Die Steue­ reinrichtung ist mit dem Fundament 21 verbunden. Durch das Verschwenken des Untersetzungsgetriebegehäuses 4 in der einen oder anderen Richtung wird die Treibscheibe 18 bei gebremstem Schneckengetriebe in der einen oder ande­ ren Richtung gedreht, so daß der Fahrkorb nach oben oder nach unten gefahren und ein genauer Höhenausgleich gegenüber dem Stockwerksniveau erzielt wird.
