Jedoch ist bei der bekannten Steckvorrichtung für jeden Anwendungsfall (Anzahl der schaltbaren Kontakte) eine speziell, separat herzustellende Steckverbindung (Gehäuse, Gegenstecker) erforderlich, die im übrigen aus einer Vielzahl von verschiedenartigen, in fester Zuordnung zueinander verbundenen Einzelteilen besteht. Eine universelle Anordnung bzw. Umstellung für verschiedenartige Verwendung, wie beispielsweise schaltbare Verbindung nur zweier Strompfade und Verwendung der restlichen Kontakte als normale Steckverbindungskontakte ist hier nicht vorgesehen und bei dem vorgegebenen Aufbau auch nicht wirtschaftlich herstellbar. Weiterhin erfolgt die Betätigung der federnden Kontaktglieder über am Gegenstecker fest angeordnete Betätigungsglieder.   • a) daß der die Steckbuchsen aufweisende Steckdoseneinsatz aus einem Steckbuchsenträger und modular aneinandergereihten, mit Kontakt- bzw. Betätigungseinrichtungen versehenen, scheibenförmigen Elementen, die auf den Steckbuchsenträger aufgerastet sind, besteht,
  • b) daß der die Kontaktelemente bzw. Betätigungseinrichtungen aufnehmende und halternde Isolierkörper der scheibenförmigen Elemente aus kongruenten Isolierscheiben zusammengesetzt ist, wobei der Isolierkörper mit seitlichen Rastarmen zur rastbaren Befestigung an dem mit entsprechenden Rastschultern versehenen Steckbuchsenträger versehen ist,
  • c) daß die Kontaktelemente des Schaltelemente aufweisenden scheibenförmigen Elementes unter Bildung einer Kontaktbrücken-Auflageschulter gebogen sind und in Aufnahme-Ausnehmungen der Isolierscheiben eingefügt und formschlüssig gehalten sind und
  • d) daß dieses scheibenförmige Element eine mit einer Druckfeder versehene, elektrisch leitende, bewegliche Kontaktbrücke für die zu verbindenden Kontaktelemente aufweist,
  • e) daß zumindest ein scheibenförmiges Element vorgesehen ist, das mit einem in seinem Innenraum längsverschiebbar angeordneten Betätigungsteil versehen ist, wobei das Betätigungsteil stiftförmige Ansätze aufweist, die durch die Führungsöffnungen in die Öffnungen des Steckbuchsenträgers ragen, und
  • f) daß über ein sich quer durch die scheibenformigen Elemente erstreckendes, elektrisch nicht leitendes Druckübertragungselement ein Druck auf die bewegliche Kontaktbrücke beim Einstekken des Gegensteckers ausgeübt wird, wobei die Einleitung des Druckes dadurch erfolgt, daß die im Bereich des Betätigungsteiles liegenden Stekkerstifte beim Zusammenstecken das Betätigungsteil niederdrücken.

Weiterhin ist es durch den modularen Aufbau problemlos möglich, Steckverbindungen zu erstellen, die bei Verwendung der gleichen Grundteile neben den schaltbaren Kontakten auch normale Steckverbindungskontakte enthält. Dabei kann der Aufbau einer derartigen Steckverbindung ggf. vom Anwender selbst vorgenommen werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, daß als Gegenstecker ein für alle verschiedenen Arten von Steckverbindungen (nur Schaltkontäkte, Schaltkontakte und Normalkontakte, nur Steckverbinderkontakte) ein gleichartig ausgebildeter Gegenstecker Anwendung finden kann. Dabei ist vorzugsweise vorgesehen, daß der Steckbuchsenträger des Steckdoseneinsatzes so ausgebildet ist, daß ein handelsüblicher, auch bereits für vorhandene Steckvorrichtungen verwendeter Gegenstecker verwendet werden kann. Sodann wird der gesamte Block auf den Steckbuchsenträger 9 aufgerastet, wobei die Kontaktbuchsen 21, wie auch die stiftförmigen Ansätze 31 des Betätigungsteiles 32 in die Führungsbohrungen 8 des Steckbuchsenträgers gelangen. Der Steckbuchsenträger 9 ist mit seitlich angeformten Ansätzen 35 versehen, die in ihrer Höhe so bemessen sind, daß sie die Öffnungen 29 nach dem Aufrasten des Blockes abdecken und ein Herausgleiten des Druckübertragungselementes 30 aus dem Block verhindern. Im vorliegenden Falle sind zwei Betätigungselement 10' verwendet worden, un einen gleichmäßigen Druck auf das Druckübertragungselement 30 zu erzielen (Verhindern des Verkantens). Plug-type connection having at least two contact elements (20) which can be connected to one another by means of a movable contact bridge (26) and having terminals (23) for individual electrical conductors on the one side and plug-type terminals (21) for contacts (5) of an electric plug-type connector (3) on the other side, the contact elements (20) which are electrically connected to one another by the movable contact bridge (26) being electrically separated by the exertion of pressure on the latter when the matching plug is inserted, characterised in that the plug socket insert (1) having plug receptacles consists of a plug receptacle carrier (9) and slice-shaped elements (10, 10', 10") which are modularly joined together, are provided with contact and actuating devices and are snapped onto the plug receptacle carrier, that the insulating body of the slice-shaped elements (10, 10', 10"), which insulating body receives and retains the contact elements (20) and actuating devices (31, 32), is made up of congruent insulating slices (17), the insulating body being provided with lateral snap-on arms (15) for a snap-on attachment to the plug receptacle carrier (9) provided with corresponding catch shoulders (16), that the contact elements (20) of the slice-shaped element (10) having switching elements are bent to form a contact bridge seating shoulder (25) and are inserted and positively held in receiving recesses of the insulating slices (17), and that this slice-shaped element (10) has an electrically conducting movable contact bridge (26) for the contact elements (20) to be connected, which contact bridge (26) is provided with a compression spring (28), that at least one slice-shaped element (10') is provided which is equipped with an actuating part (32) arranged to be longitudinally displaceable in the inner space thereof, the actuating part (32) having pin-shaped extensions (31) which project through the guide apertures (39) into the apertures (8) of the plug receptacle carrier (9), and that, when the matching plug is inserted, a pressure is exerted on the movable contact bridge (26) via an electrically non-conducting pressure- transfer element (30) extending transversely through the slice-shaped elements (10, 10', 10"), the pressure being initiated by the plug pins (5), which are located in the area of the actuating part (32), pressing down when the actuating part (32) is assembled.

Plug-type connection according to Claim 1, characterised in that, apart from the elements (10) having inserted contact bridges (26) and the element(s) (10') having an inserted actuating part (32), elements (10") having non-switchable contact elements (20) are also provided on a multipolar plug receptacle carrier (9).
3. Plug-type connection according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the conductor rails (22) of the contact elements (20) are provided with a tapped hole (37) and can be electrically connected to one another by means of a transversely running, outer transverse rail (38).
4. Plug-type connection according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the end (23) of the contact elements (20), which end (23) is on the conductor terminal side, is designed as a plug-in, clamp, screw/clamp or cutting/clamp connection.
