Abstract

For the purpose of universal application in the case of installation on horizontal or vertical lamp terminals of lamp post ends having different diameters and cross-sectional shapes, the housing has an extruded, C-shaped elongated housing part in which a mounting plate is accommodated in a longitudinally displaceable fashion. Located on the mounting plate is a lamp pole clamping device which, on the one hand, offers coarse adjustment for the various embodiments and, on the other hand, enables fine adjustment or clamping.
