Abstract

Fixation d'ancrage comprenant un dispositif de traction (2) destiné à être relié à une partie d'ancrage, de préférence le châssis d'un véhicule, au moyen de ladite fixation. L'invention permet de produire une fixation par des moyens simples et permet à la fixation ancrée en place dans un véhicule d'être reliée à deux éléments de fixation de ceinture de siège en même temps. La fixation comprend un manchon métallique tubulaire (1;13) qui est ouvert au moins à l'une de ses extrémités et à l'intérieur duquel un dispositif de traction en forme de boucle (33) muni d'une extrémité peut être inséré, en passant devant l'emplacement d'une découpe (6) qui s'étend transversalement au travers du manchon et qui est destinée à recevoir un élément de fixation qui agit de concert avec la partie d'ancrage, de sorte qu'au moins une section du dispositif de traction est en saillie sur le manchon. Le manchon est comprimé dans la zone entre les deux sections (4;43) du dispositif de traction, et une section (1A) du manchon (1;13), avec une section (2A) du dispositif de traction (2), est repliée vers l'extérieur par rapport au reste de la fixation de sorte que le manchon est comprimé transversalement par rapport au dispositif de traction et à sa direction de traction. L'invention comprend également un procédé de production d'une fixation d'ancrage du type ci-décrit, ce procédé consistant à enfermer une section en boucle du dispositif de traction (2) dans un manchon métallique (1;13) réalisé sous forme d'un tube, ce manchon (1;13) étant équipé d'une découpe (6) pouvant recevoir un élément de fixation qui agit de concert avec la partie d'ancrage, après quoi le manchon (1;13) est comprimé autour du dispositif de traction et entre ses deux sections (4;43), et au moins une section (1A) du manchon, avec la section (2A) du dispositif de traction qui est renfermée par la section de manchon, est repliée vers l'extérieur pour empêcher le mouvement relatif entre le manchon (1) et le dispositif de traction (2).
