Abstract

In a stand (11) with tubes (16) arranged thereon, the outlet openings of which tubes are closed by a screw cap (38), a basic body of the stand which can be placed on a base has projections (14), which extend upwards into the sleeves and are of a complementary shape to their interior, in order to display the tubes in a space-saving manner. Description

The invention relates to a stand with tubes arranged thereon, the outlet openings of which are closed by a closure cap which is detachably fastened to the tube body and which is extended from the actual closure part in the direction away from the tube body by a sleeve.

It is already known to arrange tubes, in particular filled with mustard, mayonnaise, tomato paste or the like, which generally have a screw cap as a closure cap, on stands in order to store them on the one hand in the most compact possible manner and on the other hand to the customer in an appealing form showcase. If the tubes were previously arranged vertically on such a stand, they either lacked the required stable hold or the tube was only partially visible from the outside, since the remaining areas had to be used for the arrangement in a holder of the stand.

The aim of the present invention is now to provide a stand with tubes of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which the tubes can be accommodated in a vertical arrangement on the one hand in a space-saving manner, in particular on shelves, but on the other hand at least the entire length of the tubes located outside are visible without affecting the stable mounting of the tubes on the stand. The mounting of the tubes on the carrier should be so stable that a transport of the stator in which it is used eschäftes with arranged thereon tubes not only within the _G, but also a transport from the manufacturer to the wholesaler or retailer is possible .

To achieve this object, the invention provides that the stand has a base that can be set up on a base with protrusions that extend upward into the sleeves and have complementary projections to their interior, that the sleeves and the projections have such a length and mutual fit that the tubes securely held from above by means of the sleeves against lateral tilting relative to the stand, and that the projections have a lateral distance which corresponds to at least the smallest transverse dimension of the tube body.

The base body should in particular be a plate, the underside of which rests on the support and the top of which the projections extend.

The invention thus cleverly utilizes the sleeve-like cavity provided for extending the closure cap in order to arrange the tubes upside down on the projections of the base body. In this way, the projections largely disappear completely after the tubes have been fitted within the sleeves of the closure cap, so that the tubes appear to be free on the preferably flat plate or the base body. In fact, however, the projections are in positive engagement with the interior of the sleeves, so that good lateral stabilization of the tubes standing perpendicular to the base body is ensured. It is therefore essential that the projections and the interior of the sleeve on the closure cap are matched to one another with respect to their shape, their diameter and their length such that a stable plug-in fit between the closure cap and the projections can be achieved.

In order to be able to arrange a larger number of vertically upright tubes in the tightest possible packing on the base body, in particular the plate, according to a preferred embodiment it is provided that the projections are arranged in a plurality of straight rows running parallel to one another. Preferably, the projections should not be further apart than the required minimum distance. The goal of the tightest possible packing is also beneficial if the projections of adjacent rows are offset by half a division.

In particular if the plate and the projections are made in one piece from injection-molded or deep-drawn plastic, the plate should be stiffened by ribs so that it can be made from a relatively thin material.

In order to achieve sufficient coverage of the plate with ribs, the ribs are expediently arranged in a diamond pattern around the projections.

The stand is preferably made entirely of plastic, while the projections and optionally the ribs should in particular be deep-drawn.

For placement on shelves and for transport, the plate should preferably be rectangular.

For reasons of stability and in particular for the use of the stand for transport described below, the plate should preferably have an upwardly projecting edge on its long sides. In contrast, there is preferably no edge on the narrow sides, so that from seen from there the projections are visible from the outside up to their roots. Accordingly, the attached tubes are visible in their entire length from these sides, without the stability being impaired.

Finally, the plate can preferably have a downwardly projecting edge all around, which rests on the base and thus ensures reliable support of the plate equipped with tubes.

To stiffen and in particular to facilitate the packaging described below, a piece of cardboard adapted to the circumference of the plate can be inserted from below within the lower edge, which piece is expediently flush with the edge of the plate projecting downwards.

It is also possible that the plate is inserted into a corresponding rectangular flat box, preferably made of cardboard, which is also particularly advantageous in connection with the transport packaging described below.

In particular, the one, preferably the one short side wall of the flat box should be substantially omitted. The flat box thus has only three low side walls, which bring about stability, so that the tubes are visible from the top to the bottom from the outside when they are appropriately placed on a shelf and are nevertheless held very stably by the stand. From the omitted side wall, short remnants can remain in the corners. to ensure a smooth transition around the corners.

A further embodiment is characterized in that a cardboard blank is placed around two opposite sides, preferably around the long sides of the plate, and is fastened to the plate and has holes in the area of the projections through which the projections extend. The cardboard blank is intended to form upwardly projecting edges on the said sides of the plate, which again can serve as guide surfaces in the packaging described below.

Furthermore, this embodiment is preferably designed such that reinforcing webs extend obliquely downward from the upper edge of the edges to the plate, where they are preferably fastened to the plate by means of an extension piece resting on the upper side of the plate.

For both the manufacturing process and for securely holding the tubes on the projections, it is expedient if the projections and the interior of the sleeves are slightly conical.

In order to avoid twisting of the tubes placed on the projections and to ensure perfect angular alignment between the tubes and the stand, the projections have at least one elevation on their side surface and the sleeves have a corresponding recess.

It is particularly advantageous that the stand according to the invention with tubes arranged thereon can not only be used for presenting the tubes in shops, but that the stand can form the bottom and a box open at the bottom the other walls of a packaging container. On in this way the stand according to the invention with tubes arranged thereon can also be used for transport from the manufacturer to the point of sale.

In order to facilitate transport and packaging, the invention provides that the packaging container is cuboid. In particular, the stand should be inserted flush from below into the box open at the bottom and e.g. be firmly connected to the box by adhesive tape. Particularly suitable for this embodiment are the embodiments of the plate or the cardboard blanks arranged on it with edges projecting laterally upwards. The side edges can also be used as a carrier for advertising prints in addition to the perfect guidance in the packaging box and to avoid jamming therein. Furthermore, the upwardly projecting lateral edges have a function as stiffening elements.

In order to keep the tubes in the packaging container not only in the area of their caps, but also at the opposite end properly in the lateral direction, the tubes should butt against the lid of the box with their rear ends when the stand with the tubes arranged thereon is inserted into the packaging box . The lid of the box is preferably covered on the inside with a material holding the tubes laterally, in particular foam rubber or the like.

According to FIGS. 1 to 3, the stand 11 according to the invention consists of a rectangular plastic plate 17, on which deep-drawn projections 14 of substantially cylindrical, but strictly speaking, frustoconical shape are arranged. From the closure part 29 extends in the opposite direction to the tube body 15, a substantially cylindrical, but somewhat conical sleeve 12 with a complementary to the projection 14 slightly frustoconical interior 13. Between the cavity with the internal thread 30 and the interior 13 there is therefore a Partition 31.

Due to the design described, the tube 16 can be attached to any of the projections 14 by means of the sleeve 12 in the manner shown in FIG. 3, so that there is a close, form-fitting fit between the sleeve 12 and the relevant projection 14. The tube 16 is thus held securely on the stand 11 not only in the vertical but also in the lateral direction.

The lateral spacing of the projections 14 is such that tubes 16 of the same type can be plugged onto adjacent projections 14 without mutual hindrance.

According to FIG. 4, the stand 11, which is designed without upstanding edges on the long sides, is fitted in a flat rectangular box 25 which has edges 22 ″ extending upwards over a certain distance on the long sides. On the stand 11, consisting of the plate 17 with the projections 14 and the cardboard blank 33 fastened thereon, there is a cuboid-shaped packaging open from below box 41 placed so that the stand 11 forms the bottom of the packaging container 40 thus formed. By attaching adhesive strips between the bottom and the side walls of the packaging container 40, the stand 11 can be firmly attached to the box 41 as the bottom. The rear ends of the tubes 16 abut the lid of the box 41, which is covered on the inside with foam rubber 42, into which the tube ends are pressed. In this way, a secure lateral support is achieved.

In fact, there is a tube 16 on each of the projections 14 in the packaged state. For the sake of clarity, however, only one of these 10 tubes in total is shown in FIG. 5.

The piece of cardboard 24 provided below the plate 17 according to FIG. 2 serves to close the stand 11 after insertion into a packaging box 41 according to FIG. 5 and to serve as a surface for the attachment of the adhesive strips. When setting up on a shelf after removing it from the packaging, the piece of cardboard 24 can be removed if necessary. Likewise, in the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the stand 11 can be removed from the flat box 25 when it is set up on a shelf, but this is not absolutely necessary in view of the omitted narrow wall.

A major advantage of the stand with tubes according to the invention is that the surfaces of the tube and the closure cap which are visible from the outside do not come into contact with the holder. In this way, scratches on these surfaces are avoided. This arrangement also has the advantage that something has leaked out of the tubes _. The arrangement of projections 14 instead of depressions for receiving the tube or closure cap body has the further advantage that a stand provided with projections is much easier to clean than a holding body having depressions.

Finally, it should also be pointed out that it is preferred if the front edge of the sleeve 12 rests on the surface of the base body 17 when a tube 15 is applied to the projection 14. In this case, the front edge of the sleeve 12 also takes part in the stable holding of the tube 15.
