  • yarn 10 since yarn 10 is located in the slot 64 between the discs 32 and 34, the yarn cannot jump out from between the discs and have to be rethreaded. Further, such location of the yarn in the slot prevents uncontrolled texturing and lessens the tendency for yarn breaks.

Claims (13)

1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines mit Falschdraht gezwirnten endlosen synthetischen Multifil-Garns, mit den folgenden Schritten: Liefern eines endlosen Multifil-Garns von einer Lieferspule über eine Heizvorrichtung an eine Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung und Fixierenlassen des Garns nach dem Falschdrahtzwirnen und Aufwickeln des mit Falschdraht gezwirnten Garns, gekennzeichnet durch intermittierendes und zufälliges Variieren der Garnlieferung an die Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung, und Betreiben der Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung mit einer Geschwindigkeit, bei der eine Drehungszahl zwischen 250 und 450 im Multifil-Garn entsteht.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das mit Falschdraht gezwirnte Garn vor dem Aufwickeln in einer Luftstrom-Verschlingvorrichtung verwirrt wird.
3. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines mit Falschdraht gezwirnten synthetischen Multifil-Garns, mit den Schritten: Liefern eines endlosen Multifil-Garns von einer Lieferspule über eine Heizvorrichtung an eine Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung, Betreiben der Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung mit einer Geschwindigkeit, bei der im Multifil-Garn ein Falschdraht entsteht, Fixierenlassen des Garns nach dem Falschdrahtzwirnen und Aufwickeln des mit Falschdraht gezwirnten Garns, gekennzeichnet durch intermittierendes und zufälliges Variieren der Garnzugspannung in der Heizvorrichtung zwischen einem hohen Bereich von 0,21 bis 0,60 Gramm je Denier und einem unteren Bereich von 0,06 bis 0,21 Gramm je Denier.
4. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines mit Falschdraht gezwirnten Multifil-Garns nach dem Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 3, mit einem Garnvorrat (12), einer Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung (14), einer zwischen dem Garnvorrat und der Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung angeordneten Heizvorrichtung (30) und einer Vorrichtung (42) zum Aufwickeln des mit Falschdraht gezwirnten Garns, gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen der Heizvorrichtung und dem Garnvorrat angeordnete Scheiben - Belastungsvorrichtung (26), welche den Garnlauf vom Vorrat zur Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung intermittierend und zufällig zu variieren vermag, wobei die Flaschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung mit einer Geschwindigkeit betreibbar ist, bei der eine Drehungszahl von zwischen 250 und 450 im Multifil-Garn entsteht.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der zwischen der Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung (14) und der Aufwickelvorrichtung (42) eine Luftstrom - Verschlingvorrichtung (40) angeordnet ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der zwischen dem Garnvorrat (12) und der Falschdraht - Zwirnvorrichtung (14) eine Stange (18) angeordnet ist, welche die Vollausbildung eines Bauchs im Garniauf verhindert.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei der die Scheiben - Belastungsvorrichtung (26) einen Elektromagneten (36), eine mit dem Elektromagneten betreibsmäßig verbundene Achse (62), eine auf der Achse angeordnete erste metallische Scheibe (32), eine auf der Achse nahe der ersten Scheibe angeordnete zweite metallische Scheibe (34), eine Gleichspannungs - Schaltungsanordnung (68, 70) zur Versorgung des Elektromagneten und eine Wechselspannungs - Quelle (66) zum Elektromagneten umfaßt, welche so betreibbar ist, daß sie periodisch eine Bewegung der ersten und der zweiten Scheibe relativ zueinander und relativ zum Elektromagneten ermöglicht.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Gleichspannungs - Schaltungsanordnung eine Hochspannungs - Quelle (68) und eine Niederspannungs - Quelle (70) und Mittel (72) zum periodischen Unterbrechen der Hochspannungs - Quelle umfaßt.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Wechselspannung zwischen der hohen und der niedrigen Gleichspannung liegt.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, 8 oder 9, bei der in der Achse (62) ein gegenüber der Achsenmittellinie versetzter Schlitz (64) ausgebildet ist.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, 8, 9 oder 10, bei der auf der Achse (62) zwischen dem Elektromagneten (36) und den Scheiben (32, 34) ein federndes Vorspannorgan (60) angeordnet ist, das auf die Scheiben eine aufwärts gerichtete Kraft ausübt.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei der die Scheiben (32, 34) tellerförmig sind, wobei die untere Scheibe nach unten gekrümmt ist, das federnde Vorspannorgan (60) an die Innenform der unteren Scheibe (34) angepaßt ist und von kleinerem Durchmesser als der innere Außendurchmesser, aber von größerem Durchmesser als der innere Innendurchmesser der unteren Scheibe ist, derart, daß das federnde Vorspannorgan von der unteren Scheibe nach unten gekrümmt wird, wenn am Elektromagneten Spannung anliegt.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüch 7 bis 12, bei der die Wechselspannung ständig anliegt und die Gleichspannungs - Schaltungsanordnung eine Einrichtung (72) zur kurzzeitigen Unterbrechung des Gleichstromflusses zum Elektromagneten umfaßt.
