Description

The invention relates to a scissor disconnector with two scissor-like movable contact bars, which in the switched-on state take at least one elongated mating contact piece between them, contact strips extending parallel to the contact bars being attached to the contact bars with the interposition of retaining springs.

In known scissor disconnectors, the counter contact and the contact bars are cylindrical. This results in a single contact between one contact bar and one counter contact, which also applies if two counter contacts are arranged one above the other. These single contacts or single current transitions lead to a high current density in the contact point and this results in high repulsive forces in this contact point due to the effect of the electric current.

From DE-B-1074 116 a scissor disconnector of the type mentioned has become known. On the contact bars, leaf springs are arranged, which are aligned in the direction of the contact bars and which serve as resilient contact piece holders, which only have the task of compensating for tolerances between the contact bars and the mating contact. In contrast to previously known scissor-type circuit breakers, there are three contact strips on each contact bar, which increases the contact points per contact bar.

The object of the invention is to develop a disconnector of the type mentioned in such a way that, in addition to reducing the current densities per contact point on the contact bar, the repulsive forces at the contact point are reduced.

This object is achieved in that the retaining springs are approximately C-shaped and the web of each C-shaped retaining spring is attached to the associated contact bar and a contact strip on the outer surface of each of the two legs of the retaining spring running parallel to the web.

Due to the C-shape of the retaining springs, two parallel current paths are formed, which spread the springs and increase the contact force, particularly in the event of a short circuit. It is thereby achieved that the repulsive forces in the contact point are reduced by the electrical effects of the current.

From DE-B-1265 823 a contact arrangement has become known, in particular for automatic switches, in which an oval or U-shaped current supply to a contact piece is provided. This power supply is formed by very elastic strands that have no holding function for the contact piece itself. Rather, the movable contact piece is held in place by its own compression spring and a suitable joint guide. This solution cannot be compared with the invention.

A U-shaped power supply itself has also become known from DE-C-662 863. However, this is not a scissor-type disconnect switch, but a switch provided with a disconnect knife, and the U-shaped design of the mating contact has the task of compensating tolerances on the disconnect knife in addition to the so-called loop formation. This known configuration is also not comparable with the solution according to the invention.

Gegen die dem Kontaktholm abgewandte Seite liegt dann die Innenfläche der Schenkelenden der Haltefeder federnd an.In a preferred embodiment, at least one rocker is located inside each retaining spring, the surface of which facing the associated contact bar is convex, so that the rocker can rock on the inner surface of the web of the retaining spring. The inner surface of the leg ends of the retaining spring then rests against the side facing away from the contact bar.

The rocker is completely insulated and coated on all sides with an outdoor-resistant plastic. The plastic must be applied in such a way that it is not mechanically pushed through. For this purpose, a coating of several tenths of a millimeter thick must be applied. This insulation has the advantage that compensating currents between the contact strips, which may be at different potential, can be avoided via the rocker; Such compensation currents would then have the consequence that there would be additional current transitions in the area of contact between the retaining springs and the rocker. Such additional current transitions are then avoided by the insulation.

With the design, it is possible to attach the contact strips to the contact spar, whereby due to the rocker and the retaining spring or the retaining springs, a misalignment of the mating contact is always compensated for, so that the risk is avoided that only one contact strip for the current transfer from the contact spar to Counter contact is used.

Such misalignments can often occur, for example, when there are relatively large installation tolerances or when the mating contact is crooked due to wind or a short circuit.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the further subclaims.

With the arrangement according to the invention, a scissor disconnector is created which has two contact strips per contact spar, which are carried by retaining springs which have a shape due to which the contact force is increased in the event of a short circuit.

An embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawing.

A scissor separator in a conventional design is supported on an insulating column 10, on the other Top of a gear box 12 for the two scissor members 14 and 16 is arranged. The two scissor members 14 and 16 each have a lower rod 20 which can be driven via an axis 18 and which is connected to an upper rod 24 by means of a joint 22; the upper rod 24 is articulated to the upper rod 26 of the other scissor arm 16 by means of an axis 28. Above this axis 28, the actual contact bars 30 and 32 are molded, which take two mating contacts 34 and 36 between them.

Only the mating contact piece 36 can be seen in FIG. The two contact bars 30 and 32 are box-shaped and face each other in such a way that a flat side of each contact bar faces the counter-contact piece 36. A plurality of C-shaped retaining springs 38 and 40 are fastened on the outer surface of the flat sides by means of a screw connection 42. The retaining springs 38 and 40 and the contact arrangement in the area of the contact bars are mirror-symmetrical, so that it is sufficient if the contact arrangement on the left contact bar 30 is described.

The C-shaped retaining spring 40 has a web 44, the outer surface of which is fastened to the outer flat side of the contact bar 30 by means of the screws 42. The web 44 is adjoined on both sides by arcuate sections 46 and 48 which intersect the web plane in such a way that the center points M of the two arcuate sections lie in the plane of the web 44.

48.Legs 50 and 52 adjoin the two arcuate sections 46 and 48, which in the process run parallel to the web 44 and end at a distance A from one another. The distance between the legs 50 and 52 from the plane in which the web 44 is located is equal to the radius of the arcuate sections 46 and 48.

On the outer surface of the legs 50 and 52, parallel to the contact bar 30, contact strips 54 and 56 are fastened by means of screws 59. The contact strips 54 and 56 overlap the entire contact area of the contact bars 30 and 32 in such a way that both contact strips bear against the mating contact pieces 34 and 36. The contact strips 54 and 56 are approximately rectangular and made of copper, the actual contacting surfaces of the two contact strips 54 and 56 being formed by inserts 58 and 60 made of erosion-resistant material, which are inserted into recesses 62 and 64 of the contact strips.

The screws 59 provided for holding the contact strips 54, 56 on the contact springs 40 are accessible through corresponding recesses in the area of the web 44.

A rocker 70 is located inside each retaining spring. The rocker surface 72 facing the contact bar 30 is convex; in the illustrated embodiment it can be seen that the rocker surface 72 is formed by two inclined surfaces 74 and 76 which have an arcuate transition in the area in which they merge. The angle between the two inclined surfaces 74 and 76 is obtuse and open towards the counter-contact piece 36.

The rocker surface opposite the convex rocker surface 72 has two knob-like projections 78 and 80, which abut the inner surfaces of the ends of the legs 50 and 52, respectively, or the leg ends 50 and 52 press against the knobs 78 and 80 due to their spring force. The rocker also has a through-opening 82 into which the head 84 of the screw 42 engages, as a result of which the rocker 70 is guided in the interior of the C-shaped retaining spring 40 in an essentially non-displaceable manner.

The seesaw is encased in an insulating sleeve. This sheathing prevents equalizing currents between the contact strips 54 and 56 through the rocker 70 in the event that the contact strips are at different potentials for some reason.

Innensechskantschrauben ausgebildet. For better production, the strips 54 and 56 are connected continuously and several C-shaped springs, preferably six springs in a particular exemplary embodiment, are connected in parallel or next to one another with the contact strips. The rockers 70 insulated from the contact strips 54, 56 and the retaining springs 40 are also continuous. The distance A of the contact strips 54 and 56 and the mutually facing end of the legs 50 and 52 is selected so that the screws 42 are accessible from the right or from the left for screwing onto the contact bar. The screws are expediently designed as so-called Allen screws.

Because of the configuration described, the contact strips 54 and 56 can be moved relative to one another by means of the rocker, so that an inclined position of the mating contacts 34 and 36 is compensated for.

The current flows from the contact bars 30 and 32 to the web 44 of the retaining springs 40 and divides there into a current path through the arc 46 and the leg 50 to the contact strip 54 on the one hand and a current path through the arc 48 and the snail 52 to the contact strip 56 on the other hand. The current therefore flows in the holding springs 40 in a loop, which leads to a spreading of the holding springs due to the magnetic fields generated by the electrical current. The contact forces between the contact strips 54 and 56 and the mating contact 36 are thus greatly increased, particularly in the event of a short circuit.
