3 is attached to a wall surface 4.
- the table frame has two side plates 5 which are connected to one another by an upper horizontal profile 6 and an identical lower horizontal profile 7 arranged in mirror image thereto.
- the ends of a shaft 8 are rotatably mounted in the side plates 5.
- a sprocket 9 is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the shaft 8 in the vicinity of each bearing point, whereby exactly the same rotations of both sprockets are achieved; the shaft 8 thus acts as a synchronization wave.
- a chain 10 is placed over each sprocket 9.
- the chain visible in FIG. 1 is not the same chain that can be seen in FIG. 2.
- the arrangement of both chains is a mirror image of the vertical center plane 11 of the table.
- One chain end 10a is with the frame 2 and the other chain end 10b with one Counterweight 12 connected.
- each sprocket To avoid hard impacts, there is a little underneath and laterally offset of each sprocket an elastic stop 13, which consists of a helical compression spring 14 and a rubber buffer 15 combined with this.
- Guide rollers 16 are rotatably mounted on the outer sides of the plates 5. There are a total of four such guide rollers on each side plate, which are arranged in pairs (see FIG. 2). These guide rollers interact with the frame 2 described in detail below.
- the frame 2 consists (see in particular Fig. 6) of two side walls 17, an upper wall 18 and a lower wall 19. All these walls are extruded profiles made of aluminum.
- the profile shape of the side walls 17 can best be seen from FIG. 5.
- the profile (viewed in cross section according to FIG. 5) has a long straight section 20, at the ends of which sections 21, 22 are connected at right angles. Section 21 is adjoined by a section 23 at right angles, which is parallel to and at the long section 20 At the end there is a screw channel 24.
- Section 22 merges via an offset 25 into a section 26 parallel to section 22, which is offset in depth with respect to section 22.
- a bent section 27 strives from the long section 20, at the end of which there is a screw channel 28.
- Sections 29, 30 also strive from section 28, which together with part of section 20 form a guide rail of C-shaped cross-section, in which the guide rollers 16 engage.
- the top wall 18 and the bottom wall 19 are also extruded aluminum profiles. Both walls have the same design.
- the profile cross section can be seen from FIG. 7.
- Fig. 7 shows that the profiles of the walls 18, 19 are hollow profiles of flat rectangular cross section. Viewed in cross section, each profile has two long parallel sections 31 and 32. Sections 33, 34 adjoin section 31 at right angles. The long section 32 goes into these sections via short intermediate sections . 35, 36 over. The sections 33, 34 are extended beyond the connection point and extend to the level of the long section 32. a
- the vertical side walls 17 are connected to the horizontal walls 18, 19 by corner pieces 37.
- Each corner piece 37 has a filler part 38 forming the corner region of the frame 2.
- Two mutually parallel tabs 39, 40 protrude from the filler part 38 (see also FIG. 7), which have a U-shaped cross section.
- a short centering projection 41 also projects from each corner piece.
- the connecting straps 39, 40 are inserted into the horizontal walls 18, 19 and screwed to them by screws 42.
- the engagement of the connecting straps 39, 40 at the same time aligns the corner piece 37 precisely with the wall profile, to which the short sections 37 of the wall profiles contribute.
- Screws 43 are used to connect the corner pieces 37 to the side walls 17. As FIG. 7 shows, two such screws are arranged at each corner. Each screw passes through an opening 44 in the corner piece 7 and is screwed into one of the screw channels 24, 28 (see also FIG. 5). The screw cuts its own thread into the screw channel. In order to facilitate the penetration of the screw, it has a cutting edge 45.
- the screw has a cylindrical head 43a with a hexagon socket 43b. The screw head is set back in relation to the outer surface 46 ′ of the corner piece 37.
- the opening through which the screw 43 is inserted is covered by a cover cap 47.
- the cap 47 has an extension 48 which engages under the profile wall 31 of the upper wall 18 and a cylindrical extension 49 which engages in the hexagon socket 43b of the screw 43.
- the described construction of the frame 2 permits assembly in such a way that the side walls 17, 18 are first mounted on the panel body 1 and the panel mechanism is adjusted. Then the horizontal walls 18, 19 are assembled. There are already corner pieces 37 on these, which are then only to be inserted with their centering lugs 41 into the vertical side walls 17. The screws 43 are then screwed in for fixing.
- a buffer designated 50 in total is arranged, specifically at the lower end of the guide rail.
- the buffer 50 consists of a helical compression spring 51, an upper rubber element 52 and a lower rubber element 53.
- a bracket 54 is fastened to the profile section 26 of each side wall 17 by means of rivets 55, 56.
- the console 54 has an upper fastening surface 54a for fastening the chain 10.
- the panel body 1 (see for example Fig. 4) has a core 57 which e.g. can consist of honeycomb-shaped paper (so-called kraft paper).
- a steel sheet 58 is glued to the front of the core 57 and a steel sheet 59 is glued to the back.
- the edge of the panel body 1 is formed by a frame 60 which has two side walls 61, an upper wall 62 and a lower wall 63.
- the vertical walls 61 and the horizontal walls 62, '63 are connected to one another by corner pieces 64.
- the visible side 58a of the front steel sheet 58 forms the writing surface of the board.
- each side wall 17 lies in one plane.
- the back 21 of each side wall 17 is only a small distance from the wall surface 4. This distance a is only so large that rubbing against the frame 2 on the wall surface 4 is avoided with certainty.
- the top wall 18 and the bottom wall 19 also come close to the wall surface 4 (see FIG. 2); the distance a of the horizontal walls from the, wall surface 4 also has the amount a.
- the frame 2 thus completely surrounds the table frame 3, so that an intervention in the table mechanism is not possible before the walls of the frame 2 are dismantled.
- an average height of the table is shown.
- the table can be moved up and down from this middle altitude.
- Each layer is stable since the weight of the panel body 1 and the frame 2 is balanced by the counterweight 12.
- the weight 12 lowers, the front strand 10c of the chain becoming shorter and the rear strand 10d becoming longer.
- the buffers 51 abut the lowermost rollers 16. This dampens the stop, preventing hard impacts that could lead to damage.
- the top 12a of the counterweight abuts against the buffers 13, as a result of which a hard impact is also avoided in this end position.
- the guide rollers 16 roll off within the guide rails formed by the profile sections 29, 30.
- the pairs of rollers have laterally offset rollers so that one of the rollers guides on one side of the guide rail and the other roller on the other side. This is also indicated in FIG. 5 indicates that the roller 16 visible there is only guided on the profile section 30. This results in a smooth rolling and on the other hand absolutely no play.
- the panel body 1 has a square shape, which is particularly appealing.
- An optical connection of the panel body 1 to the wall surface 4 is achieved by the frame 2.
- the frames 2 and 60 have the same external dimensions and merge seamlessly into one another. This gives an appealing appearance, which is why the board is particularly suitable for representative rooms, such as Conference rooms, is suitable.
- a storage board 65 in which there is a groove 66 in which writing utensils can be stored, extends along the underside of the board body 1.
- the storage board 65 is connected to the table body via an intermediate piece 67.
- the invention was explained using an exemplary embodiment, at. which are formed by sheet steel.
- sheet steel instead of sheet steel, other thin plates, e.g. reinforced plastic sheets (so-called laminated sheets) are used.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a blackboard, having a stationary board frame which can be fastened to a wall and a board body which can be displaced vertically relative to the board frame and which has a writing surface or other useful surface, e.g. Has information or projection surface (board surface).
In known wall panels of this type, the panel body is arranged in front of the panel frame so that it is visible from the side. The panel body optically has no connection to the wall surface. With this arrangement, the panel mechanism is exposed to heavy dust contamination. Faults can also arise from the fact that solid objects, e.g. Drawing utensils, get into the blackboard frame and block the blackboard mechanism. There is also a risk of injury because it is possible to intervene in the panel mechanism, with hand injuries in particular being feared. Finally, the appearance of the known panels is also unattractive, since there is no optical connection of the panel body to the wall surface and the panel frame is arranged in an alternating spatial arrangement with the panel body due to its height adjustability.
The invention has for its object to form a blackboard of the type mentioned so that the table frame is invisible and thereby the disadvantages mentioned are avoided.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that vertical side walls are connected to the panel body, which protrude from the back of the panel body and extend along or near the side edges of the panel body and that guide rails are arranged on the inside of the side walls, in the Engage guide sliders or guide rollers, which are located on the table frame, the side walls covering the table frame laterally and reaching approximately to the wall.
With a wall panel designed in this way, the panel mechanism is covered by the side walls and is therefore invisible. As a result of the side walls reaching approximately up to the wall, there is an optical connection of the panel body to the wall, which significantly improves the appearance. It is not possible to reach into the panel mechanism from the side, which prevents the risk of injury. It is also not possible for solid objects to fall into the panel mechanism. A panel according to the invention is particularly suitable for placement in representative rooms, e.g. Conference rooms. But it is also suitable for any other use, e.g. for school equipment.
The panel advantageously has a weight compensation device arranged in the panel frame with a counterweight or at least one counter spring. In this case, all known compensation devices can be used, which are usually used for school blackboards and can be accommodated in a wall blackboard frame. A special one Embodiment for such a compensation device is specified in
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the side walls, together with the guide rail assigned to them, are produced in one piece, preferably in the form of extruded parts made of aluminum. This leads to particularly low manufacturing costs, particularly in the case of large-scale series production. However, the invention also includes constructions in which e.g. Plates are used as side walls and the guide rails are special profiles connected to the plates. The . Guide rails can have a U-shaped or C-shaped cross section. Such guide rails have the advantage that guide slides and guide rollers are guided on several sides, and in the case of a C-shaped cross section, lateral migration is also not possible.
Significant advantages are already achieved if only side walls are attached. According to a preferred embodiment, however, walls are also attached above and below (
But also a lower wall according to
The upper wall and the lower wall can also consist of extruded profiles, which are preferably designed as hollow profiles. A different profile shape than for the side walls is also recommended because the horizontal walls do not have to form guide rails at the same time.
The walls are advantageously connected by means of corner pieces according to
The formation of the corner pieces according to -
For a weight balancer in which the balance weight travels a vertical path equal to the vertical path of the panel, the height the table frame advantageously formed about half as large as the height of the table surface (claim 13). The total possible vertical movement path of the board is then approximately equal to half the height of the board surface. However, designs are also possible in which the height of the table frame is smaller in relation to the height of the table surface. Such constructions are possible if the counterweight covers smaller distances than the table surface or if a weight compensation device with springs is used. In this case the possible path of movement of the panel surface can be greater than half the height of the panel surface. A square panel surface is well suited and visually appealing, although this shape is not a prerequisite for the implementation of the invention.

The
To avoid hard impacts, there is a little underneath and laterally offset of each sprocket an
The
The
The opening through which the
The described construction of the
Within the guide rail, which is formed by the
Hierdurch wird der Anschlag gedämpft, wodurch harte Stöße, die zu Beschädigungen führen könnten, vermieden werden.1 and 2, an average height of the table is shown. The table can be moved up and down from this middle altitude. Each layer is stable since the weight of the
When the table is in the lowest position, the top 12a of the counterweight abuts against the
The
The invention was explained using an exemplary embodiment, at. which are formed by sheet steel. Instead of sheet steel, other thin plates, e.g. reinforced plastic sheets (so-called laminated sheets) are used.
