Single column disconnector The invention relates to a single column disconnector with scissors as a movable contact piece. In the switched-on position, the scissors have two resilient jaws and a stationary counter-switch that is attached independently of the scissors. The counter- contact is usually a roller that is suspended from the busbar, for example the ropes of an outdoor switchgear.
zusammenwirkenden Federn sehr einfach.
At different temperatures , the roller has a different protrusion with respect to the shear jaws due to thermal expansion. The contact force between the jaws and the roller should, however, be constant regardless of this. In a known scissor disconnector, the free ends of the scissor arms, which cooperate like pliers with the stationary counter-contact piece, are designed as U-shaped springs for this purpose. Because of their special shape, these springs should always produce the same contact force regardless of the position of the counter-contact. The construction of the known switch appears to be very simple due to the use of only two interacting springs. However, these springs themselves require a considerable amount of effort, since they have to be manufactured very precisely if the new desired contact forces are to be maintained with acceptable tolerances. Above all, however, undesirable deformations can occur with the known switch if, for example, in the event of short circuits, large current forces are exerted on the counter-contact piece and thus on the scissors. This is because the supposedly simple structure is noticeable disadvantageously, because the springs acting solely as jaws of the scissor arms are overstrained by the current forces, which far exceed the contact force, if they are not measured so strongly that the elasticity required for the contact force is no longer given.
Scherenarme zu einem Parallelogramm gelenkig miteinander verbundene Stäbe vorhanden;
keinerlei besondere Bearbeitung. Es können handelsübliche Federn eingesetzt werden;
In
In another known switch, rods connected to one another in an articulated manner to form a parallelogram are provided at the contact point of the scissor arms; which are drawn into a certain position by a spring in the diagonal - :, of the parallelogram. The many articulated connections also require considerable effort. They are also very susceptible to soiling and icing. The aim of the invention is therefore a simpler construction of a switch with a contact force independent of the position of the counter-switch. This is based on a single-column disconnector with scissors as a movable contact piece, which has two resilient jaws and a counter-contact piece attached independently of the scissors, one jaw having a rigid contact strip resiliently supported against the scissor arm. According to the invention, the contact strip is supported at each end with a spring against the scissor arm and designed concave with respect to the other scissor arm that the sum of the spring forces acting on the counter contact is equal to the desired contact force regardless of the position of the counter contact. By supporting the contact strip at both ends, the stability is significantly improved compared to the switch with a U-shaped spring mentioned at the beginning. Measured against the aforementioned switch, in which the rigid contact strip is part of a parallelogram, the hinged connections, which are susceptible to corrosion, are saved. At the same time, the structural unification of the resilient parts and the fastening for the contact strip also means that production and assembly are simplified. The springs do not require any special processing in the switch according to the invention. Commercially available springs can be used; which are inexpensive to manufacture or obtainable in stores. The concave shape of the contact strip, in the case that provided as the counter-contact piece abuts roll not in the middle but at an end of the contact strips, increases the deflection of the engaging end of this spring. Thus, the smaller in this end action of the other spring is balanced and maintained the contact force as a whole constant. In the event that the springs are the same at both ends of the contact strip, which is advantageous in order to avoid confusion during assembly, the contact strip expediently has approximately the shape of an arc of a circle. As has been found, different deflections of the springs can be compensated for particularly well with this shape, given the usual spring characteristics. Furthermore, when using the same springs, it is advantageous if the height difference between the lowest point of the contact strip and the ends is equal to half the spring travel of the springs to which they have to be compressed until the desired contact force is reached. For a more detailed explanation of the invention , an exemplary embodiment is shown below with reference to the drawing. For the sake of simplicity, only the upper part of a single-column disconnector with the associated stationary counter-switch is shown. The scissors 1 of the disconnector consists of the two scissor arms 2 and 3, which are hinged to each other at 4. The upper end of the scissor arms is angled so that two hooks 6 and 6 are formed which run approximately parallel in the switched-on position. Two contact strips 8 and 9 are attached to these hooks on the mutually facing sides, which are supported on both threads against the scissor arms via two identical springs 10 and 11 or 12 and 13. The stationary counter-contact piece is a roller 15 which is suspended from a rope in a known manner, not shown in detail. Due to changes in the length of the rope, the roller can have different positions with respect to the scissor jaws 6 and? take in. For the sake of simplicity, only the central position and the upper end position 15a and the lower end position 15b are shown in the figure. . In the middle position, the contact strips are gepre®t 8 and 9 with a certain force against the roll 15, the instructions contained by the .- spring characteristic of the springs 10 to 13 and the travel part. Assuming the same springs all four _ springs are deflected by a same piece. The contact force is twice the value of the force applied by Seder's individual spring . If the roller assumes the upper end position shown in dashed lines, the contact strips 8 and 9 are pressed further apart at the point 15a at which the roller 15 is seated than at the other end. In the exemplary embodiment, the deflection is twice as great as in the event that the roller 15 occupies the central position. The resulting contact force, assuming a linear spring characteristic, is twice as great as the force that is exerted by a spring alone in the case of the central position. Since the contact strips are in contact at the other end, they correspond to the value that is applied by both pairs of springs in the middle position of the roller. For other positions, the concave shape of the contact strips, which in the exemplary embodiment is the shape of an arc of a circle, results in a deflection of the springs that lies between the two extreme values described. However, the sum of the spring forces is again equal to the desired contact force. In the event that the springs 10 to 13 are not of the same size, a corresponding shape of the contact strip can also be used within the meaning of the invention to ensure that the contact force is constant regardless of the position of the counter contact. The contact strip on the side of the weaker springs is to be designed with a greater curvature than on the side of the stronger springs.
