Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Treibstangenschloß mit Schließzylinder gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to an espagnolette lock with a lock cylinder according to the preamble of claim 1.

Dieses Mitschleppen des Wechselhebels geschieht auch während des Schließens der zweiten Tour, so daß das Treibstangenschloß den ausreichenden Bewegungsspielraum für den Wechselhebel aufweisen muß. Zufolge derartiger Ausgestaltung ist ein gattungsgemäßes Treibstangenschloß mit Schließzylinder geschaffen, welches sich insbesondere für den Einsatz in Rohrrahmentüren mit geringen Rohrrahmenabmessungen eignet. Der in Bewegungsrichtung des Riegels liegende Freigang im Eingriff zwischen dem Zapfen des Riegels und der Öffnung des Wechselhebels reduziert den sonst erforderlichen Bewegungsspielraum für den Wechselhebel auf die Hälfte, so daß ein geringes Dornmaß verwirklichbar ist. Nach jedem Zurückschließen des Riegels aus seiner zweitourig vorgeschlossenen Lage kehrt der Wechselhebel zwangsläufig in die Grundstellung zurück, in welcher er dann vorschriftsmäßig in der Bewegungsbahn der Steuerschulter des Zahnkranzes liegt und damit die entsprechende Wechselbetätigung gestattet. Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung besteht darin, daß der Freigang ausschließlich der zweiten Riegeltour zugeordnet ist. Das bedeutet, daß beim eintourigen Vorschließen des Riegels der Wechselhebel bereits in seine vorverlagerte Stellung gebracht wird und damit außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Steuerschulter des Zahnkranzes liegt. Selbst wenn die erste Tour noch nicht vollständig geschlossen sein sollte, befindet sich der Wechselhebel bereits außerhalb dieser Bewegungsbahn, so daß dann auch ein eventuelles Zurückdrehen des Schlüssels und damit des Zahnkranzes zu keinen Schließstörungen führt dahingehend, daß dabei schon eine Einwärtsverlagerung der Falle herbeigeführt wird. Ist der Riegel eintourig vorgetreten und wird dann die zweite Riegeltour geschlossen, verbleibt der Wechselhebel in seiner Lage zufolge des dann auftretenden Freigangs. Das bedeutet, daß auch beim Zurückschließen des Riegels während der zweiten Riegeltour der Wechselhebel in seiner vorverlagerten Stellung verbleibt. Erst bei der Bewegung des Riegels von der ersten Riegeltour in die Grundstellung erfolgt eine zwangsläufige Mitnahme des Wechselhebels, so daß dieser danach in die vorschriftsmäßige, die Wechselbetätigung erlaubende Lage gelangt.An advantageous further development consists in the fact that the free access is exclusively assigned to the second locking tour. Dann erstreckt sich auch die Kante 42' der Öffnung 42 in einer Parallellage zur Bewegungsrichtung des Zapfens 43 des Riegels 15. Fig. 5 veranschaulicht ferner, daß das Ende 36' des Wechselhebelteils 36 aus der Bewegungsbahn der Steuerschulter 35 des Zahnkranzes 29 getreten ist, so daß ebenfalls eine Wechselbetätigung in dieser Stellung ausscheidet. Treibstangenschloß mit Schließzylinder, welcher von einem Zahnkranz umfaßt ist, der einen radial gerichteten Spalt besitzt, in welchen der Schließbart des Schließzylinders eingreift und dessen Außenverzahnung mit einem Zahntrieb zur Steuerung der Treibstangen und des zweitourig schließenden Riegels kämmt und welcher eine Steuerschulter besitzt zur Betätigung eines Wechselhebels, welcher sich bei in Abschließrichtung weisender Drehbewegung des Zahnkranzes aus der Bewegungsbahn der Steuerschulter verlagert dadurch, daß ein Zapfen des Riegels in eine Öffnung des Wechselhebels eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Eingriff zwischen Zapfen (43) und Wechselhebel-Öffnung (42) ein in Bewegungsrichtung des Riegels (15) liegender Freigang von etwa der Größe einer Riegeltour zugeordnet ist.1.
