  • This invention relates to a bag-in-box package wherein a hermetically sealed bag of flexible material is disposed within and secured to an outer box in a state of close internal contact with the box with a liquid filled therein, said box having a set of four panels forming a rectangular tube, a set of four top flaps conjointly closing one end of the rectangular tube, and a set of four bottom flaps conjointly closing the other end of the rectangular tube, and wherein a fitment is attached to the bag so as to project outwardly through the box, and a dispenser mechanism is coupled to the fitment, which mechanism comprises a spout firmly engaged with the fitment and a cap removably engaged with the spout.

Claims (4)

1. Emballage du type caisse à outre intérieure, dans lequel une outre (4) en matière flexible hermétiquement fermée est disposée dans une caisse (2) extérieure et fixée à cette caisse extérieure dans un état de contact interne étroit avec la caisse lorsqu'un liquide est contenu dans l'outre, ladite caisse comprenant un jeu de quatre panneaux qui forment un tube rectangulaire, un jeu de quatre volets supérieurs qui, ensemble, ferment une extrémité du tube rectangulaire et un jeu de quatre volets inférieurs qui, ensemble, ferment l'autre extrémité du tube rectangulaire, et dans lequel un goulot (70) est fixé à l'outre (4) de manière à faire saillie à l'extérieur à travers la caisse et, un mécanisme distributeur (266) est couplé au goulot (70), ledit mécanisme comprenant un bec (268) rigidement solidaire du goulot et un bouchon (270) qui est relié au bec de façon amovible, caractérisé en ce que le bec (268) possède une portion de grand diamètre (276) vissée autour du goulot (70) et qui recouvre la surface d'extrémité distale de ce goulot, et une pellicule de fermeture (286) est interposée entre ces éléments et serrée par ladite portion de grand diamètre (276) et par ladite surface d'extrémité du goulot (70) pour obturer le goulot à joint étanche, en ce que le goulot (70) possède à son extrémité distale un opercule d'extrémité (72) qui est prévu à l'intérieur de ladite pellicule de fermeture (286), est d'une seule pièce avec le goulot et a été brisé pour permettre de remplir l'outre (4) de liquide avant que la pellicule de fermeture (286) ne soit placée en position, et en ce qu'un organe d'ouverture (284) destiné à crever ladite pellicule de fermeture (286) est logé de façon amovible dans le mécanisme distributeur (266).
2. Emballage du type caisse à outre intérieure selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la pellicule est métallique.
3. Emballage du type caisse à outre intérieure selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'organe d'ouverture (284) est disposé dans un espace compris entre la pellicule de fermeture (286) et le bouchon (270).
4. Emballage du type caisse à outre intérieure selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'organe d'ouverture (284) possède une extrémité pointue et est disposé dans ledit espace, normalement avec son extrémité pointue dans le sens qui s'éloigne de la pellicule de fermeture (286).
