Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a container more particularly intended for separately receiving two different products, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a container is known from patent FR 1577 973 concerning a composite container making it possible to receive and store sterile and separately products, in particular pharmaceutical products.
  • This container is only suitable for allowing the mixing of a liquid with a solid or two liquids, since it requires stirring to mix the two components.
  • This container cannot be used in the food industry for mixing more viscous products.
  • the problem is to facilitate the mixing of the two originally separated products in two separate containers, an exterior and an interior.
  • the inner container is suspended in the outer container by a flexible member disposed at the top of said inner container and capable of being erased.

  • the inner container has flexible tabs 5 and 6 by which it is suspended in the outer container.
  • the inner container 4 being less deep than the outer container 1, there is a space between the bottom of the two containers.
  • the bottom 7 of the inner container is of generally conical shape, the bottom of the outer container being of similar shape.
  • the bottom is curved upwards.
  • the inner container and the outer container are closed in a conventional manner by a cover 8 glued to the edge of the outer container.
  • the inner container 4 is filled with a dairy product such as yogurt and the space between the bottom 7 of the inner container and the bottom of the outer container is filled with whipped cream.
  • a dairy product such as yogurt
  • the space between the bottom 7 of the inner container and the bottom of the outer container is filled with whipped cream.
  • the consumer For the mixing and the consumption of the contents, the consumer first removes the cover 8, then he immerses a spoon in the inner container until it meets the bottom 7; its conical shape guides the end of the spoon towards the center. Continuing to push down with the spoon, the legs 5 and 6 yield, fold inward and the inner container descends. In doing so, the whipped cream contained in the bottom of the outer container rises through the grooves of the walls 3 of the outer container, then falls into the inner container on the yogurt. When the inner container has reached the bottom of the outer container, the yogurt is topped with whipped cream, and ready for consumption.
