Bei kleineren Kolbenverdichtern, z.B. bei Bremskompressoren für Kraftfahrzeuge, wurde die bekannte Abheberegelung auch deshalb nicht vorgesehen, weil die dort angewendeten verhältnismäßig einfachen Lamellenventile keinen eigenen Fänger besitzen, an den das Verschlußstück des Saugventils angepreßt werden könnte. Die Anordnung eines Fängers für diesen Zweck würde nicht nur den Herstellungsaufwand erhöhen, sondern auch zu einer gerade bei den kleinen Kolbenverdichtern nachteiligen Vergrößerung des schädlichen Raumes führen. Zum Betätigen des Abhebestiftes 14 wird der Abhebekolben 17 mit einem durch die Anschlußbohrung 23 zugeführten Druckmittel beaufschlagt und dadurch gegen die Kraft der Rückstellfeder 21 in die in der Zeichnung dargestellte untere Endlage verschoben. Die Feder 18 drückt dadurch den Abhebestift 14 nach unten und hält dessen Kopf 15 am Endanschlag 19 fest. Die Sauglamelle 8 wird dadurch in der Offenstellung gehalten, wobei die Anschlagsnase 9 am Grund der Aussparung 10 anliegt. Die Sauglamelle 8 liegt hiebei im Bewegungsbereich des Kolbens 3. Wenn dieser in die Nähe seiner oberen Totpunktlage kommt, trifft der Kolbenboden 25 auf die Sauglamelle 8 auf und schiebt diese zusammen mit dem Abhebestift 14 gegen den Zylinderkopf 4 nach oben. Sobald der Kolben 3 sich wieder nach unten bewegt, verschiebt der Abhebestift 14 unter Einwirkung seiner Feder 18 die Sauglamelle 8 wieder in die dargestellte Offenstellung. Wenn der Verdichter wieder fördern soll, wird die Zylinderbohrung 20 druckentlastet, worauf der Abhebekolben 17 durch die Rückstellfeder 21 in die obere Endlage verschoben wird und hiebei den Abhebestift 14 mitnimmt. The suction channel 6 is almost completely closed. As soon as the piston 3 moves down again, the lifting pin 14, under the action of its spring 18, moves the suction lamella 8 back into the open position shown. If the compressor is to deliver again, the cylinder bore 20 is relieved of pressure, whereupon the lifting piston 17 is displaced into the upper end position by the return spring 21 and takes the lifting pin 14 with it. Kolbenverdichter mit einem zwischen dem Zylinder und dem Zylinderkopf angeordneten Saugventil und einer Einrichtung zum Abheben des Verschlußstückes desselben vom Ventilsitz zur Regelung der Liefermenge, wobei die Abhebeeinrichtung mit wenigstens einem einen Durchgangskanal des Sitzes durchsetzenden Abhebestift auf das Verschlußstück wirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abhebestifte (14) in Bereichen des Verschlußstückes (8) vorgesehen sind, die ohne ihnen zugeordneten Fängeranschlag frei in den Zylinder (1) verschiebbar sind.1.
