The apparatus is then raised to the starting position and the washing operation may be repeated e.g. 2-3 times.

  • the means for connecting the liquid supply channel with the source of washing liquid and the means for connecting the suction channel with a source of vacuum are preferably pipe stubs made from a plastics material and inserted into bores in the manifold block.
  • a further important advantage of the apparatus of the invention is that in case the liquid supply channel or a liquid supply pipe is blocked, it can be cleaned simply by connecting the pipe stub communicating with the liquid supply channel with the source of vacuum.

Claims (5)

1. Handbetätigbare Vorrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Waschen einer Lochreihe einer Mehrlochplatte, bestehend aus einer Einrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Zuführen einer Waschflüssigkeit zu den Löchern und einer Einrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Ableiten der Flüssigkeit von diesen Löchern, gekennzeichnet durch einen Verteiler (1) mit einem Flüssigkeitszuführkanal (2), der über ein Ventil (19) mit einer Waschflüssigkeitsquelle verbunden ist und sich im wesentlichen zu einem Saugkanal (3) erstreckt, wobei der Flüssigkeitszuführkanal mit einer Reihe paralleler Flüssigkeitszuführrohre (9) verbunden ist und wobei der Saugkanal mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Saugrohren (18) verbunden ist, von denen jedes im wesentlichen parallel und neben einem Flüssigkeitszuführrohr derart angeordnet ist, daß ein Paar Rohre (9, 18) gleichzeitig in ein Loch einführbar ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Saugrohre (18) in einem größeren Abstand vom Verteiler (1) angeordnet sind als die Enden der Flüssigkeitszuführrohre (9).

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteiler aus einem Block (1) besteht, in dem eine Bohrung einen Flüssigkeitszuführkanal (2) bildet, der zu einer anderen, den Saugkanal (3) bildenden Bohrung parallel angeordnet ist, und in dem die Flüssigkeitszuführrohre (9) in die unteren Enden von Verteilungskanälen (6) eingesetzt sind, die sich von der Oberseite des Blockes (1) durch den Flüssigkeitszuführkanal (2) hindurch zur Unterseite des Blockes erstrecken, wobei der obere Bereich (7) der Verteilerkanäle (6) durch lösbare Verschlußteile (8) verschlossen ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zylindrische Distanzkerne (10) mit austauschbaren Umfangsbuchsen (12) an der Unterseite des Blockes (1) angeordnet sind.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil (19) in einer Bohrung (4) des Blockes (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Bohrung mit dem Flüssigkeitszuführkanal (2) verbunden ist.
