Description

The invention relates to a shelf stand according to the preamble of claim 1.

In such a shelf stand known from DE-A 2334860 there are no empty spaces which inhibit the passage of sound. Such empty spaces, on the other hand, make it more difficult to design the shelf stand to prevent the passage of fire, and this is compounded by the fact that a cover must be present behind the hanging openings for the fastening means of the shelves. In the known shelf stand, only the narrow sides of the shelf rails designed as continuous sheet metal strips are available for hanging the fastening means for the shelves, the two handles resting flat on the shelf rail. In order to avoid passages, the surfaces have to be adapted to each other very precisely.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a rack stand of the type mentioned, in which both an invisible clipping symmetrical to the parting line and adequate protection against the passage of sound and fire are achieved.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.

To make it easier to clip on, the lateral boundary surfaces of the shelf arm can be chamfered or rounded, the beveled or rounded lateral boundary surfaces of the shelf arm converging in the clip-on direction in the insertion slot with the surfaces of the resilient retaining strips. In this way it is also achieved that after the clip-on, the insert strips and thus the wall panels are securely fastened to the rack stand.

A simple fastening of the shelf support to the stand profiles is achieved in that a fastening web is formed on the shelf support and is clamped between the two connecting webs of the stand profiles. For further fixation, the superimposed fastening and connecting webs of the shelf support and the stand profiles can be provided with punched-out parts, the punched-out material parts of the webs being flanged (for example by flared punching).

The shelf support can be designed in a simple manner as a rolled profile. The hanging openings in the front surface of the shelf arm can also be produced by punching, these punchings being able to be carried out before the profiling. In order to close off the space behind the front surface of the shelf arm, which is preferably flattened, towards the opposite partition wall or towards the wall to be clad, the respective end of the rolled profile can be bent, the flattened front surface being in the region of the bend and the end is brought into contact with the shelf handle behind the front surface.

In this way, a shelf stand is obtained, especially for lightweight partitions, and if this is designed as a half-handle, also for wall cladding with an integrated shelf system, which allows the wall panels to be clipped on symmetrically and prevents sound and fire from passing through.

The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying FIGS. 1 and 2, which represent an exemplary embodiment.

The shelf stand is formed by two stand profiles 13 and 14, which have cranks 36 to 39 in the area of their connecting webs 11 and 12. A fastening web 30 of a shelf handle 15 is clamped between the two stand profiles. The shelf support 15 also has the offsets 36 to 39, so that the three webs are positively and securely held in the correct position relative to one another. For connecting the connecting webs 11 and 12 and the fastening stem 30 to each other, punchings 33 are used, on which the punched-out material of the three webs is flanged at both points 34 and 35 on both sides of the punching. In this way, the two stand profiles 13 and 14 and the shelf support 15 are firmly connected to one another, and the individual components of the stand profiles and the shelf support are in the correct position relative to one another.

The shelf support 15, which is designed as a rolled section, has a flattened front surface 16 and 17, in which there are hook-in openings 18 and 19 which are stamped. Fastening means 40 for shelves (not shown in more detail) can be suspended in these suspension openings.

The lateral boundary surfaces 20, 21 and 22, 23 of the shelf arm 15 are rounded and each form, with the resilient retaining strips 1, 2 and 3, 4 on the upright profiles 13 and 14, insertion slots for the on the rear sides of the wall plates 7, 8 and 9, 10 fastened plug-in strips 24, 25 and 26, 27. The plug-in strips have thickened ends or hook-shaped bent ends as in the exemplary embodiment, so that after clipping on, the risk of the inserted plug-in strips falling out is eliminated. In this way, a perfect fastening of the wall panels to the shelf stand is achieved.

The stand profiles 13, 14, which also consist of rolled profiles, have rolled-on support surfaces 41, 42 and 43, 44 which rest on the back of the wall panels. From these support surfaces 41 to 44, in the direction of the lateral boundary surfaces 20, 21 and 22, 23 of the shelf support 15, the retaining strips 1 and 3, 4, which are resilient in the clipping direction and which extend to the support surfaces 41, 42 and 43, 44 are integrally formed.

Between the support surfaces 41 to 44, legs 45 to 48 run towards each other in the direction of the connecting web 11, 12, which run together at the connecting web to form an angular tip and in this way the respective space 28 or 29 behind the front surface 16 or 17, in which the suspension openings 18, 19 are provided, each close in the direction of the opposite side of the wall, so that a passage of sound and fire is thereby prevented.

In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the ends 31, 32 of the shelf arm 15 are bent so far that they touch the shelf arm material behind the lateral boundary surfaces 20, 21 and 22, 23, respectively, and thus ensure additional protection against the passage of sound and fire.

As can be seen from the figures, the shelf arm 15 essentially consists of the fastening web 30 firmly clamped between the two connecting webs 11, 12 of the stand profiles 13, 14, at the ends of which there are pear-shaped or club-shaped profile pieces which have flattened front surfaces 16, 17 have in which the suspension openings 18, 19 are present and which are directed into the parting lines 5, 6 of adjacent wall plates 7, 8 and 9, 10. The lateral boundary surfaces 20, 21 and 22, 23 of the lobe-shaped lugs on the shelf support 15, together with the resilient retaining strips 1, 2 and 3, 4 directed obliquely towards them, form the insertion slots for the insertion strips 24, 25 or 26 and 27 to be clipped on and, in cooperation with the retaining strips, prevent the clip-on insert strips from loosening again. In this respect, the shelf handle has a double function.

The flattened front surface 16 and 17 on the shelf handle 15 runs parallel to the back of the wall panels 7, 8 and 9, 10 and is set back to the inside of the wall by a small amount, but it can also with the back of the wall panels in are on the same level.

The illustrated embodiment is a shelf stand for a partition. However, it is also possible to design only one half of the shelf stand as a so-called half-handle, so that it can be used as a shelf stand for wall cladding.
